We have stayed at this unit multiple times. It has its own beach, the pool is the perfect spot to enjoy sunsets, and there are amazing restaurants and a mini-mart just steps away.

Our host, Pablo was AMAZING and so accommodating. From check in, stocking the fridge, providing SO many recommendations. I was so impressed.

We arrived and Pablo was there to meet us and get us acquainted with the property. He also booked our adventures (zip line & ATV) and gave us great recommendations for places to eat shop and surf. He was excellent. The property was perfect for us. The beds were good and everything we needed was provided.

We did not want to leave.
The entire family loved this property. First, the manager, Pablo, was a great source of information for the activities we wanted to do. He also arranged for a local cook to come in and cook us a traditional Costa Rican family style dinner, it was amazing and less than the cost of going out to a restaurant for dinner. The home itself was spotless and extremely comfortable. The back porch was an ideal place for most of our meals, overlooking the ocean. The staff was very polite and courteous and made us feel welcome at all times. The location is in a very quiet neighborhood, just a 15-minute walk into Tamarindo. If you're surfing you have a great break right out your back door (its a high tide break over lava rock, at low tide it's a 100-yard walk to a nice sandy beach break). The whole family highly recommends this location.

We loved the condo. It was located in a quiet area outside of Tamarindo. Beautiful and comfortable. Our concierge, Andrea was very helpful in organizing and reserving our excursions. We hope to return.

Location of this property is perfect. Furniture was comfortable however outside table and chairs were not. The biggest problem was the lack of sufficient kitchen items. With 4 people staying we had to hand wash flatware at least once a day and run the dishwasher at night. Additional kitchen items would be great. Also the beach chairs were old and really unusable. Not what I would expect from a high end property.
The concierge was disappointing. We asked for just a couple of things - a reservation for dinner our first night at Fish and Cheeses which was never made so we had to scramble for dinner and that we wanted a cooler to be able to take drinks/food to various beaches which was not provided and the lack of one was not communicated to us.
Listing details all good except the "gourmet" kitchen was definitely not stocked at all let alone well stocked.
Overall a great place to stay as long as you don't expect to do much cooking.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beachfront condo. The apartment is clean and equipped with nice kitchen, reliable wi-fi, A/C, clean beds and nice trendy furniture. We did not like the A/C ventilation air return located in the master bedroom as it made a lot of noise. We also did not appreciate the water pressure in baths as it was too low.

Awesome place
We had an amazing time here. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We specially enjoyed the evenings sitting outside on the patio seeing and listening to the waves. Alfredo was very helpful before our stay as well as throughout the entire stay making sure we had everything we needed.

Great location and great property
My family really enjoyed the place and the excursions the property manager provided. The pool was perfect and private to only those at the property. The beach is right outside the gate from the pool but you do need to walk down to find a swimable section that is shared with the occidental hotel. Check in was fine but not exactly clear until we got to the property and the guard let us park in the lot

We had a great experience at this property. Leading up to and during the trip Paulina was so attentive and helpful. She was willing to help with anything we needed. The location was awesome. Close to town but far enough away to enjoy the peacefulness and calm. We would definitely stay here again.

Langosta Condo. We had a wonderful time in Horizontes del Mar apartment 104.
The condo was excellent and was everything that we expected. The cleaning person came every other day and we arranged for her to come while we were away in the afternoons. The common pool was always refreshing at the end of the day and we enjoyed visiting with the other guests. We had a rental car and visited a different beach every day. Parking at the condo was easy and very safe. Our concierge, Elsa, was very helpful. We ate dinner at 11 restaurants during our 12 day stay and had no trouble parking near by in Tamarindo. We hope to stay again next year in same condo.

Very Good
Location excellent. Condo excellent. However kitchen did not have very good pots & pans for those who would like to cook. The teflon frying pans were completely scratched. The dishwasher did not work (we ended up doing all dishes by hand) and a safety concern was that the timer on the dryer did not work and dryer kept running.

We loved this place!! The location was great and unit was wonderful. Being on the ground floor was a bonus for us as well as the cleaners that came in several times during our 5 night stay.

Great property with a great location
Everything was great. Dani, the concierge, was truly amazing! She made our trip special and easy! The pool was very nice and the beach was so close and easy to access. The property felt safe at all times. It was a really great place that was an easy walk into town.

Nos encanto el Condominio, muy amplio, muy bien equipado, comodo y agradable la decoracion, muy bonita el area de la piscina, muy bien la seguridad (muy amable el personal).
Lo que es terrible es el acceso a Langosta (la calle de tierra) lastimosamente, da perecita salir y entrar!!!!
