This home was perfect for a quite and chill girls get away. There are enough bathrooms to accommodate various people getting ready at once. The bushes at the front offer privacy and the backyard is like your own little oasis so may places to sit and lounge.

A few friends and I booked this stay over the 4th of July weekend with our dogs to get out of the city and away from the excessive fireworks in LA. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and close to everything you could need. The amenities were plentiful and the host was very friendly, accommodating, and communicative. Shout out to the refrigerated air in this place cause it was 120 degrees out and you would never know with how cool the inside stays. 10/10 would stay again.

Definitely stay here! We had no complaints. Erica was super communicative with me getting our stay prepared and Stewart was quick to reply with any questions we did have. The house was perfectly clean, has everything you need for a great stay, kitchen was well stocked, and the location is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The backyard was fabulous as well! Should we find ourselves back in Palm Springs, we will definitely book with Erica again.

Our family of 4 had a very nice stay in this PS vacation home! The home is very roomy and was nice to be able to spread out and not be so cramped like in a hotel room. Our 2 (adult) children were able to have their own bedroom & their own bathroom (yeah...no fighting over bathrooms)! The primary bedroom was very large as well (but the primary shower is a little small). We didn't even use the 4th bedroom but it is more for small kids and would be too small for any adults. The kitchen had everything you need with modern appliances. The backyard with the pool was very peaceful and quiet. Erica was very kind to allow our 2 dogs to stay with us and they (and us) very much appreciated it (they loved sleeping on the concrete floors!). Erica was very communicative during the entire process and Stuart (the maintenance person) also was very helpful during our stay and was quick to get back to us when we needed him. Overall, a very nice place to stay!

Such an amazing stay for our girls trip! Property is bigger than it appears online, very clean and super cute! Communication with property manager was seamless. Perfectly located close to downtown area. Highly recommend staying with a group ( also appears to be very kid friendly as well!)

6 family members stayed in this beautiful home for our nephews wedding. Very clean, great location, we walked downtown everyday. The backyard is unbelievable, quite large with a great pool and hot tub. When we saw the backyard, grill, and well equipped kitchen, we ate our meals at home. Owner is very kind, and easy to communicate with her, highly recommend!!

Our Family of 4, plus 2 dogs had a fabulous stay at Erica’s wonderful home. We swam daily in the heated pool, took walks around the tennis club neighborhood. We went up the Tram ( 80 degrees at the base, 32 degrees snowy at the top), spectacular views! We went to Sherman’s Deli.
The Air Museum, Modernism house plus other great spots in Palm Springs!
The house is very trendy with polished concrete floors, modern art posters, nice furnishings, very comfortable beds! Well equipped kitchen. Nice grill, had a BBQ one day. Highly recommend!

It needed some upgrades, like walls painted on the inside, needed more seating in living room, blinds for privacy on slider door. Also, no coffee pot or Keurig that worked and mugs. The hot water did not get hot in the master bedroom. Overall it was a beautiful location and neighborhood was great and Stuart was very helpful. Just thought this might help you in the future.

I have actually stayed here a few times before and it never disappoints. It’s always reliably clean, organized with ample supplies, comfy beds and linens, black out shades, more than one flat screen tv, nicely decorated and designed, very spacious, and has a beautiful backyard to enjoy Palm Springs on and centrally located. I did see two recent guests had concerns but I’ve stayed in many Vrbo’s and this is a really special spot—- the owner always allows for my late check out requests, the manager was helpful when I couldn’t find the pool heater button and I’ve never had issues. And I don’t know what they mean about the backyard… do people not know how windy it is in the high desert? I’ve seen the pool cleaner / gardener on my visits —-it just gets trashed with the winds. This happens to ALL the house in Palm Springs. I do know the primary bedroom shower has be set at a specific place for the hot water to be hot but the owner does include information about this in their house manual. Sometimes I think people expect the Ritz at Mariot pricing? I feel the need to come to this houses’s defense as it just so charming and when I saw those reviews I was actually saddened. For a four bedroom home in Central Palm Springs, I continue to think this home is a steal and I will keep coming back.

Gorg house! Gorg yard pool patio fire pit area! We grilled! So spacious for my family. I loved that the largest bedroom was across the living room and further away from the others— it let my parents get a little more rest and privacy! I hate saying this because I don’t want them to raise the price but we felt like it was a steal for a home this nice and chic and could accomodate 8 people! Also a very kind host that accommodated our early checkin and late check out and even sent us tea when we ran out!

We booked w/ friends for the thanksgiving holiday and we could not have been happier. The view, the pool, the rooms, well stocked, and super convenient!
I also appreciate the high end dish soap, shower products, and linens.
We found ourselves in need of a tea kettle and they had one delivered same day along w/ a nice tea selection. Above and beyond in terms of communication.

Pictures were misleading. Backyard was covered with falling leaves which were also in the pool. The outside furniture had bird droppings (seat cushions etc). Pool was not clean. The inside sofas were covered with sheets (specifically bottom bed sheets) and there were tattered holes in a the bed blanket. The handyman was notified on a few occasions that there was no hot water in the bathrooms (one had it only). Upon arriving to the location there was observed feces on one of the toilets that had to be clean. The expectations were high for this location based on the photos but alas did not live up to them. The property manager was responsive and did his best in responding to our texts but our trip ended with no adjustment to our then dilemmas.

The house felt immediately like a home. Backyard was lovely and complete with a shady lime tree. We shopped and cooked our own meals and it was the best decision because the home was fully stocked with everything we needed. There were nice touches (body wash and shampoo) and host was incredibly gracious throughout - clearly takes pride in the property and making sure guests enjoy their stay.

My husband and I stayed at Erica’s place for a long relaxing weekend in Palm Springs. The house was absolutely perfect and the pool was amazing for what turned out to be a pretty hot weekend. The house is in the perfect location in a quiet neighborhood (great for morning jogs if you’re into that kind of thing!) but we were just five mins from some of our favorite spots downtown. The property manager was extremely friendly and helpful with the small questions we reached out to him about. Highly recommend booking a stay here—you won’t want to leave!

I am a mother of two little girls that are five and six AND have dogs. All of my children, including my furry children, had such a wonderful experience at this beautiful home! Erica was extremely responsive and kind the entire process! I would highly recommend not only this property, but this owner, if you are looking for a wonderful getaway!

We were very pleasantly surprised with the home- better in person than in pictures. The host was very responsive. Pool needs to have the leaves skimmed off on a regular basis as the leaves fall in so much because it is so windy. The neighbours dogs barked a ton - even at night which is why I rated this as a 4 vs 5 and you can’t buy the coffee pods anywhere in town- we looked 3 places so host sent some right away so they were very responsive - if you are a coffee drinker you may be best to buy your coffee out on town as this only makes espresso. We definitely would book here again.

Such a dreamy house! So spacious! I loved the aesthetic- updated MidCentury. Very tidy and clean. Great location easy access to all of Palm Springs especially downtown,yet still quiet and serene. Beautiful backyard and we enjoyed the heated pool. Owner provided many great items for children. We loved our month at this home. Thank you! We cannot wait to come back!

Wow! Such a beautiful and stylish home. We thought it looked great from the photos but it exceeded our expectations! The home was clean and updated, and very spacious for me and my family. I loved how the master suite was on the other side of the three bedrooms. And the separate office room was quiet and allowed us to take work calls and be on zoom. The pool and spa were lovely as were the many outdoor living areas. We lounged and ate dinner outside everyday.
We enjoyed the little touches, like nice sheets, a nespresso machine, lots of plush white towels, the bottle of wine and basic food items was especially helpful after our drive. It was great to be so close to Downtown. The host and manager were easy and kind.
This was one of my favorite homes from any home stay site. We will absolutely be coming back! Maybe even next month!

The house and grounds are perfectly laid out. The primary suite is completely separate from the other bedrooms and the pool lounge area is nestled under Lemon tree. I enjoyed the time next to the fire pit with a wonderful glass of Rosé. This has been my favorite rental in Palm Springs I will definitely book this house again.
