I booked this stay and left Texas in less than 12 hours to travel to PCB for Labor Day weekend. I am never a spur of the moment trip planner and usually have every inch of the planning completely planned months before. The host was traveling and sent me a message shortly after booking letting me know that I would be sent details as soon as possible. The host gave me every bit of information I needed to confidently be able to have the ease of arriving on such short notice. The house was clean and furnished well. I really enjoyed that I was able to take my pets with me. We had plenty of beach toys and chairs to make our time on the beach comfortable! It was a very quiet area and felt safe the entire time. We plan to make a trip back to PCB and would stay here again! PCB is hand down better than Destin.

We were in town for travel basketball for the weekend. We decided to extend our stay and turn this trip into a mini vacation with a teammate and her family. The host allowed us to check-in early. There were so many comforts of home and little extras such as beach chairs and extra linens. The kitchen was well equipped. The complex was well maintained. We enjoyed our stay

We're enjoyed while we stay this condo. Everything was prepared for us to use it. I got lots things to prepare for this trip, but i didn’t use it at all.
This place was so close to go other attractions, and beach was ready for me anytime, because this front beach was only for use Sugar Beach Condos and only three minutes walk distance.
I would like to.stay later trip if i want to go panama beach.

This property is such a good stay. Everything was exactly like it says, very clean, and comes with all the things you would need or may have forgotten. Lots of things to do around the condos and a very short walk to the beach! We will most definitely be staying here again next year!

We enjoyed our stay a Sugar Beach Condos. It’s so much nicer staying in a condo vs a motel. The location on Thomas Dr is convenient to activities and restaurants. Access to complex is easy by way of a traffic light. Our host was easy to contact if needed. Everything about to listing was accurate. We had plenty of room for a group of 6 adults and 1 pre teen and 1 teen. All of the bedrooms had private full baths. All were well equipped. The kitchen had everything you could need. The pool and beach were nice. We enjoyed soy stay and will be back again in the future. Thanks Sugar Beach.

We were all seniors and had to spend much of the day indoors. The construction workers were using drills and hammers all day long. I am not sure I would have not have cancelled if I knew about the construction. I hope your following guests had a quieter time.

Place was very nice close to nice bars and restaurants would definitely stay again weather wasn’t bad just cool but mid 60’s most of time but host answered within minutes which is always a plus and place was nice and clean

The location of the condo was perfect, 2 minute walk to the beach. The condo had everything we needed inside for the beach, cooking and just to relax inside if we wanted to. Lisa provided me with so much information to help make our trip memorable with suggestions of restaurants and fun stuff to do, our family will definitely be back to visit her little piece of paradise. We had an amazing time.

Location is near a main road so you do the hear traffic, we used the floor fans provided to drown out the noise at night. Everything you need for the beach is provided especially for the kids. Easy access to the beach and close to numerous restaurants. Lots of kid movies and adult ones as well. We were to exhausted to watch a movie.The kitchen is well stocked with all the pots pans silverware, etc you'll need and of course the coffee pot. Owner is very helpful and super about answering questions. Enjoyed the stay and the condo.

We had an amazing stay here! Great location close to the beach, pool, and town. We were able to see turtles and Koi fish from the balcony. We were prepared to buy some things we had forgotten at home but they were provided for us in the condo to use (saving time and money). Great communication with the owner also! She answered all questions in a timely manner. We will be back!!

This condo is very nice and spacious with many thoughtful supplies and equipment (e.g., boogie boards, sandwich bags, paper towel, swim goggles). Our kids want to live here! We didn't have to bring very much with us and could enjoy our time not worrying if we had everything. This condo is close to the beach. Having free access to lounge chairs and umbrellas was a nice surprise. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed at Lisa and Dan’s condo the week before Memorial Day weekend and we loved our stay! What made us book their condo were the 3bd/3ba, easy access to the beach, and the numerous other positive reviews! We see now why there are so many positive reviews left for their condo. Everything was clean inside, just as the pictures shows! The grounds of the resorts were very well kept and the gated fence/access gave an extra sense of security while you stay. The best parts of Lisa and Dan’s condo were their amazing communication and customer service and also the extra touches throughout the condo, from the beach chairs, all of the kitchen amenities, and extra beach towels (just to name a few). We highly recommend their condo and we most certainly will book with Dan and Lisa when we come back to PCB.

I put in a reservation about 2 months prior to coming down for my dad, two brothers and myself for a fishing trip we had planned. Couple of weeks after that reservation, I realized my wife was going to be off work the following Monday and Tuesday. Contacted Lisa and she made it simple and combined both into one reservation. Lisa stayed in contact through the whole process. A great condo and it is as described. Great location, with plenty of food and attractions in walking distance as well as the beach being behind our condo and not having to cross any streets to get to it. Looking forward to planning our next trip, and if this condo is available, we will definitely stay there again.

This condo was p e r f e c t.. it was clean, up to date, it was furnished with board games, Xbox games, curling iron, utensils, cups, seasoning.. coffee, with sugar and cream.. a closet FULL of beach necessities! Other then food, every thing we needed was there! Lisa stayed in contact with me throughout our stay.. most vacation rentals are very hard to get ahold of. This is our 3rd stay in Panama and you can bet your bottom dollar that I will forever be booking with Dan & Lisa. They’ve basically set the bar high and it can’t be topped.. so….. haha. BOOK WITH THEM. 👏🏽

Everything you need for the perfect vacation!
We loved everything about Rawlings Suite Retreat at Sugar Beach Condos. It was so clean & comfortable & had absolutely everything we needed. The layout is perfect with 3 full bathrooms & comfy private bedrooms. The balconies have beautiful views! It was great to be steps away from the beautiful white sandy beach or hang out by the pool. Shuffleboard & tennis were such fun activities right on the property. Lisa is OUTSTANDING & I truly felt like we were being hosted by family! Her communication & attention to detail is A+++. The location is perfect for pretty much anything you want to do. I just got home & I want to go back!! Best vacation ever!!

Amenities galore!
This condo truly had it all! Very very short walk to the pool from the unit and the beach too! We were greeted with a bottle of wine and hand written note when we entered the condo which I thought was a nice touch! The towels provided were really soft and absorbent and I love that there are plenty of fluffy blankets and pillows provided for lounging in the living room. This condo comes stocked with everything you could need and more in the kitchen, including a variety of zip lock bags! There is also a beach wagon located in one of the outside storage closets. Lisa was an attentive and effective communicator and answered any questions we had quickly. We definitely would stay here again!

Daughter’s Graduation
Owners were always available when needed, left us an awesome note welcoming and thanking us for staying, very clean, and an all around great stay. Lots of room for the 6 of us celebrating my daughters graduation. We will definitely be back in the future.
