Questo appartamento per non fumatori è in una posizione strategica: a due passi da piste da snowboard, dalle piste da sci e da molte altre località interessanti. Poter contare su un parcheggio è una grande comodità se vuoi esplorare la zona ai tuoi ritmi. Potrai metterti al volante quando vuoi: in 5 minuti arriverai nei dintorni di Parco divertimenti sulla neve Colorado Adventure Park, mentre in 6 minuti sarai vicino a Museo di storia locale Cozens Ranch Museum.
Cerchi un po' di relax? Riposati nella vasca idromassaggio o sulla terrazza privata. Il meteo non invoglia a uscire? Nessun problema: in casa potrai approfittare di accesso a internet, TV via cavo/satellitare, impianto stereo e lettore DVD per concederti qualche ora di intrattenimento casalingo.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for our Winter Park ski adventure! The location is perfect... close to the grocery store, local restaurants, and minutes away from Winter Park.

One of the main reasons we booked this place was for the hot tub, which ended up being closed for no apparent reason. This was never disclosed to us. They said there would be a hot tub, which we were looking forward to after a long day on the slopes. The agency took no responsibility and said they wouldn't do anything about it. Additionally, the WiFi did not work. This wasn't as big of a deal since we didn't need it much, but with limited cell service in that area, it's a shame they advertised it and it didn't work when we needed it. Would not recommended this place or this rental agency.

Perfect space for our weekend ski adventure. The rooms were spacious and very clean when we arrived. The location is very convenient to the town. Skiing was made easy by having a bus stop right at our doorstep. Overall, it was a great spot for our weekend in winter park.

Love the balconies and the view!
Property is dated, but has newer carpet. Unfortunately there is carpet in the bathrooms.
It is on the purple shuttle line so don’t need a car but it is certainly easier to have a car as you can’t really walk anywhere.
Found several dirty dishes so that is why I rated the cleanliness as ok.

Great winter condo
The condo was very nice and clean and looked just like the photos. It was a quiet building with a nice porch to enjoy the beautiful view. We also enjoyed the gas fireplace. It would be a little hard to find without google maps though as the streets are not marked with names.
The beds were comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked with all you need for meal prep. The 10 person hot tub was close to the unit. If you want to use the hot tub be sure to bring plastic cups as glass is not allowed and the condo only had one plastic cup.
We did not use the shuttle bus but we saw a bus stop in front of the building several times a day.
I would recommend this condo.
