We enjoyed the property. It was the perfect size for the two of us. We were able to walk to local restaurants where we met friends. While the space was clean, it could have used some maintenance such as new shower curtain and rod, repairing the latch on the lanai screen door and repairing the lanai screens. Overall, we were satisfied.

Water leak onto sofa so sofa wet and could only sit on one side. Living room sparsely furnished with sofa (only 1/2 usable) and 2 kitchen table chairs in entire room so uncomfortable to watch TV or sit and read or relax. Small patio provided limited side ocean view and high top table did not allow room for regular chairs to sit and read or enjoy looking at the ocean.

Was a quick trip, just wanted to hear and see the ocean. On line listing was accurate. Condo was clean and comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay here. Place was just as advertised. Great views and comfort is always a requirement for me on vacation. The bed could have been a bit better. But, it wasn't that bad. Enjoyed seeing Dolphins play in the gulf. As well as seeing a Stingray breach the surface. So cool to see. If you are in to shelling and shark tooth hunting. This is definitely the place! Manisota Key was definitely a Beautiful place for my sons wedding. Will definitely stay at this unit again. Although I will get the one that directly overlooks the gulf. Great neighborhood and plenty of activities for your family to enjoy. The host was on top of all communications. I highly recommend staying here.

Great host that went well beyond my expectations to provide for a wonderful stay. The condo location was perfect, directly on beach. Extremely clean interior and exterior. Very spacious, modern. Everything looked like new. Well equipped. Can't think of anything that was overlooked.

Great location and loved the property. Will probably use it again if available the next time for a longer stay.

This place was a perfect fit for my wife and I as well as our 7 and 12 year old boys. From fishing to shark tooth hunting and just enjoying the sunset...it was awesome! Very clean with all we needed for a quick weekend getaway.

I'm very unset with our stay. When we just arrived, i first noticed there was mold growing on the ceiling. That really upset me because i have children with allergies and mold is a extremely health hazardous to humans. The couch was so filthy and the pull out bed in the couch was extremely uneven and uncomfortable. We had to go to Walmart and buy new sheets and blankets for all the beds. And the king bed blanket had a hole and was super worn out. I'm very unset with our stay. When we just arrived, i first noticed there was mold growing on the ceiling. I noticed the next morning ants crawling all over the kitchen and some weird droppings I kept wiping off the counters every day. Later, I saw cockroach crawling around my avacodos! Gross! And my baby was not allowed to crawl during the whole stay because his was get instantly black. But we tried to remain positive and spent as much time outdoors. The location was very convenient and super nice with two young children. This place is not a bad rental but it definitely needs some love and attention. If the house gets a light remodel, some newer furniture (something that doesn't look 100 years old) and pest control, it would have been in much better shape.

Loved the house. It was simple and everything you need for a peaceful stay. Loved every second and will for surely be back.

Nice and spacious

The unit was clean, had basic necessities. It does have lounge chairs, beach umbrella that you can take to the beach. The beach towels are located by the TV in a basket. The unit had a screened in patio to the side with a beach view. This unit was just what we needed for the weekend.

Beautiful location, a super clean and quiet condo that is beachfront ... loved every minute of it and will definitely be back!

We arrived and there was left over food in fridge, counters were sticky, sheets were thrown in a pile, questioning if they’d been washed, hair in the bathtub, dirty dishes in dishwasher, funky smell in garbage area. My daughter and I left early the next day with no plans to return. I paid for 2 nights but was there less than 24 hours. I’d rather not submit a negative review, although I believe I should be reimbursed for the second day.

The access to the ocean is the primary plus for this property. It was advertised as having 2 beds. It does not. One is actually a very uncomfortable pull out—not a bed. The unit is spacious enough and the little screened in deck is nice. There aren’t many dining/shopping options nearby.

We love Manasora Key. This is on the beach, with a perfect balcony to watch the surf! Plenty of room inside. It is upstairs so you do have to be somewhat healty...we loved it for the exercise. Everything is close, including Stump Pass.

We loved this little "apartment" style property. We have no complaints. If you read the reviews before booking, then you will know exactly what you're renting. This property is a back unit but does have a very nice outside, screened in deck with ocean view. Love that it was screened in. We enjoyed this deck every day/evening we were there. Yes, it's on the side of the building and not the back side big deck but it's still really cool to have. I don't understand the negative reviews on cleanliness.. this place was absolutely clean. Yes, the bed is two beds put together. It wasn't all that bad though. We slept great. Plenty of big pillows and extra linens to go with. Nice big warm blanket to snuggle on the couch. The price is perfect for this property All in all, we would stay again if we were coming to the area.

This condo is on the verge of being great. Nice view, and large unit. It came with no amenities, no salt and pepper, no coffee, etc. I know these aren't requirements, but they have been welcome at other places. There was no mention of the fact that it is two stories of steps to get there. The Living Room was equipted with one 3 seat couch, and two tiny end tables. Two Dining chairs had been pulled in from the kitchen to take up space. I had asked the host to call me, so I could point out issues he would want to fix without putting them into review. He said he would, but didn't. Communication was poor before arrival also

First of all, I would like to start this out with this was a very important weekend for us, as we got engaged. We booked this trip months ago and really liked what we saw from the pictures posted from the host. However, once we arrived, we could see very quickly the place was not much like the photos. There was missing furniture, missing blinds from the window/door treatments, no rugs anywhere in the house, and the sliding glass door did not shut or lock properly. We actually had to fix the slider ourselves in order to get it shut. The bedroom had two twin bed frames pushed together to create a king size. That was uncomfortable and we ended up making a palette on the floor in the living room instead. The shower head was awful, and the bath is rusted and could use a deep clean. The back of the house where you walk out to the beach was photographed with a fire pit lounge chairs etc. what we saw was dirty, old, and maybe not used for a long time?...I am not sure....but we could not use that area at all. We have pictures of these issues but what I am most upset about is we don't get this special weekend back and what we paid for is not what we got.

Older property but gorgeous location. Could use some new bed linens, very old and pilled, so bad we thought there was sand in the bed.

This was a great location for our last minute booking. Was so nice and quiet. I have never seen so little traffic on the street. The most amazing thing was for the beach to be on the one side of the house. Loved that we parked under the house in the Florida Sun, was nice to have a cool car to run down to each bar and restaurant. The place had a great TV and the bed was comfortable. It may not have all the bell and whistles of some places but it was a great place to decompress.

Couch was very uncomfortable. Not as the pictures showed. Location was excellent. TV very dirty , dog food on floor, microwave dirty on outside. Sheets on bed felt like sandpaper. Sliding door very difficult to open and re lock.. Location was excellent.

It’s a great location, accurate description and owners quickly responded to a question I had on checkout day.

The condo was clean and as described. We enjoyed the side view of the water. It was beautiful! We loved the area! The communication with the investment company who owns it was poor. They didn’t respond to any of my messages when I had questions. They sent the entrance code through the message system so I know they use it. Otherwise all was fine.

We were satisfied, property is on the beach, owner responds when you have question, hope we will rent it again. Jan &Monika

The location of this VRBO is lovely. You can walk to restaurants, but most important the building is on the ocean. It was well stocked except for a hair dryer and perhaps a blender. We were disappointed to learn that our unit faced the street, without a view of the ocean. There is a tiny deck from where you can get a little peek at the ocean if you went outside. We did enjoy the sound of the waves from inside. The maid did a fairly good job with surface cleaning. However, the shower curtain had black mold growing on it, windows needed cleaning, there was a buildup of dust on the ceiling fans, and the entire front of the refrigerator was covered with brown, (either rust or glue). There were also some maintenance issues. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, and the window wouldn’t open. There were bare bulbs on the light fixture on the fan in the bedroom where the glass lamps were missing. Most frustrating was that the lock to the patio door didn’t work properly. We requested the password the night before we left home, as we were boarding a 6 AM flight the next day. When we arrive at the condo the next day, we still had not received the password. We had to call the manager and wait about 20 minutes outside with our luggage to get in. Not how we hoped to start our vacation after 12 hours of travel. This condo needs some of attention to detail. After reviewing the advertisement, we noticed that it doesn’t suggest that we would have a view of the ocean. The photo of the building on the shore with that huge deck running across the back was a bit deceiving. It might be more accurate to have a red arrow pointing to the tiny deck on the side to clarify how much view it has.
