Red River never disappoints and our stay in this cabin was no different. Cozy cabin, plenty of room for my family of 5 (1 pooch) with all the amenities needed plus the hot tub. Nice neighborhood just around the corner from the slopes. Management was easy to work with as well, we had no issues. We’ll be back again next season!

My family and I fell in love with this adorable cabin. Very reasonably priced for a ski community. We will definitely stay here again in the SUMMER. We like to be closer to slopes in the winter. The free shuttle is nice, but when time is limited, you don’t want to waste any of it waiting on shuttles.

Our family of 4 loved this place! It was the perfect size for us. The hot tub was clean and so nice after a day of skiing. Internet is almost non existent but that was kind of a nice. Will be going back!

In our cabin was my mom, dad, sister, husband and I. It was the perfect size for us. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with dishes and pans. We really enjoyed the location and I enjoyed the hot tub. It was a relaxing and great trip! Will definitely rent this one again. Thank you all. They even left a gift basket!

This house is so cute and is the perfect size for a family of four. The parking is great, the location is perfect, and the river and hot tub out back are a nice bonus! The kitchen is a good size for making meals, the beds are small but comfortable, and the living room is cozy and welcoming. Some updates on housewares could be made, but other than that - perfect ski vacation location!

This is the second time that we stayed in this cabin. It's location is fantastic and the fly fishing outside the back door was as good as advertised! The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. A deer was in the backyard when we arrived. The cabin has nice accommodations and cooking utensils. It's a great family get away location and we would stay there again. The only thing I would change is the mattress in the Master Bedroom. It has seen it's better days and left my wife and I with a stiff back.

We are so glad we found this 2 bed 2 bath property right on the river. It is just the right size for 2 couples. The deck in the back that faces the river is fantastic for fishing or just to relax. It is just a short walk into town if you don't want to drive. Over all the unit needs a good cleaning and the silverware restocked and some more pans would be great for cooking. Having the grill on the back porch was great and the firepit was also a nice addition for roasting marshmallows. We would stay there again because of the location.

The house is perfect, super clean, the fishing was great right out the back door but the agent/company used was non existent and still is. The key was left at the house for us but the next morning when we left we of course locked all the doors, when we realized we had forgot something the key didn’t work. I called, text, emailed all outlets given to contact the agent and I still have not heard anything!! We spent 6 hours trying to get a locksmith to come out on a holiday weekend to let us in a rental… There is a long list of “chores” that they are pretty strick with it seems (none hard, take trash to dumpsters, run dish washer, things like that) yet they sure can’t seem to do the simple job of leaving the correct key for guests. I’m sure the owners of this cabin would be upset knowing this review is only negative due to the company they have in charge dropped the ball so please let me stress that the house is perfect, I would 100% stay there again if I trusted the company watching over the house not to have me locked out for several hours of are 3 day vacation with the kids.

This cabin was perfect for me and my husband to stay in! We enjoyed the hot tub and sitting out on the deck watching the traffic go by! There were plenty of ducks and some other birds to keep us entertained. Our bed was comfortable and everything in bathrooms worked well. There was a little road noise but nothing too major! We ate our meals in town and didn’t utilize the kitchen but it looked to be nicely stocked. When I asked the owner a question I received a response quickly. Overall great experience!

Red River was my Dad’s place. We grew up coming as a young adult & bringing our kids with my parents. There were 5 of us siblings with spouses & over 12 grandkids at the time. My dad passed in 1999 & it has been hard returning. So many happy memories ❣️But, our family will start again trying to return annually during the different seasons. Too many more wonderful memories to make .

We enjoyed the location and the cabin - but the place is "well used". Maintenance of the property is not good. Heaters in both bedrooms did not work although they did have backup heaters but no directions on usage. Cheap furniture for bedrooms. The place is aging and needs a facelift. At the time I reserved I felt the price was fair but now feel it was overpriced for the off season. It was a snowy weekend and there was nothing provided to clean off the porch or remove snow to access to hot tub.

Had a great time in the hot tub after a long day of snowshoeing! Appreciate the last minute shift of schedule due to weather!

This cabin was very dated- furniture not sturdy (one kitchen chair not stable, dresser falling apart, laundry doors literally falling off) and the beds not comfortable, the doors were marked up, decor was not appealing, etc. We were out skiing all day, so still had a good time regardless of the overpriced cabin!

Enjoyed our stay for a sisters birthday weekend. Kept busy during the shelter in place order with beautiful hikes in the area, watching the ducks by the river outside our cabin and relaxing in the hot tub.

Nice cabin Good Location

Red River is a beautiful town in the northern New Mexico mountains. We stayed in a great cabin with a river running behind our back yard. The cabin was wonderful: spacious, well designed, and well kept. All of us (me, my wife, and our 2 pups) had a great time.

This property was perfect for my wife’s family. There is a lot more room in this condo than you think from the outside. It is in an awesome location as well and close to town. We would rent again!

I know this may not always be available but the owner/management property really helped us after we drove all night with checking in early. We have little kids who were beyond ready to get out of the truck. This property is in an ideal location. It was five minutes to lifts and restaurants. My mom and son fished in the river out back. Lots of ducks in the river that our kiddos enjoyed. Loved, loved, loved the hot tub. It was what we all looked forward to at the end of the day and is a really nice hot tub. Seems really new, upscale and easy to cover and uncover. It stayed hot the whole time we were there so it was ready to use any time we wanted to use it. The one thing I will say for those of you looking for a fire at the end of a day of skiing - there is a fire pit outside, but the inside fire is not really a fire but an electric heater. I missed the fire aspect of a cabin. Not all the heaters worked, but space heaters in the closets worked well. Other than that, everything was excellent. Would rent again for sure.

Very much enjoyed our stay at this property! It was perfect for the six of us who stayed. The property was clean, communication with the property management was great, and we were comfortable in this cabin. Will definitely recommend this property to others and revisit in the future!

This cabin was in a great location. We LOVED that it was pet friendly. Thank you for that!! Needs the heater fixed in both bedrooms but the small heater they brought us did the job. We’d stay again for sure!
