I'm ready to book another getaway at this beach side accommodation. Everything was perfect.

Perfect for 2 people! Very clean and nicely decorated! Absolutely thought of everything you need. A little disappointed with the "ocean" view. It's a peakaboo view. It's more of a marsh view. We did see a little bit of the cargo ship when it came by. The owners do live here and you do hear them when they come and go. Overall very nice.

On arrival, discovered that the internet was not working. The info book gave a telephone # 1to “text or call.”. Tried to text but it was a landline. Called and left message. Next day - no response to call and still no internet. Called twice more and no response and no Internet. Third day internet restored, but no communication. Everything else was very good.

Beautiful beachy room, amazing comfortable king bed (best sleep on my holiday) Nespresso coffee was delicious. Kitchen was perfect for quick and easy meals. Back deck has great seating options. Loungers were relaxing for end of the day. WIFI quick and reliable. Everything you need is there. Friendly, safe, clean neighborhood. Great for birding around the area, pond and beach. And yes, huge turtles. Loved walking the beach everyday. Savannah is about 30 min drive. National Park is not far. Lots of fun for our first trip to Georgia. We both loved this location.

Beautiful secluded area. Clean on the inside. Although when we first went into the bathroom we were greeted with an old used makeup rag hanging on the door that looked like it had been sitting there for a while due to its stiffness. If you are an bigger person i do not recommend using the shower as it is pretty cramped. The shower head is about the size of the whole shower itself and it felt almost like i was drowning the whole time i tried to shower. I personally think the decorative shelves next to the shower could be taken out to put in a bigger shower. The trash can is a little confusing because you think it's electric (which it is) but it either didn't work or wasn't plugged in so we didn't really know how to open the lid. Other than those minor issues this place is gorgeous. Beach is easily accessible and i really enjoyed walking over the bridge and being greeted by little turtles.

This was everything the two of us needed to feel right at home while away from home! We were able to fix breakfast multiple times throughout the week, had plenty of space and really enjoyed the close beach access. We brought our own golf cart which made access to the rest of the island a breeze. We particularly appreciated the ample coffee provided, the outdoor shower and seating and the beach access immediately behind the property. We would definitely stay again!

This place was great. Clean, modern, and perfectly located. It's close enough to everything you need, but far enough away from the parts of Tybee that can get a little too busy. The views from the property are beautiful, and the beach is right there. That part of the beach is the best on the island, too, as it never gets too crowded, and you get to see the big cargo ships, the fishing boats, and in the right season, the dolphins. I really enjoyed my time here, and hope to come back and stay here again.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Beautifully maintained and renovated. We enjoyed walking down the POA owned boardwalk to see the turtles in the pond and to the river/beach to watch the sunrise. Made for a wonderful couples getaway..

This property is so cute! Very spacious unit for 2 people. The owners were very nice and gave us recommendations on where to eat and things to do. You are steps to a wonderful beach with very calm waters. The dolphins were jumping all day! A short walk to a coffee shop and pizza . Can’t say enough good things about this place.

The studio was perfect for myself and my husband. It is located close to everything and we walked most places. Would definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: This is an adorable downstairs studio/efficiency in a lovely condo complex on the north end of Tybee Island where it is quieter, and more laid back. The unit was clean, the furnishings are top-notch, and as a female traveling alone, I felt completely safe. The covered patio overlooking the pond is also very pleasant. I will say that, while the unit is advertised as good for two people, I feel that it would be a little tight. The bed is certainly big enough, but I couldn't imagine spending a whole week there with another person. Drawer space is ample but there are no real places to store luggage, etc.. The fridge is dorm-style at best and needed serious defrosting. My food was not kept cold enough and had to be thrown out. There is NO counter space where the toaster oven, cooktop and small sink are located, so cooking anything in the way of meals for two people is truly unrealistic. At best, you can make toast, fry an egg, etc.... Cooking a meal with no counter space and limited dishware just wouldn't make sense. No coffee maker, just a one-cup-at-a-time Keurig-type machine. So, depending on your preferences, this may be an ideal place for one person for a few days, but not for two people for an entire week.

This was a beautiful apartment. It was beautifully decorated, had everything you needed for a short stay. The location was quiet and we enjoyed the pond with the turtles, saw an alligator there also. There was a nice sitting area to have coffee or drinks and enjoy the scenery. There were a couple of places within walking distance to eat. Bikes would have been nice to have. The Beachfront restaurants and sights charge for parking which we did not realize until we got there. Pretty steep prices- $4 per hour with a 2 hr minimum. Eating over the bridge is probably a better choice except for Huc a Poos. They have great prices and free parking and we could have walked there if we had known how close they were. Easy walk to the beach. Everyone was friendly. It is an easy drive into Savannah for sight seeing. Beautiful city! May return one day. Loved the marsh scenery!

So quiet and tranquil

We literally didn’t have one issue. It’s a beautiful and quiet place outside of the city. Great coffee shop and restaurants practically right around the corner. Downtown Savannah was maybe 25 minutes away and that’s how we like it. 👍

The unit was exactly as described. The owners were great and very helpful with recommendations for things on the island. My husband loved feeding the turtles. It was so nice to be able to be in the beach without all the crowds. Overall wonderful experience!

Small yet we had everything we needed. The folks upstairs were a bit noisy. Long walk to the beach but exercise is good.

Beautiful clean Room. Spacious room lots of storage, kitchenette, small fridge, sink, huge King Size bed with 2 end tables, 46-54 inch tv. On dresser, beautiful kitchen dinners table. Nice shaded open backpoarch with plenty of seating looking out back towards turtle pond with an 800 yard walk to the beach. Very quiet safe area with beautiful sunset. Great for adults who want a scenery of birds, nature. As you watch the big ships importing and exporting out of the Savannah Port!

The property was exactly as presented online. Beautiful and exceptionally clean. We will definitely stay here again. The check in process was a little strained. Emails were apparently lost, but the response was quick when we questioned.

Very nice, spacious studio. You get what you see in the pictures. It’s on the north side of the island, so very quiet compared to the south side, which is what we were looking for. Definitely would stay again.

Only suggestion I would have would be to find a way to better secure the door that goes from the rental to Im guessing the garage space. When we were in our room and someone would take the dogs out, the connecting door would make a lot of noise. First time I heard it, it sounded like someone was coming into our room.
