The condo itself was perfect. We (family of 4) stayed there with some friends (family of 4). The kids were very comfortable in the room with 4 twin beds. Couples took over the other 2 bedrooms perfectly. There was more than enough living and kitchen space for everyone to be very comfortable. Larger in person than the photos appear. The bench outside the door was perfect changing into ski gear, and the hot tub was steps away. What prevents me from giving 5 stars were minor inconveniences. The keys were not in the lockbox upon arrival and we had to go to the front desk in the village to get some made. The WiFi never worked. I am sure we could have gotten it turned on if we were really needing to, but were able to connect via cell signal on mobile devices. The kitchen is lacking even the most basic of essentials, like coffee filters, salt and pepper, and oven mitts. Nothing like having to drive down to the village store for filters at 7am, or get creative with how to remove hot pans from the oven! Overall, nothing that would prevent us from returning, just would have been perfect with a few tweaks.

Great place, great location, great hot tub. Having the hot tub in the building was amazing. the pool is really close by, the kids walked there daily. Smuggs is an amazing resort. make sure you check the daily activity list for fun things to do. we really liked the place and would totally stay here again . had a few issues with how clean it was, a few broken items in the place and the wifi wasn't ready for the kids when we got there. the local management team did rectify the issues but we didn't expect any issues when we got there. The kitchen could have been better stocked with some basics so make sure you bring everything including salt and pepper.
