This condo was perfect for my family during out stay in Seacrest. The sofa beds for my 2 children were comfortable too! Tricia was amazing and the condo comes with sweet amenities....a great make up mirror, 2 types of coffee pots, starter set of kitchen needs, etc. Highly recommend! And bonus...the beach at Blue Tide is not crowded! It's a little gem on 30a!

We had wonderful time at Blue Tide 5A. Condo was great and easily assessable to beach with great views from first floor. One bedroom was prefect for me and my wife. Tricia was wonderful host and communicated with us throughout our rental. Will definitely consider renting from her again when we return to 30A.

This will go down as one of our favorite stays in 30A! It doesn’t get much better than being a few steps from the beach, and also being on the 1st floor. The pool was perfect as well for my daughter when she wanted to swim. This condo was STOCKED with so much! From kitchen appliances to beach gear. Communication with the owner was easy. We will definitely come back!

This is our second year staying at Blue Tide 5A. The location is absolutely perfect! Walking out to the beach where our chairs and umbrellas are waiting is clutch for our busy family! The condo is well stocked with most everything you need and it is always clean! Tricia is so easy to work with and she stayed in touch during our trip to make sure we were comfortable and everything was just right. She takes so much pride in her rentals and it definitely shows! Thanks for another week in paradise. Already starting our count down to next years visit. 😊

From booking all the way to leaving, we had a very smooth experience. The room was great, the owner was always available to answer any questions we had, and the private beach was wonderful. And you are close to two great restaurants, amici and amigos. Overall great experience!

This property was just as described. We have been coming to 30A for 9 years and this was one of our favorite places we’ve stayed. The location was excellent and a quick bike ride to Alys and Rosemary. The condo came with everything you would need for your stay. It was ideal to walk right out the door and be at the beach. The beach isn’t crowded at all since it’s reserved for the condo guests only. We will definitely be returning!!

I have been coming to 30A for years and this was the best location for the price I have ever stayed. The view from the back patio was perfect and with our Bote chairs, we sat and had incredible views from the edge of the property. It's literally steps from the beach, albeit 50 of them down and back up. The condo was very clean and Tricia was very easy to work with. I couldn't recommend this place enough if you're looking for a more private, beach vacation. away from the vast amount of people in Seaside and Watercolor.

We loved our stay at BlueTide! The condo was very clean, linens were luxurious, and it had everything we needed! Master bedroom was comfortable, the makeup mirror was an added bonus! Our boys slept on the foldout couches(the linens provided for these were also SO soft). The shower was nice with good water pressure and a handheld shower-head(which is always nice when you have kids). Tricia was great and easy to work with. She provided everything we needed for cooking in the condo(including coffee maker). The washer and dryer worked well and it was nice to wash the sandy clothes and towels. The location was perfect! We also highly recommend Old Florida Fish House(we ate there twice) and Buddy’s Seafood Market-where they will steam shrimp for you or put it on ice and cook yourself! The beach was just steps away and the beach service was so helpful! Overall a great vacation…we will be back next year!

Very clean and nicely updated. The owners did an excellent job making this a complete turn key property, and I can tell were very thoughtful about the functionality of unit. We had everything we needed to have a carefree stay as a family of four.

We recently stayed here for our 5 year anniversary. It was so peaceful. The unit was literally 10 steps from the beach access stairs. It was clean, stocked with everything you need, comfortable beds and pillows, alllll the things! It’s in a perfect location away from the huddle and bustle. We are already planning our next trip here.

We have stayed at Blue Tide many times. This was our first stay at 5A. It was lovely. Trish was so very helpful. Checked on me many times before and even during our stay to make sure all was well. We love Blue Tide!

Perfect family vacation
Our trip was outstanding. The property was absolutely beautiful. Extremely well stocked with just about any cooking utensil you would need. Our host was very easy to work with and was always available for questions leading up to the trip. The cleaning stuff ran by Mrs. Nicole was amazing to work with. The cabana guys were awesome and always went above and beyond. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in the 30A area. We are already looking forward to our trip next year.

Blue Tide 5A
This condo is absolutely perfect. It is sparkling clean, beautiful furnishings, and has every little thing you need, even beach toys for the kids! Perfect view of the crystal clear gulf waters from the patio. We will definitely be back here as often as we can.
