This condo is very beautifully decorated and well equipped. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Since the bedrooms are situated at the back of the condo you just need to keep the blinds closed or else anyone walking past can look right into the rooms. Also don't have an ocean view because the trees have grown so tall between the building and the ocean but that did not bother us that much. Very short walk to the swimming pool and beach with pier although we did not use these. We used this condo as a base to explore the Keys, go scuba diving, kayaking and a number of other activities. There are also many fantastic restaurants nearby. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and will stay here if we come to Keys again.

Very nice accommodations with great location for all activities we wanted to participate in. Bed was very comfortable. Although we did not cook any meals there it looked like a very well stocked kitchen. Good access to pool and small beach. Wish we would have known there were pickleball courts available and we would have brought our gear. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the Keys.

Overall the property worked but I’m not sure we’d return. Things were clean but could benefit from a deep clean- walls were grubby, there was mold on the shower grout, and chairs were stained. I would have loved a broom to just sweep out the dirt we dragged in. It also sounded like the Olympics of re-arranging furniture all night long above us and some of the amenities we were looking forward to were closed- the cafe was being remodeled. That said, the pool was great, the beach a nice break, and we spent lots of time on the pickleball courts. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Nice condo and better than hotel stay. Having washer dryer and full fridge was really handy.

The location was amazing! I had never been to the florida keys before and wasn’t sure where to stay but this location was perfect! I also loved this condo! It was clean and had fishing poles and other amenities to use. The private beach was nice but the dock was unfortunately closed off. Overall it was a great time but the dryer took 5 cycles to dry one load of clothes and the TVs constantly disconnected from the Wi-Fi which was very frustrating. Owner was notified and said it would be fixed. The balcony doesn’t have a great view but it is a nice feature. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay. For his graduation trip, our son chose a trip to the keys. We wanted to stay on one of the middle keys so that there was easy access to key west for a day trip and to the there things to be done while there. The condo did not disappoint. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, the kitchen was very adequate and the ice machine was a big bonus! The condo was clean and everything that we needed and wanted. It was a great trip and we hate to be going home.

A great location for us.

Loved staying at this condo! It had everything we needed including noodles for the pool! Perfect size for 4 adults or a family with 2 children. Cooked breakfast every morning and even a few dinners. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Sean!

I rented for most of January and found the geographical location of Tavernier to be perfect. It’s only an hour and 20 minutes to the Miami airport and I made multiple day excursions to visit friends and family in Lauderdale area, which would not have been as easy if I stayed further south. For those of you not familiar with the keys the traffic builds as you venture further south, so Tavernier avoids all the bad traffic that is possible on any given day. The ocean pointe complex fits my taste perfectly. It’s quiet and unpretentious with everything you need and nothing more. Not mentioned in previous reviews and worthy of noting is the fun food truck that is located at the pool most days, I ate there 3 or 4 times and it was all delicious. I brought my boat and slipped it at the marina which was nice, but beware that getting out is super narrow and shallow so just be careful. The pool area was fun and crowded ( in a good way, not over crowded ) just lots of people having fun and enjoying the sun. I’d recommend bringing your own cooler to the pool area unless your a millionaire. The best value drink at the pool bar is the Pina Colada even at $16 a piece they are well worth it. The Condo is great. The decor is warm and neutral. Lots of light blues and light green colors with a fun beach theme. The furniture and finishes are PERFECT because it’s nice without being fancy and stuffy ( I hate beach houses that feel like a museum ). Like most fisherman my favorite appliance was the ice maker. Lastly Sean himself is probably the best amenity. Every phone call or text is answered quickly. His recommendations for food, fun, resources, etc are on point. You can tell that this property is beyond an investment for him, he really cares that you enjoy yourself and have a nice stay. Whole experience was 2 thumbs up. I try to never stay the same place twice cause I think there is to much in the world to see and experience but Sean’s place is an exception to that rule.

Clean, nicely decorated property. Easy access to pool and private beach. Owner provided informative packet with easy to follow check-in and check-out info. TV’s were a little wonky as I needed to consistently reconnect to internet to access channels. Beds were comfy and other amenities were appreciated (cooler, beach towels, coffee maker, etc). Enjoyed the property very much and hoping to return in the near future.

We had a great time at this condo. The kids really enjoyed the pool everyday and did a little snorkeling off the beach. The beds were all very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Relaxing

This property was so clean and perfect for our stay. We wanted to be in a centralized location between key west and Miami. This property met all of our needs. 10/10 would book again.

Loved this place. The condo is clean and the beds are comfortable. The community pool is outstanding and the beach area and pier are great too. Also a boater's paradise, though we did not bring our boat with us. Will definitely stay again.

Location was close to shopping and restaurants and activities. Unit was clean and comfortable. Resort offered a beautiful private beach and pool. Host communicated clearly and offered excellent suggestions for restaurants and attractions. Overall, an excellent choice for our short getaway.

Condo was clean and decor Updated centrally located to attractions and restaurants. The only comment is there was No closet space for hanging clothes or pantry in kitchen. It was reserved for owner. Other than that great stay.

Accurate listing. Clean and comfortable condo. We are a family of 5 adults and we were quite comfortable. Quiet except for the sounds of nature. Great location close to restaurants and shopping half way to Key West. Nice pool, good sand beach for sunning but not for swimming. I would stay again.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location in the Keys. We were a family of 6 (3 kids, 3 adults including a senior citizen) and we stayed there for 3 nights. Apartment was beautifully done up, location was in Tavernier, close to some of the major sightseeing and activities in the Keys. Sean was responsive and a thoughtful host. We used the pool, walked to the marina, there are drinks and dinner options close by. We would come back here again and recommend to friends and family.

My family and I had a great time for our first family trip to the Florida Keys. The unit was exactly as described and clean all around. Great location as well in relation to Islamorada and all activities we did. Would definitely recommend staying here, and looking forward to booking again next time.

Perfect place to relax. The unit was as described and very comfortable. The pool was wonderful and we never felt that it was crowded. It's actually one of the biggest pools I've ever been in. The beach was small but we had a lovely view of the ocean. All in all, we would stay here again.
