Nice easy walk into town and all it has to offer. Right near the bike trail that will take you everywhere. Beautiful home. Loved it!

Carl’s Nest was clean, nicely furnished with two large bedrooms upstairs, each with their own bathroom. Downstairs has a comfortable family room, big kitchen and dining area. The layout is really well done. The entry was straightforward, not complicated like some places and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with. Wish we had a few more days there to just do nothing and try out the hot tub. Check out was easy. The neighborhood is eclectic, quiet and safe. And near restaurants and shops. I highly recommend Carl’s Nest. My best experience with a short term rental so far.

Very clean, comfortable unit! It had everything we needed for our stay. Linens were very nice. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, baking dishes, utensils, etc. Bedrooms were spacious and bed were very comfy. Definitely would recommend!!!

This is a well maintained, up to date and comfortable home that served as a great homebase as we explored the Loveland and Ft Collins area. We were a bit surprised at the age and condition of some of the other properties in the immediate neighborhood, and the parking really is limited to one vehicle, but neither issue negatively impacted our trip. We would stay here again, thank you for providing such a comfortable home.

This property was beautiful! It was immaculately clean, with comfy beds, nice sheets and towels, and a perfectly stocked kitchen for cooking. We had everything we needed. We had a great time relaxing here and would stay again for our next girls weekend.

We had a great stay. Everything was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Check in was super easy! Location was just a couple of blocks away from restaurants and downtown. It was a wonderful central location as we traveled to Golden, Boulder, Ft.Collins and even went to Cheyenne and Laramie WY. All were within about and hours drive from Loveland. We would definitely stay here again!

The property if in an older area but the home is extremely well kept.
The owner/property managers have stocked the kitchen very well with utensils, basic needs like spices, coffee, salt, sugar etc.
All the rooms were very clean and spacious.
Close to grocery stores & downtown Loveland for restaurants & breweries.
Good fit for a family or couples.

We came to Colorado to watch our son play baseball. He plays for Northern Colorado Owlz. We also enjoyed Rocky Mountain National Park and horseback riding at Sombrero Stables. The stay was very inviting and comfortable.

We were in Loveland for seven days for a golf tournament and could not have chosen a more comfortable, impeccably new and clean place to stay. The hosts thoughtfulness with small amenities really helped. I highly recommend Carl’s nest if you’re anywhere near the Denver area.

This property was absolutely wonderful!! Clean, very nicely decorated, close to Main Street Loveland, and so quiet… We had a great stay and will definitely stay here again, if visiting…. Property Management was also very easy to get a hold of and was helpful with any questions we had… If in doubt, don’t hesitate to book a stay… I promise and I’m picky….

This was a beautiful property. Nice central location for our needs. It was very clean. Being a fellow VRBO owner, I notice all the details. It was great having the separate bathrooms for each bedroom. All the little extras you provided were fantastic! The decorating was very cool and current. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Place was super clean and very very well equipped. Location was fine as it backed into a park with a nice trail and a short walk from shopping/dining. Someone was always available to answer questions or to make our stay better.

Excellent property very clean and new!! Highly recommend staying here if in Northern Colorado!! Short trips to Estes Park, Cheyenne Wy, Denver etc!! Downtown Loveland has that small town atmosphere with friendly people everywhere we went!!

Perfect place
This property was so clean and new. Great location for for getting to softball fields :-) and Downtown ... food was great! This condo has everything you need...the washer and dryer was a huge plus for us. Will rent again!

Great Loveland condo
Alot of vacation rentals end up being a let-down... not this one! It was just as advertised. We are picky about cleanliness and this one was sparkling clean. It's also in a convenient location. If I had to find something sub-par about it, it would be the VERY low water pressure in the showers upstairs. Not sure if that's something an owner can control or not. Overall a nice condo!

Perfect Location
Our condo was in pristine condition. Everything was very clean and amazing. My husband and I enjoyed our condo, the closeness of visiting with friends from years ago, the nearby bike trail, and the walking distance to downtown Loveland. The location and the condo were perfect for what we needed.
