Friendly host, amazing property! All our kids wanted to do was stay at the house all day :)

We enjoyed everything about our stay. It couldn’t of been any better.

Everything was exactly as described.... but more. Very clean and luxurious. The extra thought put into ensuring we had a perfect stay was great. The pool water was like entering a bath. Highly recommend!!

We absolutely love this home. It was spacious and welcoming. Plenty of room and within an hour of everything. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. My only suggestion would be to get a bigger coffee pot.😄 ☕️ We will definitely stay here again, if we are ever in the Tampa area.

We stayed in this property 03/24/24 & 03/25/24. It is in a very convenient location. The home was the perfect size for our family and we really enjoyed the pool. Neighborhood was quiet and it was a short commute to everywhere we needed to be. Home is beautiful and was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend and we will stay here for any future visits to Tampa. Great communication with the host as well.

Great place to stay and great location. Not sure I like all the security cameras but understand why they are there. Probably do the same thing if it was my place.

Everything was clean. The location was great. The heated pool was amazing. If we had stayed longer, we would have made use of the grill and fire area.

We rented this home for a family wedding weekend; the home is gorgeous, modern, clean, and beautifully furnished. It was perfect for our needs.

We found the house easily from the highway. Was convenient to all the places we went to. Very quiet neighborhood. Owner provided a lot of little things that one may forget and or loose while on vacation. Communication was very good with any questions I had since booking .

We had this booked since May, the listing checked all of our boxes on what we were looking for. The place had everything we needed and no issues at all. Great quiet neighborhood right off the main road. Will definitely book again in the future. We had 5 adults and everyone was comfortable. No complaints whatsoever. The pool and the outdoor area was very nice after being out all day. Thanks

This was our first VRBO rental and it was amazing! Stunning place, plenty of room and the added touches of snacks and items made us feel very welcome. The heated pool was a perfect temp for late night swims( not sure if it would be too hot for daytime ones as we were gone most of the days) The only 2 minor issues we had was the water took awhile to get hot in the house and sheets kept coming off the bed. Overall we greatly enjoyed it and hope to come back!

We enjoyed the house very much. It was enough space for the five of us. The pool was a welcome spot to cool off. It was very hot while we were there.

I have rented several homes through VRBO. I rent houses to have it privately for me and my family. I will never rent a home when someone else is staying in it. This listing says nothing about someone living in his garage. The owner gave me this information when I entered into the home. Kinda stuck at that point

We absolutely loved staying here. So close to everything. Quiet neighborhood. The house was immaculate! Smelled so nice upon entering the home. The pool was so relaxing after a long day exploring the Tampa area.

Awesome experience from start to finish. Located convenient to Busch Gardens we were able to enjoy a swim in the pool after a long hot day at the park.

We had a group of 7 family members. It was the perfect gathering spot to wind down from our cruise. Highly recommend this place.

Really enjoyed our stay and the kids loved the pool and play area. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe and the home had TVs everywhere and had a comfortable feel. The master bedroom has an open-style bathroom, but there are 3 bathrooms in the home so there were plenty of privacy options.

We really enjoyed our stay, house was very, very clean had everything you could think of down to razors and toothbrushes! Was looking for lotion one day was wishing they had it but I couldn’t find it . Although there was one night we were ready to grill and couldn’t find a lighter anywhere in the house so we had to go to Circle K and get one no big deal though? We left it there for the next guest with charcoal and lighter fluid. And not to sound like I’m complaining but I’d like to help for next guests, the shower in master bedroom water was barely hot just hot enough not to be cold so it was very uncomfortable every time I showered cause I was cold but kids did say shower in other bathroom was very hot! Host was very good responding back and fourth! Neighborhood was decent and quiet I just had it pictured different in my mind though? Overall it was a very nice stay very clean and comfortable loved the pool and I’d stay there again no question! Host takes pride in making it a cozy and comfortable stay in her beautifully decorated home! Ps. I love those marble floors too! I want them for my own home now! Lol!

We were very comfortable during our stay. Beds were great! Loved spending time with the kids and family in and around the pool. Very relaxing. Seemed so secluded. Loved having coffee out by the pool and listening to all the birds.

Great home and great location close to USF. The pool was great after being in the sun all day. House looked just like the photos, comfortable home and roomy. We would stary again if in the area.

Beautiful 3 bedroom house! Very clean, great neighborhood and convenient location!! It was very easy to get to everywhere we wanted/needed to go! We were there for my sons’s graduation from UT and this house was perfect!! The pool and entire outdoor area was wonderful!! The host, Nathaly, quickly responded to any inquiry I had. This home is conveniently located, beautifully decorated and a great space to be in! Who is perfect and we absolutely love the private swing set. The little fireplace area was also fun to have! My group was in town to see the Taylor Swift concert, and we were close enough to Raymond James, but far enough away to be out of the crowds. I hope I can return to Tampa to stay again!

After my original vbro booking fell through, I stumbled upon this house. I messaged the owner and within minutes was sent a pre-approval to book this lovely home. I am very happy we did. The house is beautifully updated and very clean. The owner responded very quickly to any inquiries I had, they were able to accommodate an earlier check in than anticipated. My 3 yr old absolutely loved the playground, clubhouse and heated pool. Even the teenagers loved the playground lol The house had everything you would need. When we first arrived snacks and drinks were left to enjoy. The pack and play came in handy as my 3 yr old wanted to sleep in his own "bed." I personally loved the jetted tub in the master suite and the bath bombs that were there for me to enjoy! The neighborhood was a quiet residential area but also very close to main roads and any kind of store you may need to go to. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again on any future trip to Tampa.

This house is amazing!! So beautiful updated well stocked w/ the extras.. (kitchen stuff) the pool is amazing after any day of traffic and crowds. We would totally stay here again!
