This house was prefect & just right for a group of 9. Son slept on pull out couch so 8 is best if you don't want to sleep there. The location was prefect easy walk to beach and town square. Great house porches are amazing!

The home is beautiful, with gorgeous decor and two large porches for outdoor space. Location to the shops and restaurants was only a one-minute walk. This was our first time renting in the area. We have usually rented in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area, where the homes are stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, and beach towels. You will have to bring everything for the beach yourself or buy it there. We flew and did not realize that these things weren't provided (I did not check the listing, so my fault). We were provided one kitchen cloth and one kitchen towel for a house full of people for a week. To their credit, the company was very responsive and quickly brought additional kitchen towels and blankets when we requested them. There is one king bedroom set off by itself, but the other king bedroom connects to the bunk room by a bathroom. Although it has its own bathroom, it is accessible through the bath to the other room. We had a group of teenagers in the bunk room and their use of the bathroom late at night kept me up late so be aware of that before booking.

We arrived early and we’re pleasantly surprised that the property manager graciously reached out and gave us early access which was super helpful.The service was excellent! The home is totally renovated and tastefully appointed to support 1 large or 2 small families.Location is top notch for reasons with a 5 min walk to the beach and 3 min walk to Seaside CommonsWe stay in Seaside usually 1-2 times a year and this has been one of the better experiences

We always enjoy staying in Seaside. This house was close to the center of town and a few minutes walk to the beach and the pool. We loved the screened in porch and having our morning coffee outside as well as lunch. The kitchen was almost too small for two people to be working there at the same time. Pantry storage space was very limited. The street was quiet and the beds were comfortable.

We chose to came back to this home for a 2nd time after staying at many homes in Seaside. It's a great location, cozy, clean and fits our family of 6. My favorite part is the 2nd floor balcony! We spend a lot of time there as it offers a breeze and you feel like you are perched in a tree house. The kitchen is small, but it's all we need for a week. The living area is decorated beautifully!

My husband and I along with our two grown children, daughter-in-law and our 14 month old granddaughter had a wonderful vacation in Seaside staying at My Three Sons! Everything was clean and very comfortable. If there was anything that could be needed it would be a baby gate at the top of the stairs. From the pictures I saw at booking I knew we would need one so I brought one with us but I can see that’s something that could easily be forgotten.

Love this house!
We have stayed in my three sons before and loved staying there again! It is such a great house and well managed! Perfect location and set up. We will hopefully get to stay there again!

FABULOUS IN EVERY WAY!
This was my first time to Seaside Florida and it is now my "go to" place! Beautifully decorated, well equipped kitchen , incredible location, space for everyone! We parked the cars and never got back in them until we left. Just a minute walk to beach, coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. A true gem of a place!

Perfection!
MyThreeSons was a lovely Seaside home that was comfortable and had everything you could need! The location was a short walk to food trucks, pavilions, community pool and shopping. The bikes provided were easy to use and convenient. I would highly recommend staying here!

There were 4 adults and a baby. We enjoyed our stay. The house is lovely and accommodating for way more people than we had. I will say the golf cart restrictions & not being able to swim with your baby in the bigger pool (even if they have a swim diaper) has deterred us from returning to stay in Seaside. It just doesn’t feel as welcoming and inviting of guests like it once did. This was a great last stay in Seaside and we appreciate the hospitality.

This was our second time staying at My Three Sons. Overall great vacation. Only issue was we had to wait over an hour past 4:00pm to access the home upon checking. Cleaning crew was running late. We were understanding and patient, but there was absolutely no concession from 360 Blue on check out time and not even an "we're sorry for the inconvenience". There was a broken glass in the cabinet when we arrived. We left it on the counter so it could be accounted for.

“My Three Sons” you accommodated us so well! We loved this house, the interior was beautiful, light and airy! Kitchen well equipped. Outdoor shower was perfect after a day at the beach! The second floor porch so comfortable for morning coffee or afternoon happy hour! So close to walk to the beach, town square, Seaside chapel and pool/fitness area. The memories that were made in this house with my family are priceless! Someone commented about pet allergies, I had 2 in my party with pet allergies and they had no issues! Thanks again 360 Blue!

The home is located so close to everything. It felt like a true seaside community. The porches were great and we enjoyed our coffee outside each morning. The kitchen pans and other items could be updated and a few other necessary kitchen items. If you have animal allergies the home has had pets in it before.

A nice house and a great location, in regard to Seaside amenities and beach access. The issues were: 1) the property didn't appear clean, 2) brown water initially ran from the bathtub faucet and 3) parking passes were not supplied until requested. Again, great location just not great property management. Will not be staying here again.

We loved this house! This is our 4th time coming to Seaside. This is our favorite house so far. Love the bedrooms on the first floor. The master shower is great! Love the second floor living area, especially the porch!

We enjoyed our time at My Three Sons. We had 6 in our party. The bunk room was perfect for multiple kids. The large room upstairs was so comfortable. The porches were relaxing to sit and visit with family. The master bed was very comfortable. We liked how quiet it was on Forest Street. It was nice to be away from the busy town square. You were still only a few minutes walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again. We had a few questions as one does when you go somewhere. 360 Blue Properties has been our favorite management company to rent from. The App is amazing. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our time in Seaside and staying at “My Three Sons”. The home is in a great location and convenient to everything in seaside, especially the large pool. I’m not sure we wore shoes the whole time we were there and the house is a short walk from everything. We would love to come back!

We had a great stay! Seven days in August. The property was clean and well maintained. “My Three Sons” is a great setup for families and well situated close to everything in seaside. 360 Blue was responsive to our requests and emails for assistance while we were in town. Seaside is amazing and we will definitely use 360 Blue again when we return to the 30-A!

We had an amazing week in Seaside and the comfort and location of My Three Sons cottage definitely added to the experience. It’s a cozy cottage that never felt too small for our group of two adults and three teenage girls. Some of our favorite things were coffee on the porch in the morning, the bikes were a huge hit and we loved using the charcoal grill when we cooked dinner in. The location to the beach, restaurants and shopping could not have been better - even closer than we expected. Overall awesome!

My Three Sons was a fun home for our 2 week spring break. Centrally located between downtown Seaside, the family pool, the playground, the beach, and the nature trails in Watercolor- it worked out great for my family of 4 plus 1 grandparent. We appreciated the upstairs family room which is light-filled and opens onto a generous porch with comfy furniture. The kitchen was a little on the small side with no storage space for food, but we successfully improvised by storing food on a nearby table.
360 Blue handled a broken water heater professionally and as quickly as possible. In the future I would suggest 360 upgrades or maintains the provided bikes better- they are showing their age and each year we seem to have a dud or two.

We had a great week in seaside! Had to leave a day early because of hurricane Irma but better safe than not! I hope our dear seaside weathers this storm ok! We have been coming for 20+ years with our family and it has lots of memories! As far as suggestions for my three sons I would definitely recommend new mattress in master! Also kitchen pots and pans need updating! But the upstairs living area was comfortable and really pretty! Enjoyed the porches with the cool fall air coming in! Thanks for another year of memories!

We LOVE this house! Brought 6 kids & were so comfortable here. Its clean, bright, roomy & loved the kitchen/dining/living up w/vaulted ceiling. Better than the pictures. Used the outdoor porches, bikes & outdoor shower daily. Location is perfect, very close to town center & short walk/bike ride to beach. Kitchen skillets, pans could use updating but otherwise a perfect stay! We'd rent this house again in a second. 360 Blue staff was very helpful & professional too!!
