We were impressed with the house and how much space we had to enjoy ourselves! We celebrated by going down to the Frio River and return for some fun in the pool and a bbq. Definitely will recommend this place!

The property was very nice. It was hard to keep the floors clean. Could use some other form to sweep up the dirt that gets tracked in the house. Tile and the broom/dust pan could not keep up with the traffic. There are plenty of dishes so do not bring anything with you other than spices. The wildlife around the property is great. Pool is perfect. No need to bring any chairs with you as the supply there is more than enough. Couches need their cushions replaced but is manageable. Overall excellent stay.

We loved our stay here very much. The room set up was perfect. Our kids loved the pool and we were only about 15 minutes away from Garner State Park. We would love to stay here again.

Our only issue was some of the plumbing fixtures were not in good order. Some general repair was needed. Otherwise, it was very clean, comfortable and well stocked and fit our family well.

This house is nice and big with a great layout. The casita provides extra privacy for guests who may want it. Plenty of dishes for cooking and eating. The pool was a fantastic temperature even at the end of July and great for cooling off. Lots of shade and fans on the patio. Wi-Fi works great in main house, pretty spotty in Casita. 1 Tv in the main house and 1 in the casita. 10 minutes from Garner, 45 minutes from Chalk Bluff. Staff at check in and out were friendly. Will definitely stay again!

Amazing! House was perfect size, property great location, pool was a life saver since there was no water in the river. Deer watching was bonus! The entire place flows all together. Volleyball and horseshoes was a blast! I have stayed at several other places but this by far was the best. Would highly recommend it for a large get together. The only thing I have to say I would change would be there is no mop or broom and with little ones you always have a mess. Went through a lot of paper towels :)
