This property is all about location. It’s fabulous! The Avant staff were incredibly responsive and very accommodating. We stayed at the property for six weeks and very much enjoyed our stay!
(This unit is on the bottom of a larger privately owned unit that sits behind and over this one. Something to note is that if there are occupants in the upstairs unit it can be very noisy.)

We stayed here from January to mid-March. While the weather was predictably hit and miss, the property was wonderful. Normally, i'm suspicious of any reviews that don't have any negatives, but in this case, there wasn't anything to complain about. The place was super clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The gas fireplace was a godsend. Maybe the only thing that could use a little love is the shower/batch situation - but even that was just fine. The washer and dryer came in really handy, and the kitchen is a "real" kitchen. We cooked a lot. The proximity to the beach and Haystack Rock were perfect. The property managers knew we were going to be there for 2+ months, and "overstocked" accordingly - They didn't have to do that. We'll likely be back. Thanks for everything!

This was by far my most memorable and perfect stay at Cannon Beach. I’ve stayed at several other places in this was the best. Right on the beach and being able to look at the ocean was really great! The place itself was very comfortable, fully stocked with everything I needed for a month stay. The beds were very comfortable, the TVs were easy to stream all apps/services. neighborhood is quiet and the view spectacular. The fireplace in the living rooms was so nice. Brain from the management company was very helpful and had great communication. I’ll be returning for sure!

The perfect place to stay in Cannon Beach, right on the beach close to Haystack and town. The cozily furnished rooms offered windows that looked directly onto Haystack and the Pacific. We felt like we were living on the beach. Blue Starfish was our comfy home base. We're hoping to go back. soon.

Amazing Cannon Beach property
Perfect fit for our family and small dog. Immaculate home, 2 beds & 2 baths, washer and dryer. Comfortable furniture, amazing view, very well appointed kitchen. We had an awesome stay. Look forward to our next visit!!!

Absolutely Breathtaking Views
The home is completely lovely. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, the beds are supremely comfortable, and the television in the living room provides excellent entertainment. Yet, all of the wonderful things in the house pale in comparison to the absolutely breathtaking views that surround you! All four of the guests in my party have been visiting Cannon Beach for decades, but we were still amazed at how all encompassing the views are from this property. We felt very fortunate to stay there.

The house was literally steps away from the beach. It was well appointed and had everything one could hope for in a vacation spot. Beds were super comfy, kitchen was well stocked with cookware, every detail had been thought of. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Awesome property
The property was outstanding. And the view! Wow. The location is great - so close to downtown and also Seaside. The service of the rental property was top notch. The coffee maker didn’t work on our first morning and they brought one within a few hours. Can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful location but an average accommodation
I have traveled all over the world and have stayed at many 5 star resorts and accommodations. The location of this property is wonderful with great views of haystack rock, close to downtown as well as restaurants. The accommodation itself is not 5 star. At best it is 3.5. The bed, linens, and fireplace are quite good. The carpet needs replacing. The chair in the living room is dirty. There were only 4 cups and 4 bowls available but many plates. The bathtubs need upgrading. The owner is very kind and helpful. In order to rate this property a 5 star, the named upgrades need to be made.

Most excellent family adventure!
Spent a week with our kids and grandchildren.
Such a perfect spot especially with a 4 month old. We were at the beach without having to schlep all of our things outside, the set up couldn’t have been more perfect.
For us, there’s no point renting a home at the coast unless you can see the coast from the living room.

Great property. Very clean and house has all of the amenities you need to cook and stay comfortably. Location to beach was perfect. Deck was a nice reprieve from the busy weekend beach goers. Dog friendly rental that was spotless was a huge plus. Would stay here again.

Pure Magnificence
Magnificent describes the Oregon Coast, and this place puts you in the heart of enjoying it. It can’t be beat, modern, amazing beach access in the crown jewel town of the Oregon Coast. We came from Portland and always question paying to stay in a place where we can take a day trip, and the weekend experience with easy beach access is so worth it! Only negative feedback is that we already looked to book the same weekend next year and the price doubled, and thought we were already paying a premium (that was worth it) but total bummer.

Great Stay
We really enjoyed this property. It is right on the beach and we loved being able to go for walks every day. Just a heads up that it is the bottom floor unit and you have other folks on top. The location is great by Mo's and about 25-30 minute walk to downtown Cannon Beach. Very clean property with great check in and access to the property. Great stay!

Right on the Beach.
We had an exceptional time. The property was as advertised, and it actually turned out to be even better than we thought. It impressed my wife, so I was happy. We had every amenity we needed, and the property allows dogs, so we brought ours with us. Wished we could have stayed longer and we certainly will be back.

Great house at the best location on Cannon Beach
This is a great house that was exactly as advertised and photographed. It also had the best equipped kitchen of any house we have rented to date. You could make Christmas dinner here. Beds are comfy and linens are nice. The location is fabulous - the pictures of the views do not do it justice. We rode our bikes down to Hug Beach every morning at low tide and I think that was my favorite part - I recommend renting beach cruisers from Prom in Seaside for your whole stay. We will likely return to this house!

Quiet time
I love the location! To be able to look out the living room windows and watch the world go by was very relaxing. With the Coronavirus going on I was content to sit and relax, walk on the beach and do some cooking. Already made a reservation for next year!
