Only thing that concerned me was how hot the bedroom was but the rest of the house was cold.Also room could use a broom and dust pan the floor was made out of wood so some dirt was on the floor couldn’t walk inside room barefoot

Ines was very nice upon initially letting me inside the house, the room was clean and had some nice features. Definitely recommend for anyone just needing a safe, comfortable room to stay in!

It was Ok, don't have much contact with owner of the house, but need to improve some things. Since we don't have any access with kitchen, leave us plastic cups and disposable silverware, napkins, etc. Need more bed liners and hot water on shower is almost cold. Also TV so boring, no much to see, no wi-fi connection. But it's only things to improve, nice house and place to stay!!

Great keyless entry and convenient room location from the front door. The hosts are very welcoming and available but give space so it feels private. Great, quaint little neighbourhood but close to everything, including major streets and freeways. If you're visiting friends or relocating or just want to VRBO in Florida, I recommend a stay here. Oh, private bathroom :) Tony

My partner stayed here for a couple days. The renters were very good with commincation and the room was nice and clean. Good experience overall.

Super clean and stocked with all essentials such as soaps, towels, extra linens and a powerful fan. One of the only options for my intended time as Taylor Swift had the whole city and surrounding areas booked to capacity, but would definitely choose this place again if I'm in the area again.

I had quite a few unexpected findings upon arriving. - room needed cleaned- dusty and floor needed mopped - bathroom door wouldn't lock, and adjoining bedroom didn't have a door - sheets/blankets were minimal - light shining in the window all night long - could hear everyone talking - in room fridge was convenient but very loud, kicking on and off all night long. But the bed was comfortable and I got the rest I needed. Thank you.

I enjoyed my stay. The property host is very helpful and went out of her way to accommodate all my requests. The room was large and comfortable, including a mini fridge for snacks and drinks. I spend 6 months of the year traveling all over the world and this was a top end experience. 5 stars from me.

My stay felt like being home. I slept well. The dwelling is close to many important things. Close to highway and other routes. Home was welcoming. The room was amazing. Mrs vargas family was top notch. Her dog was amazing. I'm a pet lover. Everything was above and beyond. This rental is not for everyone, you must be able to be respectful since it's in someone house. So if you are a tranquil respectful person this is the best for you. I will return
