Exceptional stay. Perfect location and the place was immaculately clean. Great kitchen that was stocked with alot of stuff you don't usually find in a VRBO. Washer and Dryer, and great air conditioning. There was a bottle of Frank's hot sauce!

My daughter & I stayed here for a concert at PNC. It was a quick 15 min Uber ride to the venue. Close to downtown Concord, within walking distance, but unfortunately most places on the Main Street were closed due to the major construction. Within walking distance to the Southern Strain Brewery which has a very cool thrift store attached to it. The Gibson Mill is a short drive & very worth it. One note on the neighborhood, mostly it looked & felt safe but there was one house across the street that appeared to have some sketchy business going on. The good thing is that that business did not come to our side of the street & we were very happy about that. This is a very nice place & would recommend it to anyone. Only two things that we’d like to see added…the beds are very firm & just not very comfortable maybe adding a mattress topper would help. Some blankets/throws for the living room would be a great investment. Since it’s the only area with a TV, it would be nice to have a little blanket to settle in & watch a movie. Other than that, you won’t be disappointed! We’d definitely book again!

This property is furnished thoughtfully and stylish. Small comforts like rugs under the bed, quality sheets, and a fully stocked kitchen made this stay very comfortable. It’s really big and the location of the bedrooms makes it easy for adult couples to stay together and still have privacy. We ordered in one night and just relaxed and watched tv. It was a nice place to stay with good energy and, yes, you can hear the neighbors but that was comforting to us since the house is so big and it was good to know people were nearby.

My husband is kind of a hotel snob so we don’t typically do rentals. Our family lives in Concord and I wanted to be close during the Thanksgiving holiday so we could maximize time. This home was absolutely perfect for the 3 of us. Everything was clean and stocked and the check in/check out process was so easy. There was even orange juice and other items in the refrigerator! This was such a pleasant surprise and so close to our family that we will definitely be looking to rent again in the future!

This property was just the right size for all of us. Clean with many updates. The host is fantastic and very responsive. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying there again in the future.

Condo was extremely CLEAN, WELL STOCKED with everything like spices, butter, oatmeal, etc. Modern, beautiful decor. Eggs, biscuits, milk and water in fridge were a nice touch. Bedding crisp and comfortable. Walls were extremely thin and could hear every move/word from people and dog upstairs. Sectional in listing is not what is in condo. Had problems with tv-response time in dealing with tv was slow and then we were asked to go buy our own batteries. Close to downtown.Gianni's Trattoria is a must for dinner.
