Great location, great place to have a little family getaway. The home was clean and the management was super! Easy communication and very attentive to our needs. Highly recommend!

Smooth all the way from beginning to end. Great place next to the pool for the kids. Plenty of bathrooms. Loved the double bunk room with the big bathroom. It was perfect for us with only 10 that could make it. But would still have been great for 14. Only complaint I have is the garage was not swept and looked messy. Hoping that the owners would not think we left it a mess. Could not find a dustpan to sweep the floors good before we left.

The property fit our needs well. Easy access to the beach. The heated pool was great for the kids. We had one issue with a toilet that the management fixed quickly. My only real complaint is the roaches. It has a significant infestation.

Rooms & showers were smaller than anticipated. No luggage stands and no dresser in downstairs master. Right side garage door sticks. Unit could use some rugs unless guests want to sweep floors of beach sand. Very nice area, enjoyed the pool.

The property was awesome

This place really has everything you need for the entire family to have some fun. Swimming pool right next door, ping-pong, tons of cars games and board games, huge TV downstairs and a small pool table upstairs. Not to mention, there is a place for everyone to sleep. Such a nice vacation home. Our family really enjoyed our weekend. Thank you to the security team and your everyone at New Wave for making our stay so awesome.

Loved the location of the property, close to downtown and off 361. Loved being right next to the pool, was very convenient. Large fridge was also a big plus. Only drawback was that we could only park one car in the garage. The other side had a ping pong table set up. We had to find another location for the 4th car to park. Overall, us ladies had a great stay! Thank you.

This was a lovely property that was enjoyed by all. Clean and comfortable! Loved walking thru the neighborhood and seeing all the gorgeous landscaping throughout. We were right next to the pool as pictured, but it was always crowded. Only complaint is remotes for several TVs did not work.

The house was very well set up and the perfect sleeping arrangements. We would rent again!

Had a great time with the family. The entire family was very impressed with the property. Everyone had enough room to do their own thing without running into each other. Just be aware they are strict on parking they have security that comes by and makes you move or puts tow stickers on your vehicle. The houses are almost touching each other so the parking is very tricky some of use had to park away from the house and walk.

Great property and great house setup. Only thing that was a turn off was we couldn’t turn the AC below 72° and no ceiling fan in the room. I like mine at 68° when I sleep so I was HOT!

This place was very spacious, clean, and home-like. Our party had a tremendous time staying at a place that we could all enjoy. Location is good as well. Love the fire pit.

With this being the first rental under new management, a few missing supplies was understandable, and every issue got addressed quickly and efficiently.The rental unit was well furnished with plenty of room for family members to spread out into their own areas when needed although that rarely happened. Being adjacent to one of the two heated community pools made it perfect for enjoying time in the water, and close proximity to the beach and downtown Port A was great.One recommendation would be to get a small metal shovel for emptying the fit pit and grill. Used a small plastic beach shovel in the garage this time.

As we stayed over thanksgiving, we cooked a meal and were pleased to find the house had all kitchen amenities needed (& then some) for thanksgiving, breakfast, dinner, you name it! The refrigerator and freezer were huge which was awesome for our blended family’s groceries. The outside landscape and back patio is beautiful and perfect location to enjoy morning coffee, a nighttime fire, and even some lizard hunting. As the yard is gated, the kids loved roaming around and we were never worried about them escaping. Perfect in every way!

There is plenty of room in the house, but we found some dirty dishes & glassware on the shelves, which was a real turn off. The upstairs bedrooms were nice but the first floor bedroom had no dresser for clothes, and the shower curtain was dirty and stained. Needs work.

Loved our stay! The neighborhood is adorable!

The house was a nice setup for our family. Great location, great floor plan, and quiet. I hate to give less than a 5 star rating! What it lacked was comfortable furniture in the beautiful living area. The living room furniture was broken down and very uncomfortable. The kitchen was roomy but didn’t have hot water in the sink and the spot lights over the island did not work. We informed management about the lights but never heard back from them even though they came over on a maintenance ticket the next day. I don’t understand how management doesn’t have a procedure in place to check and replace HVAC filters. The HVAC filters in this place were absolutely disgusting. I went and bought some the first night because there was no return follow up from management untIl the next day. This is a inexpensive maintenance item that should be inspected routinely and maximizes the HVAC performance. These few issues can easily be resolved by the owner or management and get it’s deserved 5 star rating!!!

This spacious home worked great for our 3 parents, 3 grandparents, 2 babies, two 4 year olds, and 2 Yorkies. Very comfortable. Good location.

This place was beyond amazing! We had so much fun and definitely will be coming back! It was awesome to be right next to the pool! Even though the weather was a little gloomy it didn’t stop the fun.

Nice place for more than one family.

The location for this property was Great. We rented golf carts for the weekend and felt like that was the easiest way to get everywhere. The check in process was a little frustrating. We were not able to get early check in and even at 4pm the cleaning company was still there. They left in a hurry leaving a few bathrooms not cleaned and trash was left around the house. The dryer is LOUD! I mean LOUD!! If you plan to wash clothes its probably best to use the dryer when you arent there. The security guard for the property even came and knocked on our door to make sure it wasnt the fire alarm going off. Its LOUD! The pool is right next door and almost felt like a private pool at times because we were the only ones there for HOURS! Overall the property was pretty good! We enjoyed our stay for the weekend.

I was not happy with this stay as before. several things were wrong. The list is as follows: roaches in kitchen and upstairs bathroom, washing machine made an awful screeching noise when in use in fact if was so loud had to turn in off in order to sleep, legs loose on chair in dining room, several tvs not working (probably the remotes), main tv in living room appeared to not have cable service and cobwebs in the light fixtures. During our stay I sent several message through the app on the form and never once heard from the manager of the property. I question whether the app even worked. There was a fight at the pool once and I saw someone had a dog in the pool. They left limited supplies like trash bags and such. Overall the place had a lot of room which I liked but the price went up this year.
