The west facing balconies were wonderful places to relax after skiing. Also the dining table was the perfect size for our group of 5 adults. Everything was very clean and the condo was well stocked with supplies.

We loved it. This place was just a short walk away from the shuttle bus stop to the mountain and a short drive to the grocery store. The condo is spacious and perfect for 4 - 6 people. The garage is a bonus for storing ski gear but it was too small for our SUV. The hot tub is nice and a short walk through the parking lot. The bathrooms and kitchen had the right amenities (although more seasonings would have been nice).
The check in instructions could be improved as the instructions for the door lock were missing a step & the hot tub code was not provided ahead of time.

What a wonderful home away from home for our family this week! We can’t say enough good things about our stay. The garage and hot tub make this place extra special. The unit was clean and well stocked. Cozy and comfortable for us to relax after 5 long days of skiing with friends. Conveniently located on shuttle route. Thank you for assisting us to extend our stay a day due to bad weather. Vacasa customer service was so great and convenient to text and quickly get responses to any questions we had! We hope to come back to this same unit next year!

We had a great week at this lovely well-outfitted condo in Steamboat Springs. The condo is large and well-located near the bus stop. We also enjoyed the hot tub just around the corner. The garage was too tight for our truck but was a useful place to leave our gear (and the truck just fit in front of the garage). Fantastic ski conditions!

It was comfortable, however some things were not working and for the price we paid we expected a bit more cleanliness in the condo.

We loved the location of the condo and the updated amenities. However, it would have been nice to have had a couple of fans as it did get a little warm in the afternoon.

Clean place with everything you need including comfortable mattresses. Front door lock needs repair but we went in and out of the garage no problem.

Beautiful condo, very well appointed and spacious for our family of 4. The 2 separate beds in the second bedroom were perfect for our kids. Easy access to free city bus to ski resort. It was wonderful.

The home was fantastic, we had to leave early as my daughter was hurt on the slopes, I inadvertently left several articles of clothing in the master bedroom closet, I called early morning of check out day to report this only to be told they didn’t find anything, I started listing off what had been left and was told they would get back with me and of course they never did, with the exception of my belongings not being turned in, and not having access to the hot tub it was an okay vacay

Relaxing spot in Steamboat
This is the second time we've stayed in this condo complex while at Steamboat. It is so convenient in terms of being close to the River Walk, a nearby creek (for kid splashing time) and grocery stores. It's just a short drive to downtown Steamboat or Stagecoach Reservoir. This particular condo unit was very nice. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We had some small issues while staying and management was very quick to respond. Neighbors were generally quiet and our stay was relaxing. I put a 4 for cleanliness because although it was generally very clean, it was clear no one had used (or looked at) the sofa bed in a LONG time. In addition to not having any sheets (which management quickly fixed) we found all kinds of debris in the couch when we took off the cushions (socks, cup lids, food crumbs, etc). The unit came with multiple floor fans which quickly helped things cool down.

Welcoming and serene, we were a group of 6 and were very comfortable in this cozy condo. Lovely new wood floors, condo looked to be in new condition. Beautiful stainless appliances, well-stocked kitchen with Cuisinart cookwear and a great grill on the patio. We stayed in and cooked filets one night! Would stay here again in a heartbeat and would definitely recommend it.

Very comfy, it was great having a garage. The teenagers thought the beds in the 2nd bedroom were a bit short (removing footboards may help). Master bed and bedroom was very comfortable.

Perfect Hideaway
Loved having the garage entrance. Place was very nice. We didnt ski, so we didn't use transportation to the ski resort.

- the property was not cleaned adequately before our arrival - there was dirt smeared with a mop by the entrance, lots of dust under the beds, dirty bathroom sink, lipstick marks on the wine glasses, and trash left by the beds (we found several bills from a liquor store that were left by the previous guests...)
- the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything what is going on at the neighboring condos

Pretty much par for the course. Every place has plusses and minuses you didn't expect. Worked for us.
