Perfect place for our whole family to stay and have own bedrooms for all. We had 4 families staying. Enjoyed being on the lake. We rented a boat for one day. Appreciated all the lake toys that were available for us to use. The house was very clean. Beds a little uncomfortable but adequate. This was our second year.

This suited our family well, especially waterfront, space, fire pit, dog friendly spot. Family would have liked more yard space and less busy main road for biking.

Cannot say enough about the place. Bedrooms were set up perfectly for our three extended families. 13 bodies of all sizes. 7 adults and 6 kids(4 months - 12 years). Actually did not use 1 bedroom with 2 full beds. Kitchen and dining area were well equipped for our stay, separate ice maker came in handy.Plenty of toys and games that kept kids busy on 2 rain days and all other days.Floats and life vests were used every day. Rented pontoon for 2 days and took the large float mat to the sand bar at north end of lake. FYI excellent spot to have water fun. Used kayaks daily. AC was excellent also, temp in the 80's for our stay. Had one issue and Dana responded within minutes, explain situation and took care of it.(toilet paper). we try to go to a different spot every year but would consider this place again in a heartbeat. Took over 300 hundred photos and will have trouble creating our vacation photo book.You're anxious doing this type of stay but I want you to know how much my family enjoyed ourselves at the lake house.thank you for making your place available for complete strangers to enjoy.

My family and I were overwhelmed by the amenities provided at this house. We have been renting lake houses for years, and this one truly was stocked with the items we would need. It was more than accommodating to young kids, which was a big help. Communication with the owner was very quick, which I appreciated. The large number of bedrooms perfectly allowed each of my family members to have their own space, along with the 4 bathrooms. The outside deck was a great spot to hang out, which allowed a great view of the lake and the kids playing down in the water. It was even a great spot during a thunderstorm, as the roofline provided dry spots to sit. The neighbors at the top of the road were also very kind to us. The extra touches such as the s'mores kit, toiletries, and kids toys made this a comforting place to spend the week. I highly recommend this vacation rental.

We had 3 generations of family staying at the Tucker House, with more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable! Everything was as described in the listing, with even more amenities available than listed. Dana was very responsive (we didn’t need anything once we arrived); the neighbors were very nice & everything we could have needed was readily available. We would highly recommend the Tucker house to anyone & will hopefully be returning again next summer!

We had a family reunion that brought members together from all across America. The property is exactly as advertised. Lots of gathering spaces, plenty of beds and every water toy that you can think of! Parking is limited but we put extra cars on West Lake without incident. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Tucker House and the wonderful views of the lake enhanced the celebration of our niece’s graduation. We also appreciated that the first floor bathroom/shower each have accessibility equipment as I have an injury-related disability. The deck furniture was plentiful and comfortable for our afternoon and evening gatherings with the family on the deck. And communication with Dana was always helpful and responsive. We highly recommend the Tucker House.

We had a family reunion at this property with 18 of us who came from different places in the US and Canada. Everything exceeded our expectations. The host was extremely easy to communicate with and offered help to make sure our weekend went well. I would highly recommend staying here. Beautiful lake view and very comfortable home.

We gathered adult family members from 3 different states here and enjoyed relaxing together at this house. Favorite features and what we used the most were the big porch, adult water "toys," and board games & puzzles. The feeling of this rental is that of a homey, comfortable & lived in family home. Dana was readily responsive and the whole process and our stay was easy and uncomplicated. We hope to return again.

Perfect for comfortably accommodating our large family. Some nice homey touches by the hosts were much appreciated...they thought of everything. The waterfront access was awesome! Closeness of other cottages was somewhat a negative, but there was little to be done about that. Overall, a GREAT experience!

The Tucker House on Conesus Lake was the perfect place for our group. We traveled from different places in New York, Minnesota, and Tennessee to attend our 50th Geneseo reunion. Your very large, fully furnished, comfortable, clean home was enjoyed by all. In the early morning and after wandering the Geneseo campus during the day we especially enjoyed your large deck overlooking beautiful Conesus Lake. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful place to reconnect, share stories of our college years, laugh, play games, and share pictures of our grandchildren!! We could not have been more pleased with our stay on the lake. The house has everything and more than we needed. The host was super-accommodating. The accommodations were great for our graduation weekend with a large family. The overhang on the deck allowed us to enjoy the outside even while raining. We would love to come back in warmer weather and enjoy all of the lake toys provided.

We had a family reunion with 20 people including kids and this house was perfect for us. Plenty of room to sleep, large table for family meals and games. The kitchen fully stocked with pots pans and serving trays.
Would like to come again in the summer to take more advantage of the deck and water.

It was better than I expected! Fully stocked home made our early Thanksgiving with out of town family perfect! We enjoyed kayaking and the paddle boat even in October. Playing darts on the back deck was a throw back for me. Haven't done it in YEARS! The extra refrigerator really came in handy too! The few questions we had were answered very quickly! Highly recommend this lovely home!

The lake house was absolutely beautiful and well-maintained. We spent an October weekend with a group of friends who convene yearly at different locations. This has been our favorite so far.
The kitchen was great for prepping meals, and there was plenty of seating for meals together and watching the games. We really enjoyed the outdoor TV and dart board on the huge deck as well as the firepit. 7 bedrooms and 4 baths meant plenty of room for the eight of us.
The owner was incredibly responsive and very generous; I've never been to a VRBO with baskets of toiletries to use in case something was forgotten. What a nice touch!!
I would highly recommend this house for any large gathering of friends and/or family!

We rented the house because we were getting married close to the house. The host was very accommodating of us. Not only for checking in but the fact that we had a 15 yr old dog that we were thinking about. We would bw ahppy to rent with them again.

What a great property!! Great location with everything you could ask for. Sleeps 10 plus with tons of room. Great value for money. The only issue is parking. Only room for 3 to 4 cars. With 10 plus people bring as few cars as possible.

Our family of 17 enjoyed all this rental offered- comfortable accommodations for our large group, bountiful amenities including watercraft, bedding, games, cookware and more! We had a relaxing week on the lake with friends and family. There were water toys for all ages, and we gathered around the fire pit each evening to visit. There was lots of room on the deck to eat meals together, to read, or to simply enjoy the view. Our host was very responsive. We would love to go back again.

We absolutely loved our experience here. The flexibility with the dates was perfect for our group needs. The house had so much space, and every family there was comfortable. It was also stocked with anything you could possibly need, from firewood to toys to condiments!
The house is in a nice, quiet area, and everyone seemed respectful about noise level. The hosts were also incredibly understanding about a little incident with a bunk bed ladder that required some fixing.

We rented this property not celebrate anniversaries for 3 couples in the same family. Such a great place! 13 of us and there was something for everyone to enjoy. A great variety of games, inside and outside. Plenty of ways to relax. The deck is awesome, plenty of room and seating. The kids loved having the water mat and spent hours out there. The owner really has everything you need in the kitchen and the inside is very spacious. Great to place to stay with a large group!

Awesome family reunion stay
My family and I found this house to be wonderful. We had 13 people staying and another 8 coming and going constantly. We were all getting together from different parts of the country to visit our grandparent’s hometown of Dansville, which is right around the corner. The joke during our stay was, “ask the house and it will answer” meaning anything we needed was there! My Husband and I have done many house rentals and this one was by far the most well stocked. It was a spacious and very inviting home. The kids all had a blast swimming in their own little area out front and using the many lake toys that were provided by the host. We will definitely be doing this trip again in the future and hope to find this house available for our stay!
