Beautifully decorated for Christmas, cozy. Well maintained. Very comfortable and nicely furnished and equipped

We were very happy with this condo. The host was very nice and easy to contact. She responded very quickly to our inquiries. The condo was spacious, clean and comfortable. I would recommend it!!

We had a wonderful 3 day weekend at this property. Everything was clean, organized and had designated spaces for personal belongings which was nice not to have to open 15 cabinets to find one that could hold our things. Covered parking was a plus, and the back deck was large and had plenty of seating. The host was very responsive and kind. Walking into town was never a problem, and there were plenty of close restaurants, general stores, and gas stations. Would recommend this spot and plan to return again for future trips!

It was clean, plenty of room, walking distance of everything, beautiful view right on the river. Our grandkids loved it. Right next door to tubing and water park.

This place is immaculate. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are over the top. One of the few places that everything is supplied so you don't have to run to the store as soon as you get there. Just need your soap and shampoo. The back decks are so peaceful and relaxing. Had a great time watching the geese. No complaints about our stay. You are right on the river, we even saw several families fishing. Easy walk to town to restaurants and shops. Covered parking is a plus.

The home is much nicer than the photos. We came during Holiday times for New Year celebration. The decorations of the house were beyond beautiful. The comfort of staying there is compared to staying in your own home. We stayed in many places during last 10 years and this one is the most generously equipped and supplied. Anything you might need - coffee, sugar, drinking water, flour, etc. The silverware glassware, and dishes are high quality! There are nice reminders and helpful notes everywhere - please give yourself a work to read them. You can walk or drive to many restaurants if you do not cook. Staying on the Chattahoochee River is a very pleasant experience and the views are beautiful. Covered parking is a great plus.

When we walked into the condo it was decorated for Christmas such a nice touch . The place was set up so nice and clean. Anyone that stays here will be very happy.

This place is lovely inside and out!! From the beautiful decor and comfortable furnishings to the peaceful surroundings and river views, this place overflows with hospitality! The host is lovely and sincere. No maintenance or property concerns and the covered parking is great! Helen is a walkable town. This location is just far enough away to be quiet but close enough to enjoy everything! It is clearly obvious that the host has invested time, interest and care in making your stay a wonderful one!

The condo was perfect for our Ocktoberfest weekend. It was clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and in walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay there again.

I decided to take an extended Oktoberfest vacation in Helen. I was lucky to find this condo was available when I was searching VRBO. Top of the line appliances, comfortable bed, and a wonderful view of the river. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a getaway to the NE Georgia Mnts.

We loved our experience. So much thought was put into our comfort. The appliances in the kitchen were top of the line. We loved the instant teapot. We brought our own tunes and floated the river for free. This unit came with hiking/river poles. Both beach and bath towels were provided.

Overall a nice visit. Some issues were identified to the owner. They were not addressed during our stay, but acknowledged for future visitors.

This place was very cute and cozy with the setup and decorations. Very clean, the beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. They had supplied a little bit of everything needed, including coffee tea and a big coffee maker. There is room to gather, and the large table to eat or play is a nice touch. The area is rather quiet, nestled in a little pocket on the river. The back patios (top and bottom) are nice to sit and enjoy the quiet of the river. They offer limited privacy, as you can see the patios next door. The location is right between the tubing and waterpark, so if you are going for that, its a great location. That said it can get busy in the parking lot nextdoor, and there isnt much to look at when you walk out the front. But it was still relatively quiet, especially by late afternoon. And a short walk, and you can find food and shops, mini putt and ice cream. There is a pub right accross street. The owner Shelia was great to work with, very fair and reasonable. We would stay again for sure!

The owner didn’t miss a detail! Everything was fantastic! Stocked coffee bar, welcome water, candles lit when we came in and a wonderful face front to the River. Perfect in every way!

The unit was nice, clean, and a perfect place to stay in Helen. My friends, husband, and I found it very relaxing. We played board games which are in the condo. We could walk to most places. It is next to a tubing business.

The owner was very communicative and helpful through out the entire process and stay. Highly recommend.

This is a very roomy, nice and clean place to stay in Helen. We were able to walk to downtown. I loved that there were plenty of towels and that the kitchen had essentials such as sugar and condiments. I would stay here again! Plus, we were able to check in early. Fantastic!
