This is a really great property located in the heart of Salida. We were taking a day off from the Colorado Trail and this place was perfect. Easy walking distance to Safeway, restaurants, and importantly, Brew Pubs. Highly recommend.

Fabulous location

The quality, cleanliness and style of this condo was superb. Locked underground parking and an elevator made loading and unloading a breeze. Loads of light. Decks from every room. Everything we needed. Gorgeous bathrooms and bed rooms. Cathedral ceilings, fans, comfortable furniture with a retro feel. Divine beds and bedding. First class all the way. One note: The kitchen could use some non-stick pans. The ones there are not easy to cook on and everything sticks. Otherwise the kitchen was well-supplied and has a gas stove. Condo is right in the middle of town, one block from the park and the river. The roaring Arkansas (and it is definitely roaring this summer) could be heard from every room. We can't wait to stay here again.

My family really enjoyed staying at this rental. The space and layout of the rental was terrific. The location was even better. We parked our car for two days and just walked around town taking in Salida and everything it offered!

We travel to Salida frequently and always try to stay in this condo complex because the location can’t be beat. This condo was spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated and has a great balcony for river watching. The upstairs bedrooms are huge and beds are comfy. The third bedroom on the main floor is smaller but still very nice. It has a sofa bed which is fine for one adult but I don’t know if it would fit two. Definitely a great space for kids.

Super clean condo in a great location in downtown Salida. The covered parking was definitely a bonus and we were walking distance from all the downtown area has to offer. The beds were super comfortable as well. Can't wait to return to this property.

Perfect location to experience Salida's historical downtown from

Having two master bedrooms was perfect for us two couples to stay for a wedding in Salida, and the extra pull out in a room on the first floor was great for our daughter. Location was GREAT.

This property is outstanding! Just park your car in the garage and walk to all of the resturants, shops, and river. (If you have extra family memebers with cars, parking on the streets nearby wasn't a problem.) You could even walk to Safeway for groceries. We cooked steaks on the top level patio deck which has a huge grill and one burner. The main floor and upper floor balconies have great views of the boat ramp and river. Everything was clean and beautiful with all the dishware you would need. The beds were very comfortable. The closets were roomy. There was very good accessibility for one family member who uses crutches/wheelchair. The elevator was reliable, the main floor of the living space had a small bonus bedroom with a sofa/pull out bed and a step in shower in the bathroom. There are no handholds, but the floor of the shower isn't slippery. Accessibility around town in a wheelchair was very good, especially for an old town. Don't hesitate, this property is a gem!

Absolutely beautiful property overlooking the Arkansas River. Caleb was wonderful to work with and provided everything we needed and more to make our visit perfect!

Outstanding property steps from the best shops and restaurants in downtown Salida

We had a great stay here with three small children. The location is steps away from many restaurants, cafes, shops, and Safeway. The condo has views of the mountains and the river. There is a park and large playground next door which was awesome for small kids. There are trails up and around S mountain less than 1/4 mile out the door of the building. The condo was spacious both in sleeping quarters and dining. The kitchen was very well equipped for any cooking needs. The property manager was immediately responsive for the two minor issues we had that were immediately resolved. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone - couples or those with kids.

My friend and I met with our teenagers for the week to ski Monarch and enjoy Salida! So easy to walk where we needed! The condo was amazing and fit everyone perfectly. They had everything you could think of, well stocked and all the comforts of home. No issues at all!

Great property and management. We will be back for winter sports vacation!
