We had a great time in your home! It was our first time renting a house in Concan. Our family loved the location, the feel of the home and of course the pool. We would like more lighting in the back area. I think some of the back porch lights may have been out. Other than that, I think a new family tradition has been started. We are already planning our trip for next year with more family and friends!

My guess and i all had a great time. Heaven's Canyon is a great place to stay, it was a perfect size very cozy and clean. We enjoyed the pool, the layout of the home excellent. Great choice!

Our stay was amazing!!!! Check in and check out was fast , very friendly staff. We arrived early and they let us check in early. House and pool were clean, it felt like home. Such a relaxing weekend cant wait to go back .

What a disappointment staying here. The beds are absolutely horrible. The mattress springs pop you in the back when you move, the bed frames need to be reassembled and tightened up or completely replaced. They moved and swayed. The stove needs to be cleaned or replaced. The burners are electric, but literally caught fire twice from underneath the top panel of the stove. HOW? The front left burner never got hot enough to boil water, yet caught on fire. The cleaning team needs to do so much better. Rice grains all over the pantry shelves and the floor, we didn't have rice. Strangers stray hairs all over the shower walls, and mud on the floors. No WiFi for guest really? The pool was nice. I'd never stay here again.

Location was great and distance from the neighbors was perfect. We couldn’t hear their music and they couldn’t hear ours. The TV in our master bedroom wouldn’t connect but it didn’t bother us as all. Might have been an easy fix if we tried but we didn’t. We had a blast, only way we don’t rebook this location would be if we have more family members join us next year.

We really enjoyed the house. However the television in the master bedroom did not work. It was clean and spacious and we loved the location. Also I couldn’t find a broom and I like to clean often.

We were able to stay with our Family in this rental and it was Great. The kids really enjoyed the pool along with the great BBQ area it has to offer. We look forward to going back.

We had a nice time.. It would have been nice to have the pool clean. If you walked barefoot in the house you had walmart feet :/ master bathroom toilet was broke, lights over the bar didn't work, one couch and beds were uncomfortable.

The house had enough beds for our group of 10 but they definitely could use some new mattresses in some rooms. The kitchen was stocked with all necessary cooking supplies but the oven did not work. The home met our needs for the weekend.

Very nice house which met our needs for the whole family! Pool was nice even though it was a bit too cold 🥶 to swim! Next trip will be in the summer! Wish you guys could add towels for after swimming in the pool.

The house was clean and the location was as expected since we knew where it was located before we rented. The kitchen was dark and the appliances were poor at best. The pots and pans were rusty, dented and some were greasy. Kitchen utensils were just barely adequate. There were only three bedside lamps, one was completely broken, and one didn't have a bulb. The house is dated and needs a thorough upgrade of it's amenities, particularly the kitchen as stated, bedding and general appearance. The manager sent over one frying pan and two small lamps which I did appreciate. We have many years of staying on the Frio in various accommodations but I would not recommend this one.

This was a graduation trip for our daughter and her friends. Upon arrival we noted trash on the grounds outside and my husband and I spent the evening picking up cigarette butts and trash so our little dogs wouldn't. Then that evening when we started to cook supper, we noted roaches in the kitchen. This is unacceptable in a rental like this. Everyone was sneezing by day 2-3 and looking at the air vents, I saw why....they were filthy. Lots of things needed improving but fortunately the kids had a a good time in spite of all that.
