We were looking for a quiet oceanfront place for a rare family vacation with our adult children and spouses. So happy we chose this location and unit. The owners kept us notified of everything we needed. The place is in a beautiful location. The unit is very well kept. I highly recommend! Thank you Paul and Leslie!!

We loved this property! The condo is very easily accessed from atlantic avenue; parking was perfect above ground and never required parki g in the garage; the entrance to the condo was easily accessed and the lobby was clean, inviting with close access to elevatres. The elevators themselves were digial and clean and were quick both up and down.
Our condo was awesome! From the bathroos' cleanliness to the kitchens well stocked equipment, we needed nothi g else. The co do had a dehumidifier that was wonderful as well. My 14 yo son reported that his bed was incredibly comfortable and he slept for hours each night!
The location of the condo was perfect, givi g us a beautiful view each morning and night of the ocean and beach. The amenities, i. Ckuding pool, lounge chairs and space was amazing. The stairs and ramp from the building to the beach was superlative. We have vacationed in 2 other condominium buildings over our 15 yrs vacationing in Daytona Bea h Shores, and Oceans Club is by far the easiest access to the bea h and the cleanest. The indoor water fountain was a huge plus for us as well.
The Chapa's made sure everything was perfect for us, and had so many thoughtful touches in the condo was so thoughtful and appreciated.
We have thoroughly enjoyed our 7 nights of rest and relaxation! It was difficult to leave, but we are looking forward to returning next years!

Upon arrival, there was zero parking available. I had asked about the parking garage clearance days before checkin and was told “we don’t know the clearance”. We realized it is Too small for my expedition. Not sure why an owner wouldn’t know that. Upon entering the rental unit, the smell of pine-sol and cat urine overwhelmed us. Almost to the point of nausea. There were chip bags under the beds and Oreo packages in the dresser drawers. The humidifier had shut off due to being full. We found out after emptying that it fills within a couple of hours so it’s basically a full time job to keep it emptied and running, as the owner asks. The vrbo app wasn’t working properly and I couldn’t get the chat feature to load. I texted the owners to the number they provided and they responded through the app instead so I couldn’t get in to read their response. Overall the stay was good. The location is great to see sunrise and sunset. The unit was full of towels and blankets but lacking in food storage containers or grilling utensils or even pans to transport to the grills by the pool. I left my pillow and the owners have zero suggestions on how to retrieve it. I live local and could drive over to get it if they could leave it at the property managers desk.
I would try to find another unit in this building if I chose to stay again.

We just finished our week stay at the condo and we really enjoyed our trip. We were in town for a national dance competition. And while the rest of our dance team were cramped in tiny hotel rooms at the Hilton, our family of 5 enjoyed having a spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo. We had to drive to the Ocean Center daily but it was a short 15 minutes and well worth it for the space and quiet that the condo provided. The owners were excellent with getting back with me on any questions or issues I had. The view from the balcony was amazing!! We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck and nightly glasses of wine as we talked about our day. The king bed in the master bedroom was like sleeping on a cloud. We also took full advantage of the kitchen and laundry machine that the condo offered. We hate eating out 3 meals a day while on vacation, so being able to have home cooked meals was a perk. Thank you for allowing us to book your condo and we will book again in the future if we are ever back in town.

We had a great time staying here. The owners were very responsive. The dehumidifier needed to be emptied a few times a day, but other than that we absolutely loved staying. The kitchen is stocked, plenty of beach towels and that View!! Sunrises were spectacular. Direct beach access was the clincher for us. Thanks!!

We had a perfect week at this condo! Very friendly, helpful year round neighbors right next door and attentive hosts. The condo is directly on the ocean with an amazing 9th floor view which we enjoyed from the living room, bedroom and balcony. Pool is heated and lovely. Pool chairs get taken very early but not a problem because hosts provide ones to bring down. Pool is steps from the sand so you can leave chairs at the beach and cool off in the pool easily.
The hosts took great care to stocking a well equipped kitchen, games & outdoor toys, beach towels and sand chairs. You really need to just bring your personal items…everything else is there.
Location is great. A pretty short drive to St. Augustine and even shorter drive to New Smyrna where we found one of the best restaurants ever. Be sure to visit “The Garlic” restaurant. It’s quite the experience. We met friends there who are restaurant owners in NY and they couldnt get enough of it.

We had the greatest time! Our family enjoyed the property and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They allowed us early entry, as our flight got in HOURS early, and our two littles couldn’t stay in the sun all day. We enjoyed the view, seeing the dolphins at sunrise was one of our favorite memories. We can’t wait to book again!

We came to visit my family that lives in the area and this condo checked all of the boxes! Beautiful floor to ceiling windows, comfortable accommodations, in a beautiful a friendly building! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Leslie was very sweet and was in constant communication! Thank you!

We stayed for a week and had no problems at all. The owners were easy to contact when we had questions. Parking was convenient and access to the beach simple. Many good restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. I highly recommend this property

We loved the condo! Awesome view of the ocean and great location! Kids absolutely loved the pool. We definitely plan to come back in the future. Common areas of the condo were very clean and kept clean on a daily basis which was very nice as I have seen other buildings that are not maintained very well this was not the case here. Really no complaints - we loved it!

My overall impression is that and not to be offensive is that the rental is basic. You can tell this is unit is just used to flip over to the next renter with very limited cleaning and conduit coming from the ceiling fans is not very impressive. Cheap fix to not opening up the ceilings to run wiring. You do have everything you need to a certain extent but most things are not organize there from the kitchen draws to many other things. I little dated. But over all we made it work.

We loved our week in Daytona Beach Shores. The location was ideal and we did a lot of fun things! Meeting up with friends to relax on the beach, go out to eat, play games etc was a blast! A few times we had a couple of issues but Leslie responded promptly. Morning coffee on the balcony was my favorite! We’ll be back!

Such a great experience! Leslie was very thorough in her communication and responded promptly when I had questions. The property has an amazing view of the ocean! I loved the peacefulness of the area but close proximity to anything we wanted. The condo had everything we needed and more. I had a wonderful with my daughters and would definitely stay here again. This is our first time at the Shores Club and it did not disappoint. The building itself is very well kept and welcoming. We felt very comfortable and safe during our stay.
We've rented other places before and can really appreciate how the owners have gone above and beyond supplying their condo with more than just start up essentials. It comes very well equipped with attention paid to details.
Leslie was on point with all of her communication to us and our check-in/check-out experience went off seamlessly.
Between that amazing heated pool, the ocean view, the gorgeous sunrises/sunsets, watching space launches off our balcony...we will miss it all.
Hoping to come back next year.

Our stay was almost perfect. We actually advised multiple friends to make reservations UNTIL we received notice that the insurance we took out received notice that the dining room table was damaged. There was no damage. Yes, we have insurance and, yes, it’s no cost to us BUT that is fraud and unacceptable. We will be notifying those we recommended this property to and advising them to go elsewhere.

We checked in before Nicole, evacuated and then returned. Leslie was a wonderful communicator and walked us thru this process. Needless to say, it was a memorable experience. The condo was great before and after (no damage) and we would recommend this rental. The beach is beautiful.

This unit is absolutely amazing. From top to bottom the unit has everything you need for a great stay. The furniture is beautiful, the kitchen is fully stocked and the beds are super comfortable. The unit is fully decorated in a coastal, beach, theme. The ocean front balcony is perfect. The views are fantastic. Lastly, the owners are wonderful to work with. I've been going to Daytona Beach for over 40 years. This is by far the best place I've ever stayed at. I will definitely be back!

Some updates on the inside would be nice. (kitchen & Baths) LR & BR Furnishings are really nice. Muggy & damp inside but that may be the nature of the area. Laundry machines could be replaced too, as it’s hard to get the washer running. None of these caused a bad experience.

We have stayed at the Shores Club for the past 10 years and love it. The building is located in a less crowded area of Daytona Beach Shores but is still close to restaurants and shopping. The condo is clean and well appointed. There is a large balcony with amazing views. Leslie was quick to respond to any questions. We plan to return! Thanks for a great stay!

Breathtaking views, right on beach
I took my daughter and her friend (teens). We had a good time sitting on the balcony watching the sun. We hung out at the beach most of the time. The room was very nicely decorated and the beds so comfortable. Everything you would need was there. Don't hesitate to book this condo!

Easiest accommodation
Our family enjoyed this condominium. This location is excellent for a quieter experience of Daytona Beach. Close enough to the pier to drive to but far enough from the crowd. Very clean condo and the view is gorgeous. Even though a reserved parking area is available, we didn't need it. The use of codes to access the building makes it so much easier to get around. We will definitely be back next year!

Daytona Forever
We missed Daytona for 2 years and we’re so glad to be back. The condo was wonderful, comfortable, well stocked. We cooked all but two of our meals during our week long stay so we enjoyed having everything needed on hand…just add groceries!

Best gem on the Atlantic!
An absolute gem that perfectly met our families needs from the updated decor, amazing no drive beach location, views of the ocean, and room layouts! The kitchen was very well equipped and allowed us to do a variety of meals! The double queen beds in the second bedroom were perfect to fit all four of our girls and allow for them to all be together! Great condo layout! The views can’t be beat! Super clean beach and loved being on the No drive side so the kids could go down there safely.
The hosts have amazing communication and even let us know about the rocket launch happening while we were there!
Would stay again in a heart beat! 💛
