We all loved this space. Great layout, beds were really comfortable (I looked in to buying my own lol), awesome back yard! We used the trail access nearby and easily could ride in to Bentonville. I felt right at home with the cleanliness.

Great home away from home! Clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed!

The property was exactly as advertised. We stayed at this home for 3 nights, while our home was being used for a bachelor party. It was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood, although you could occasionally hear traffic off the back deck from a nearby thorough fare. The home was very comfortable, but does have some room for improvement. For example, the master bath shower was missing the soap dispenser, so to take showers, we walked through the house to the 2nd bathroom to use a shower with the amenities (soap & shampoo dispenser). It was odd that my wife (who arrived first), had to go outside to turn water on to the house prior to my arrival. Also, the TV viewing was a little hard to navigate, despite the fact we stream at home via Hulu. (Maybe a more conventional platform like You Tube TV or Hulu - might be easier to navigate. Or simply pay for cable?) Little things like soap, kleenex, etc. - would be appreciated by any traveler. The last thing missing was a TV in the master bedroom itself. Please don't get me wrong - overall, I'd give this home a 3.75-4 out of 5 stars easily. When I think about the renting of a property - it just seemed like some small things were overlooked. We'd easily stay at this location again, if needed.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with the owners was outstanding. They left snacks for us. We had an issue (caused by us) and the communication with the owners was fantastic. The house is decorated in a bike theme and to us was larger than what we saw online. We would stay here again.

We traveled from California to Arkansas waiting to buy our home here and this home made our journey as pleasant experience. The owners are extremely prompt on returning messages and communicating our needs.

The home had plenty of room to spread out. Nicely decorated. Easy access to the biking/hiking paths. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked!

The place was nice and clean. It was a great place to enjoy.

Super nice place, you can tell the owners take pride in the place. We had a great stay with our family.
