This was a girlfriend getaway week and the house was a perfect spot for us. It’s a charming home on a beautiful treed lot. And very convenient to the day trips we took. Loved the art scene in rockport. I would book this house again. The owner was very understanding when we took a basket of towels accidentally.

My brothers and I come down to fish a few times a year and love this house. Great location and room for a boat. Quick access to boat ramps and everything else we need. The owner/host is very quick to respond to messages and has always been very easy to deal with.

My brothers and I have stayed here a few times before for fishing the bay and it's perfect for our needs. Close to the boat ramps and has plenty of room for a 24' boat and truck. Zack is always easy to deal with and very responsive. We'll keep coming back.

This property was exactly what we needed. Simple, easy and quiet The AC kept us comfortable Loved the ceiling fans in all the rooms My husband wants to now find a recliner like the one they had. The kitchen had all the things we needed as we didn’t eat out a whole lot and cooked most of our food. Our dogs (both 55 lbs) loved the backyard running and sniffing they are weirdos and loved playing king of the hill on the deck 😂 We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood no weekend craziness. We brought our trailer and had plenty of space to park it and our SUV. Communication with Zack was quick and he had the property ready for us to just walk right in. We stayed ten days and would definitely stay again.

My significant other, I, and our pups stayed at this cute cottage! We had a wonderful time and the location was great. If we come back to this area, this is the place to stay!

Fantastic house for a few people. Super clean and organized. Lot was huge and clean. Plenty of parking for vehicles and covered parking for boat trailer.

We absolutely loved this adorable and cozy home! The yard was absolutely gorgeous. The home made us feel like we were staying in a familiar home. It was so cozy and we definitely plan to go back! We want to bring our kiddos next time.

We stay in the Rockport/Port A/Corpus area fairly consistently so we are always on the hunt for repeat VRBOs. This is one we will be back for. Everything in the home is well thought out, and you actually feel all the life/love that's been lived in it. It's well appointed and the yard was great if you have dogs. Convenient location, and the owner was fabulous to deal with. We immediately felt so comfortable in this home....just like we lived there all the time. Great experience!!

Cozy Comfortable Convinient. My family and I really enjoyed this place it was close to the beach, to great fishing spots, and to the city. We really enjoyed the private backyard for our dogs and the house.

The property was great! Our pup enjoyed the wonderful yard! The home was great and we were very comfortable there. The only suggestion I would make would be better pillows in the master. They were very hard.

Cute little house with everything you could think of for a stay at Fulton. Beds were comfortable, plenty of games and movies if you have time. We appreciated having Netflix and Hulu without having to remember our passwords! lol

After struggling with the heat and drought this summer, a stay at the coast was a great way to transition into fall. The house was delightful, and the fenced yard was big enough for our 3 standard Poodles. We walked, shopped and went to the beach. We had a lovely time, Thank You!

Four friends gathered together to visit the Hummingbird Festival and deepen their friendships. It was a girl's weekend with my aunt, BFF, and new friend from the neighborhood. Each one my support system and rock while my husband fought the battle of his life. Rockport/Fulton was one of our favorite haunts. We visited places we enjoyed and I shared my stories with them. We enjoyed family who lives there, the Bakery, Sonic at the picnic area near the marina. We played games and laughed. Talked and cried. It was a beautiful setting for what we required. We had my fur baby with, whose been known as the Cajun Princess because she's such a little diva. She even enjoyed the comforters of the home and beautiful fenced in yard. We stayed here with our two dogs a week for our 10th anniversary. Beds are very comfortable, quiet, safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Very pet friendly with a great fenced yard. The home is beautiful and a short walk to the waterfront, short drive to the beach, about 50 minutes to Port Aransas beaches and shopping in Corpus Christi. But what makes this home exceptional is the host and how well stocked it is for guests. Check in was seamless, and Zack allowed us complete privacy but was always available if we had questions and was very accommodating in making changes to our reservation (we didn’t want to go home and added two nights). From coffee, fishing poles, beach towels, well stocked kitchen and laundry, great entertainment package on the TV to a beautiful patio under live oaks with a grill, table and patio lights — great for everything from yoga and meditation to dinner and drinks. We loved our stay and highly recommend it.

We spent the weeekend at this charming property. It was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped for a short or long stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Fulton and Rockport. The fenced backyard was great for staying with a pet. If you have difficulty navigating stairs, just note that a few steps need to be climbed to get inside. The host was absolutely fantastic. With communication and was very helpful!

We had to cut our vacation short due to an emergency back home, but in the time we were there we enjoyed our stay. Super clean rental, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. We (and our pups) loved the spacious, fenced backyard. We’ll definitely have to go back!
