There were 18 of us there, and it never felt crowded. The kids loved the bunk and media rooms. There were two things I think needed attention. First, the furniture in the great room is showing wear and some pieces need replacing. Also, we killed many spiders in the lower level, so you might want to spray. That being said, we had a wonderful time!

By far the best rental we have ever stayed at with family/friends. We've stayed at several places in Breckenridge and this one exceeds everything needed. The location is perfect. No hesitation whatsoever to stay here again (and again!).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful home. We went there to celebrate my 60th birthday and while there, my son proposed to his girlfriend. The home has spectacular views and is laid out to where everyone has their own private space. We had Chef Ben come in and prepare dinner for all of us one night, which was wonderful. We took enough food that we didn't even eat out. All meals were prepared in the home and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We were told that there was not a Kuerig, but there is one in case you are wondering. The outdoor grill was a plus with beautiful views as well. The kids enjoyed cooking out. We had a fox show up the first and last night right outside the kitchen door which was a treat for everyone. Definitely recommend this home for your family!!

Very professional, helpful, and responsive. This huge, beautiful home was spotless, well-equipped, and cozy yet spacious enough for all 20 of us staying there! The most incredible views both outside on the deck, from the hot tubs, and from the living room windows. Kitchen easily seats 20 people. We had 35 people attend the wedding and parking was no issue at all...long driveway is wonderful! BOOK THROUGH PARAGON AND STAY HERE!! I would rate this higher than 5 stars if I could!

It is such a gorgeous home and one of the few rentals that fit our needs-a house that fit 20+ people, allowed dogs, and allowed events (we had our wedding here). The house had everything we needed and a ton of extras-two hot tubs, a theater room, private bathrooms for almost everyone, 3 kitchens, and a fire pit. The property is stunning and the views are breathtaking. The house was only a 2 minute drive from Main Street-so the location was perfect. I highly recommend this house for a wedding or just a beautiful place to vacation with a large group-you will not be dissapointed.

This was the PERFECT place for our intimate wedding! We had the bridal party stay at the house and had the reception on the beautiful back deck! We had a gorgeous view of the mountains, had hiking trails right off our backyard and had a beautiful house to stay in for the week! This house had everything we needed and MORE! Two hot tubs, plenty of room/bathrooms for all of our guests, pool table, movie theater, fire pit & even garage access for the cars! This house is such a dream - thanks for letting us stay here! We made amazing memories here! Can’t wait to come back! and thanks for being dog friendly too :)

Part of the door handle on the family room door was missing so we had to secure it with a chair. The property management responded quickly when we let them know but it was not repaired by the time we left the house. That was the only thing wrong with this beautiful home. We had a great time and I would stay there again.
