It was a great place for our family to gather. We took turns cooking meals, so the kitched was very important to us. Everybody enjoyed their beds.

Plenty of towels, great location. Older home but Very comfortable.

While the beds are a little squeeky and fixtures/showers are a little dated, you can't beat the view. Fast internet with coverage throughout the house, plenty of hot water for showers for a family of 6, and a great welcoming package of snacks. Easy checkin/checkout, good comms with the host, nice to have a parking spot too. Great value!!

The view and location of this unit are second to none. However the unit needs ALOT of repairs and updating. For the most part it was clean - just needs a good handyman. Very outdated. Reminds me of a spring break rental for college kids. It served its purpose and the location and view were amazing- just don’t expect much- as many items in home are broken.

Wonderful location accurate to listing. Coin laundry in garage. Nice place on the sand very clean and comfortable. This is out 2nd stay and we will be back!

The location is awesome. The owner has clearly not maintained this house because there are several things that don’t work and need to be repaired. They maintain it to the bare minimum. However, the beds are very comfortable and the management company did a nice job of keeping it clean. Overall, our trip was awesome and super fun. The house is just a little dumpy.

We had a great week in Newport staying at this house. It’s on the second floor which is good and bad. The bad is the balcony is a little small. (This was not that bad because it was still big enough) the great was the view of the water! We listened to the ocean all day and night. Everything was close. We parked our bikes in the garage and parked the cars at the airport. We did not get in the cars again until check. We biked and walked every where. The grocery store is about a half mile away, great place! I’ll book it again. 8 adults my wife and I and our three grown boys and their significant other. And we are not small people.

Beds were so comfortable, perfect location, lots of towels and chairs to use, so many windows to enjoy the view. Loved the property.

We had a great time at this property!! Right on the beach is hard to beat. Walking distance to the pier and shopping/farmers market/surfing/bike rental.

The location right on the beach was great…. And that’s the only thing. The house itself was a major dump and looked nothing like the pictures. Everything was dirty and broken. We literally had multiple maintenance people out every day because the toilets didn’t work and none of the TVs did either. The deck looked to be falling apart and rotten fruit was shoved under the kitchen cabinets. The utensils in the drawers and many plates looked like they’d been rinsed off and that’s all. This place was super gross and I would not recommend for the price. Being close to the sand was great but you might as well stay in a tent. Also left a couple items behind and was told we’d need to pay to get them back.

Preliminary photo is enticing, but all wrong. No specific directions for parking access, door access, how to run electronics…..

This house is in a great location. The view is amazing and it’s great for a family vacation. The issue we had was the disrepair the house was in. For the amount of money we paid, the house should have been perfect. There was a large crack in the granite in the kitchen, one of the cabinet doors in the kitchen fell off and the refrigerator had no shelves in the door. These were just some of the issues. To Vacasa’s credit, they did address my complaint and offered to fix it. However I was not keen on having repair men present during my vacation

furniture did not match any of the pictures that was posted on the website, the dining table was different and took up a lot of space, the coffee table was different the bathrooms were very dirty, the toilets were not clean, there weren't enough towels in the house, dishes were all stained, there were broken countertops, the shower would get hot and cold out of nowhere at times, we had neighbors from downstairs come all the way upstairs without letting us know or knocking they came all the way inside the house and interrupt what we were doing, The lock on the door to get in the house was broken, The patio area was not clean, the furniture was all outdated, there was no space for anyone to move around or sit outside. The owner was at our front door at 9:40 am asking if we had left the house, and that she was ready to go inside and paint. The fridge had a nasty smell, the icemaker had mold. There was trash left in the sink. There was sand on the staircase leading up to the top level. The closet had sand in it as well in the bedroom with the bathroom in it. The carpets outside were dirty. It was definitely not comfortable at all. I’ve rented 5 houses from VRBO and this by far was my worst experience.

I encourage you to visit the property and view. Everything was broken and dirty. I have sent videos already and have more to share. I paid a premium to rent the property and felt so unsafe and uncomfortable with my 4 grandchildren under the age of 3 that we never stayed. I have to find alternate house which required additional costs and cut trip short. My case number is 36886506. I have been offered a 15% refund which is not enough.

Being right on the sand and within easy walking distance to many beautiful spots and restaurants is what this house is about. Also, we had a large family group at the house and there were 5 separate bedrooms and 3 full baths which was a huge plus. Beds and furniture were all comfortable. Having a parking spot off the street was handy. House is in pretty rough shape, but it did not diminish from our group having a fun stay.

Heater did now work, security brought us heaters but then the TV stopped working. No face clothes or hand towels. No coffee/condiments even for one day. The home has been well utilized: counters broken and patio missing brick. We enjoyed our stay but felt the home was lacking. No beach chairs available.
