Condo was spacious and comfortable. Needs some TLC. Just like a home, little things everywhere need minor repairs. But nothing that spoils your stay. Questions or concerns? Figure it out! No communication. Left text messages without response. We prepared majority of our meals in the room which was a real money saver.
Pool area was really nice. Walk to the beach was approx 5-7 min, not bad. Ice cream shop right next door😉. Amazing places to eat were a 10-15 minute drive.

The lights didn’t work in the small bedroom. The bathroom had 3 lights blown out in it, with only one working. The beds had so much sand inside the sheets like they were never washed properly. Mold in the master bathroom. The whole shower head was covered in mold along with the bottom of the tub and around the edges. Food was all over the floor in the kitchen where it was never swept off, as well as throughout the house being dirty. Also my daughter woke up covered in bites from sleeping in the bed she was in.

-property - the overall property is nice and well cared for. There is an elevator which is nice and helpful. The pool is available from 9am-dusk.
The condo itself has some updated features (fridge, some lights, dining room table and chairs) and some parts of the condo could stand to be updated. There are no flaws to the condo itself. Some of the furniture is worn and could stand to be replaced.
Master bedroom - the tv has a message that the external hdmi was damaged by a previous guest. And the cable was temporarily unavailable and we didn’t bother to have maintenance or the cable company come out

This is my first experience with Vrbo and was very satisfied overall. All public beach access within reasonable walking distance was closed off due to hurricane damage. It would have been nice to have had this info included in the listing.
I would not have a problem recommending this property to friends and family.

This was the absolute worst experience by far with any vacation, in my life. The people who live at this condominium do not like children (words of the Vacasa employee-“They don’t not like kids, they just really don’t like kids”). We arrived at 3 am and settled in by 10 am someone was knocking at the door that there had been a complaint about an orange peel and marshmallow covered paper towels being thrown off the balcony at our unit. They only ones of us awake were myself and my 2 year old daughter and we had none of the mentioned items in our unit. They apologized and left, we went to the beach and then to the store to stock our unit throughout our stay with food and toiletries. Once we arrived home at dark we were met with a representative from vacasa informing us we had been “kicked out” and had to vacate the property due to complaints to the owner of the unit. No one contacted anyone from our party to notify us of an issue until we got to our unit and were met with the vacasa employee who informed us we had to leave. He was very apologetic and even tried to help us convince the owners of the unit and his supervisor that we couldn’t at all have done anything against our rental agreement or the property rules. Our children were well behaved and quiet the short time we were there and we didn’t have any items in the unit, In our vehicle, or on our person. He also told us this has happened to others. We had to pack up and leave all the groceries and toiletries in the unit because there wasn’t room to haul back to Kentucky, 13 hours away. We left and returned home. It was a nightmare I hope no one else has to go through!

Just Beachy condo was in an excellent location, was super clean and comfortable. The only problem is that the old people that live in the condos very obviously don’t like renters or children. They were very rude! Also, the instructions for getting into the building could have been more clear. Other than that, we had an excellent time!

2 bath rooms both with problems and been that way for a long time Maintenance told me I had 2 baths rooms just use the one that somewhat worked not good with 6 people and 1 shower no tub . Nice location
