In questa casa vacanza con una superficie di 177 metri quadri potrai leggere finalmente tutti i libri che vuoi su una comoda sedia a due passi da una piscina privata o non pensare proprio a nulla nel giardino... eh sì ogni tanto ci vuole! Non dimenticarti che qui avrai a disposizione anche una terrazza o un patio e un'area barbecue. Anche se decidi di restare in casa, potrai approfittare di accesso a internet e altri comfort per qualche ora di relax casalingo.

The layout of this house is nice. Master bedroom on one end with two back to back in the other with living and kitchen in the middle. Unfortunately, this house has not been maintained. No working fire detectors in the entire home, and only one actually had batteries installed but found to be defective. Very bad water pressure and minimal hot water. We spend 10 days and a total of possible 10mins worth of sporadic hot water. Expect cold showers. The house was dirty on arrival: uncleaned coffee pot with used coffee and filter left inside, dead squashed bugs thru out, broken furniture, and broken appliances. Slider doors thru out home were found to have broken latches. Bedroom furniture had heavy dust. I couldn’t, in good conscience, recommend this home for rent until major maintenance and repairs were completed.

My family and I first visited the home mid-April 2022 for Easter Vacation. We were met with non-functioning AC's and outdoor lights. Most of the AC's were fixed immediately during our stay, and we decided to ignore the other flaws. However, just our luck a power surge early Easter Sunday Morning resulted in a broken water line, rendering the house uninhabitable. The agents were very helpful and unfortunately none of their other homes were available at that time. So were were refunded in full! A bit disappointing but things happen... Now for my other problem, I had an upcoming reservation 2 weeks later for a Bachelorette Weekend!! I spoke with the house manager Ms. Caprie Dawson and noted all the deficiencies in the home and was assured that they would be fixed. I must say every single issue was addressed and fixed before I arrived at the home on April 29, 2022. And I can say the girls and I were amazed by the home and we have no regrets for our selection. I urge everyone to communicate problems in any home to the managers for them to make the necessary fixes. After all they cannot test run the home after every stay and things do happen. Thanks Vacasa for offering remarkable affordable homes in Belize!!!

Most of the AC's were fixed immediately during our stay, and we decided to ignore the other flaws. However, just our luck a power surge early Easter Sunday Morning resulted in a broken water line, rendering the house uninhabitable. The agents were very helpful and unfortunately none of their other homes were available at that time. So were were refunded in full! A bit disappointing but things happen...

Now for my other problem, I had an upcoming reservation 2 weeks later for a Bachelorette Weekend!! I spoke with the house manager Ms. Caprie Dawson and noted all the deficiencies in the home and was assured that they would be fixed. I must say every single issue was addressed and fixed before I arrived at the home on April 29, 2022. And I can say the girls and I were amazed by the home and we have no regrets for our selection.

I urge everyone to communicate problems in any home to the managers for them to make the necessary fixes. After all they cannot test run the home after every stay and things do happen. Thanks Vacasa for offering remarkable affordable homes in Belize!!!
