I would like to give this place a terrible review so it’s always available when I want it, but I can’t. This house has a perfect setup for large groups and we can’t wait to go back!

Our house was dirty when we arrived, we could clearly see that cleaning was not done. The kitchen had limited pots and pans and the ones that were there were old, teflon falling off when cooking and all the food sticks to pan. No plasticware and the layout of the house was different than described. The bedrooms are outside the main house including the restroom. The beds were hard and not comfortable. The pool was dirty, the light kept coming out of the wall.

This is our first year staying in this house, we absolutely loved it! We had 4 families and loved the idea of the outside rooms! We have some early risers and they could go inside the kitchen for breakfast and coffee without feeling guilty of being loud and waking others up!

We enjoyed our stay at the Rustic Tavern and enjoyed the layout of the house. The living room and kitchen being seperate from the rooms made it comfortable for everyone to sleep peacefully when they wanted. Great surround system outside, 2 large tvs outside, volleyball net and tether ball made it easy to have a good time together. The only downside was there were no bed sheets or pillowcases which I was unaware of, but it was stated in the email I just missed it. Overall it was a great time and we were all pleased with our stay here!

We had a great time at Rustic Tavern. The house was perfect and had plenty of room. The pool was AMAZING! Thought the water would be hot with the high temps we are having but water was cool and relaxing.

The back right bathrooms sink had super low water pressure, almost at a trickle. Checked everything we could to no avail. The air return/filter was totally caked with dust as it was last year at this time. On the house the surface was relatively clean but it could use a deep cleaning around edges of stove, dishwasher, in couch, etc.... as it is really dirty.

This is the 2nd year in a row we stay at the Rustic Tavern for a hunt during New Years timeframe. The only negatives were the a/c in the common area didn't seem to work well as the filter looked to be completely caked. Several of the a/c units in the rooms should be cleaned as everyone's allergies seemed to be really bad after the 1st nights stay.
