Brought my family for Christmas. Very cozy and clean. Great location with everything you might need in walking distance. Would love to come back in summer to enjoy the amenities for summer. I was very pleased with this property. It was also decorated with a Christmas tree and other holiday decor which was an added bonus for our time there. My twin daughters were born on Christmas so this touch made it more special. The restaurant Allies Cabin was an amazing experience as well.

Place was great, access was not easy and door code did not work. On hold with property manager for over 30 minutes before finally having a human pick up and gave me the correct code! Once in the condo was great. Clean and comfortable. The address given will not get you to the location with any nav app.

This condo is ideally located within steps of the lake, rec center, library, playground, and restuarants. One of the best equipped places we have stayed with plenty of cookware, dishes, and utensils. Pool and hot tub were kept very clean. Comfy king size master bed and extra bunks in the 2nd bedroom were great for guests. The location can't be beat - with easy access to all parts of the Vail Valley. Highly recommend for a long weekend or an extended stay.

There are 3 rooms for sleeping - 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch in the living room. Kitchen clean and well equipped except food / leftover storage containers. Hot tub was very foamy and not to hot, about 100°. In general a good deal in a good location.

The unit is located in a very dated condo complex in Avon, CO which is conveniently located near Beaver Creek. That’s a positive. The owner does not show exterior pics as the area is run down and dated. Uneven walkways, broken floor tiles, cracked and missing siding, slow and too few elevators.
The unit was updated as advertised which was a positive. The unit is noisy. Walls are thin so neighbor noise is constant. Especially the young family renting g above. We heard every footstep and running child.
The complex says three hot tubs but one seemed to be broken, some said it is perpetually broken, so the hot tub was always extremely crowded. It also got extremely foamy from all the usage. We were only able to use the hot tub infrequently due to high traffic and overcrowding.
Also, we rented from VRBO website, but the listing and rest of rental was directed to Vacasa. They stopped updating VRBO’s website and didn’t respond timely to emails on the VRBO listing. That was confusing and I probably will avoid Vacasa managed property’s in the future.
Avon and Beaver Creek is awesome. The condo is convenient to the bus station and also offers morning and PM ski shuttles to the gondola. A nice feature.
We enjoyed our stay, but we would not rent this unit again as we’d look for a better complex in the future.

What a beautiful, comfortable place! Right by the pool, hot tubs, and tennis courts. It is a 1 minute walk to the park and lake. The owners took great care in providing a beautifully decorated place to spend a vacation.

We enjoyed our time with Vacasa and the condo in Avon, CO. The location was convenient for the purpose of travel and the cleaniness of the condo was very appreciated. The only disappointment we had was the grill not working during our week long stay and no other option for our family as we planned meals for the week.

Wonderful stay! I’d love to stay there again !
Great location! Very centralized, I love the park it’s right next to. Very clean and delightful cabin decor. We were able to take a swim in the heated pool and utilize the hot tub as well. It was very accommodating to be able to cook there and grill also. Needless to say We were very satisfied with our stay.

Great location!
Beaver Creek West is a great condo complex. The daily shuttle to the slopesis very convenient. The unit was well stocked and clean. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for skiers
Very nice and clean place to stay, with 2 bedrooms I had 4 beds which was a big plus for my visit, big, comfy sofa at living room is another plus.
I'm also happy with communication between me and management, they answer every question I had in a minutes,

Beautiful and great location
We loved staying at this gem in Avon we booked last minute for Labor Day. It wa perfect for two couples and one seven year old. Enjoyed the pool, the lake, and the close proximity to BC and Vail.

avon stay
stay was decent but the condo was somewhat dirty in that there was dirty sheets under the bunkbeds and dryer cloths under the master bed. Additionally the dishwashers top shelf was broken and was unable to run the dishwasher due to not being able to completly close the door. location is great

Great Location and Amenities
The location was great - right off the lake and Nottingham Park. However, because of that and the holiday weekend it was very noisy and hard to sleep. It was also hot (no AC) but fans helped. 2nd floor made it tough with small children but there is an elevator. Great unit, very clean with everything we needed to cook a few meals. Tastefully decorated. Beds were extremely comfortable. Building was a little hard to find, but office was helpful. Great little patio with BBQ grill overlooking the pool which was nice and shady. Pool was nice, but dirty.

Condo was nice and well stocked. Shuttle was convenient. Pool area was a little old and outdated. On day 2 of 4 day stay the Samsung refrigerator started alarming every 30 seconds even though no door was was maddening...searched on-line for solution, but nothing worked except unplugging it while we were in the condo. Wi-fi was spotty and then quit altogether. Had to get alternate from host.

This condo worked well for our family of 5, even if it was a little tight. We arrived to a dryer filled with damp linens--the only true negative of our stay. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. There's easy access to the pool/hot tub area, and we loved walking around the frozen pond and sledding (thanks for having a sled in the guest closet!). Overall, a great stay.

The place is exactly as advertised, even better to be honest. Its a nice cozy place with everything you will need, furniture in great shape, plenty of space, and most importantly a nice warm fireplace and very comfortable beds! I will 100% definitely return here again this coming winter.

The condominium was very nice, Beaver Creek and Avon are a beautiful area. A vacuum and a mop would have been nice prior to arrival and I would have used them during our stay. Facility's are a bit old but they are well maintained, we enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. A Previous renter reported the walk way around the building was a bit off, it is way off. This is something the owner can do anything about and I'm sure they are trying, and management better step up the game. I was trying to rest while ground core samples were being taken to find out why the building was sinking. That's how I saw it, overall good experience!

Lovely, ski friendly condo near Beaver Creek
This is a lovely, comfortable condo in Avon, a mere 9 minute drive to Beaver Creek ski resort with convenient ski shuttles service nearby. Our interaction with the business managing this condo was seamless and easy. Our stay was perfect here! We will be back!

Beautiful, Clean, Conveniently Located
This condo is beautifully decorated, very clean, contains every amenity one might need from plenty of towels to a washer and dryer. Conveniently located just off of I-70 and minutes from the base of Beaver Creek, we were able to easily visit 4 ski resorts from this condo with ease. One downfall is the very long code needed to access the house, was tricky to use and hard to remember. Also, the hallway leading to the front door is dangerous as it leans and dips unexpectedly. A great find! Only very minor drawbacks.
