What a week! We had a blast at Ocean Isle Beach and this property is one of the reasons why. Kids loved the fire pit and fishing off the dock. While the adults enjoyed the quick beach access and proximity to restaurants.

What a fantastic house & property! This was our first time staying on OIB (usually Sunset Beach people) and everyone agreed this has been our favorite house yet (after 18 years coming down to the area). LOVE all the fun decor, and Gina has a ton of extras that are so thoughtful and fun to have!! Thanks so much for a fantastic week!!!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Isle Be Dockside. The home was very clean and sits on a canal which was a perfect location to dock our boat to enjoy for the week. Gina is a great host and very responsive to any questions.

Thanks to the owners of 43 Anson for maintaining such a clean, beautiful home. We loved the mattresses and storage space. Wish we had had a lift for all of our our luggage and supplies. But .. We have no complaints. Don’t forget to watch the sunset from the back deck every afternoon. Absolutely beautiful!!!

We had a wonderful stay, the house had everything we needed. Very well stocked kitchen, very clean, great location and The kids loved fishing from the dock. It is a great base to explore all OIB has to offer.

Wonderful house, modern decor, sitting on canal that was perfect for fishing or relaxing. Loved the firepit and the swing. This house has everything you need for a perfect vacation! The host was excellent with communication! Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to all my friends. Couldn’t have asked for anything more in a vacation home!

Everything about this home was amazing. The canal was peaceful, the cleanliness was better than any other place I’ve stayed, and the attention to detail was on point. It truly was a vacation from the second we arrived. Not to mention the house is just so pretty. True beach vibes. Gina was very responsive and the whole stay was stress free and relaxing. We stayed for 3 days to fish a tournament out of ocean isle. Very clean, close to everything, deep water access and plenty of room for our 32ft boat at the dock. Owner was extremely prompt with any questions we had prior to check in. Wonderful experience!

Great location and amazing house! Had everything we needed. Only small thing was the Wi-Fi. First weekend of football so the guys wanted to watch it but had a bit of trouble with the Wi-Fi/YouTube tv. We can’t wait to book again and go back!!

This rental is perfect for anyone looking for a mid-sized house at OIB. The place is beautifully decorated and has great indoor and outdoor spaces for medium sized groups. The dock is a great feature as we used it to go paddle boarding in the canal. The house was very clean and Gina was a great host. Would absolutely stay here again.

We booked a stay at Gina's for a semi-last minute girls trip. Perfect space for all of us. We had plenty of room and we LOVED all of the outdoor spaces. Very tastefully decorated and had everything we could think of needing. It was so great to have beach chairs and the umbrella available so that we didn't have to pack as much!

We all enjoyed our stay last week. We fished off the dock outside and the kids loved taking showers outside after their trips to the beach. The house was clean and ready for us just to move in and enjoy. We ate out at Sharky’s on the island and the boys took surfing lessons all week which they enjoyed. Everything was A1 rating as far as we were concerned.

Overall this was a good house for our family. The street was very quiet and the house had a nice personal touch given to it. Communication with owners was always good which was much appreciated. We were disappointed in the fact that the ladder had been removed from the dock prior to our week so we had no way to swim in the canal. This was a major issue for our family. We could never regulate the A/C at a comfortable temperature in the upstairs. The owners were great about getting someone out to look at it but it appears it was a vent & air return issue. The kitchen was decently stocked but could use a tea pitcher and a few other extras. The master walk-in closet was nice but having a master bathroom instead would’ve been a better use of that space. We would also recommend that all of the tvs be equipped with some type of service (YouTube tv. Etc) versus having renters log-in to their own accounts. We had to use our own Roku device in the living room to access our personal Spectrum account to watch TV. And the tv in the master bedroom never would connect to wi-fi. Overall this house is well kept and our family enjoyed our week. Just some minor issues that would make this property excellent.

Wonderful property that made for an excellent Beachcation for our family of 4 making memories that we'll never forget!!! This property seamlessly merges traditional & cozy beach cottage feel with modern updates & decor, cleanliness, and all the creature comforts you could need! Spent time at the beach (easy walking distance) and also at the sandbars near the inlet that are a short boat ride down the waterway. Property owner was extremely helpful and communicative and it was obvious she cared about our experience!!! Highly recommend!!! Fare Family - Wake Forest, NC

We had a great week exploring OIB and the area. Short walk to a wonderful beach and of course a water view of the canal located behind the home. The home was as described and as pictured with no surprises. Having beach chairs and an umbrella handy saved us a lot of room when packing and was much appreciated. It is a very friendly neighborhood which definitely added to our OIB experience. Great communication with the owner prior to the stay to help answer a few questions and during the stay as well. I highly recommend this home if you are looking to enjoy the water, beach, and all OIB and the area have to offer.
