The remodeling of the house was very well done. We loved the kitchen, bathrooms and wood flooring. It was a great location and only a short distance from downtown Brevard. The owner called me a week before to explain how to get in and he was very responsive the one time we had to contact him. Overall, we were very happy with our stay at the New Haven house.

My mother, sisters, and I stayed at this home for an extended Mother’s Day weekend trip. The home was more than spacious for the 4 of us and comfortable. The location could not be beat. The home was within 5 minutes from the downtown area and any other restaurants or stores you may want to visit. It was also close by DuPont State Park and other waterfalls we visited. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our trip and we would not hesitate to stay here again, if we were in the area.

We came to Brevard with friends to fly fish and to enjoy Brevard. This house was perfect. It’s fairly new. It’s nice and comfortable. The location is very close to downtown.The hosts communication services are great. We enjoyed staying here and will come back in the future. I highly recommend it.

Property was clean and comfortable. Close to downtown Brevard and a short drive to DuPont. Neighbors are close and no real privacy in yard, but hardly any noise and everyone was really friendly. Would definitely stay again.

This house is so comfortable and all that you need plus a little bit more. Wonderful people own it and keep it immaculate. Super location, you are close to everything. We can't wait to come back for the hiking, biking and waterfall sightings (hummingbirds too)

We were in town with friends for the Mountain Song bluegrass festival. New Haven was the perfect place to stay! Very convenient to the venue and restaurants. Beautiful home with all the amenities we could ask for. There were even fresh flowers on the table from the garden! We would definitely stay again!!

A friend and I finally took a trip to chase waterfalls and see the mountains. We have always used motels but decided to try a VRBO property. We chose this property at Fisher Road in Brevard. We couldn’t have made a better choice.The property was beautiful, sparkling clean and wonderfully stocked with all the basics plus more. It was very spacious offering several surprising areas to enjoy and relax and the kitchen offered every possible appliance which made staying there such a pleasure.
It was a great location and close to Brevard which offers anything anyone could want. It was just minutes from Pisgah Forest and DuPont State Forest which offer a wonderful array of sights and things
to do.
The owners were super responsive and went above and beyond any expectation of communication. I can only hope many others will find and enjoy this treasure of a property the way we did.

Homeowners are the sweetest! Checked on us before, during, and after our stay via VRBO or text! It was a gorgeous home and slept all of us very comfortably! Wishing our stay wasn't so busy because I would have loved to have time to spend the entire day relaxing there. Would stay again for another NC stay!!

This home is absolutely beautiful! We were in town for a college football game and chose this house over a hotel. I’m so glad that we did. The owners went above and beyond to make sure the home was stocked with all the essentials, and were very easy to communicate with. We had 6 people in our group and never felt cramped. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all a good size, and everything is new and immaculate. We were very satisfied with our stay!

The property was warm and inviting. We enjoyed the comfortable house. It had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Brevard. It was located close to town and the other places we went during our stay. The home owner was very informative and approachable. We would recommend this house if visiting the Brevard area. We liked the rubber animals in the upstairs shower and the games for children and adults. That was a great feature.

Two couples had a wonderful long weekend at New Haven. This house was perfect for us. It was very clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and linens fluffy.
An easy walk to town for some shopping. We appreciated the information book, helping us with waterfall hikes and orienting to the area.

A beautifully comfortable house to come home to after a full day of family reunion activities. Having two bedrooms upstairs for my son and his wife and little ones to spread out in was a huge plus! The kitchen and bathrooms were supplied with everything you need. The bedrooms and closets are so spacious and had extra blankets for our use. The owners Tom and Duvall were amazing in communicating with us. This house will definitely be our “go to” place when we are in Brevard! Love it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The amenities in the house, it's like new condition, and the proximity to both town and access to scenic parts of the area were just what we wanted. Although we didn't use the specious upstairs area, it provides a perfect space for one's children or another couple. A special note of thanks to the owners, Tom and Duval for being so careful to assess our level of satisfaction.
All in all, we are completely satisfied and will certainly seek this place first when planning our next trip to Brevard.

Our family of three stayed in NewHaven for four nights for our first stay visiting Brevard, NC. The house is located on a quiet street and is convenient to town by car, just a few minutes from downtown, and a short ride or walk to the bike trail by road. The kitchen was well appointed, and had everything needed for our stay. It has a nice laundry room with washer/dryer if needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all of good size with comfortable furnishings. The living room was on the smaller side, but comfortable for our family of three. The driveway is only wide enough for one vehicle, but will fit 3 deep. The house has nice window treatments inside to protect your privacy as the neighboring homes are very close. Tom was very nice to deal with, and he was available to answer any questions we had before and during our stay.
