At first was a little Leary because it was full payment up front this was back in January usually 1/2 then 30 days before reservation the other 1/2 but it all worked out knew I was safe with VRBO, the beach was family oriented and not crowded the restaurants were great and the traffic was not congested and the water was calm and not wave crashing great for younger kids and old farts like me

You will not be disappointed in this beautiful condo! The ocean is in full view as soon as you walk in the front door. The kitchen is well stocked, there are beach chairs, towels and coolers to use on the beach. Being a corner unit the views are endless from the lanai. Hope to return next year.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo, stunning sunset views from the balcony and direct beach access. Comfortable beds, sparkling clean and laundry in unit was a huge bonus. Host has everything you’d need to enjoy your stay, from beach towels to chairs and toys for littles. Walking distance to John’s Pass and across from an amazing coffee shop, we will Definitely be back!

This place was amazing. We had everything we needed for everyday living and more. It’s an end unit so you get to see more of the beach and view and more light in the condo and no one next door. So that was a real plus. We loved it all.

The unit was perfect for our week long stay. It was lacking for nothing. Kitchen appliances, washer/dryer and all the beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys for our young grandson. Comfortable beds and a spacious clean and updated condo. We will be back.

We stayed here for spring break and had an amazing stay. Check in was easy, the place was clean and comfortable and communication was top notch! Would definitely stay here again!

This property was exactly like it was pictured. The beach is steps away and absolutely phenomenal! My teenage granddaughter did not want to leave!! All of us had a wonderful time The time went by way too fast. Would definitely return Cindi was very helpful and prompt felt very welcome ♥️

This property was beautiful and well maintained. The location was perfect... right on the gorgeous beach in a not- so- busy area. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The closet on the porch had beach chairs and an umbrella, really anything we needed was there. Would definitely come back!

Excellent, relaxing beach vacation. No stress. Close to everything, but not in the middle of all the events. So can enjoy and jump in as you want. Beach awesome to yourself.

Great location, right on the beach. The views are spectacular. The condo was clean, well appointed and had everything we needed. The ONLY thing I wish was different was the need to have keys to get in to the elevator area and the unit itself. A keypad would be so much easier. Cyndi was super cool and communicative and made the entire experience a pleasure. Checking out was extremely easy, too. We would DEFINITELY recommend this place to our friends and would certainly rent this place again, because we love Madeira beach! If you are considering this place for your stay, do it!

Could not fault Condominium, excellent location, close to abundance of restaurants, would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful family vacation! The beach, the sunsets and of course the condo were the best.

We have stayed at a lot of places through verbal and this was the best never underestimate having three bedrooms the property was kept clean locked and secured and the condo and the furnishings were comfortable clean and very excellent. Also the Madeira Beach area offered so much for us because some people love the beach and some people like to do stuff a perfect day all the way around thank you again and thank you to Nick for the lawn chairs

Beach front with easy access! Sand bar out front to go snorkeling for shells. Good size private pool for the property.

We had a great stay! Cyndi was an excellent host! The condo was beautiful, with amazing views. The beach, pool and property was wonderful. Would definitely go back!

3 bedrooms and 2 baths are perfect for an active family….

Property is a short walk to John's Pass. Located across from the Candy Kitchen. The kitchen has all necessary items. Washer and dryer. Beach toys and chairs.

It was a great stay . Especially if you have little ones easy beach access . We loved the ocean view and the screened balcony.

Loved this condo! The space was perfect and super easy for access to the beach. Wonderful family spot.

The location was great. It was nice to be right on the beach. There are lots of restaurants close by too. Parking was convenient. The only complaint was the pillows, so we ran to Target and bought a few pillows that were not flat. I recommend this place and would stay again.

Condo and pictures on site are as described. Condo is right on the beach. Beautiful sunsets! Beds were comfy. Only 2 concerns for us 1. pillows were alittle worn out. 2. Since we flew to Florida, we did not pack beach towels. Not enough room in our luggage to bring our own.. They are provided at the condo, but again they seemed small and alittle worn. But, we survived. 😊 This did not ruin our vacation at all. I realize this is not a condo owner issue and probably an HOA issue, but the chairs by the pool were also pretty worn. Someone (staff) was measuring chairs while we were there, so maybe there is a plan to replace them. Great location , grocery and restaurants close by. The Candy Kitchen right across the street was a great place to get an after dinner treat! Would definitely stay again.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The unit was very clean and had everything we needed and more. The view of the beach was amazing and we couldn't ask for a better location!

Everything except the elevator was out when we left 83@80 it would have been serious but for cleaning staff 3 flights of stair alot

Nice condo in a great location. Cydni was very helpful in giving us some suggestions on restaurants and the trolley. Pros were location. You basically can walk everywhere. Cute coffee shop across the street. Cons our group came up with were the screens on the porch windows, having to use keys to get into everything and limited pans for cooking. Also might want to bring you own beach chairs. The condo had some chairs that have seen better days. There are loungers that you can rent in front of the beach but they are the ones that can't be used as just chairs, they are just for two people. Not really good for a group. Beach was beautiful but unfortunately we had a few days that had red tide.

Stayed in Cyndi’s condo with my kids and my parents. Everyone had their own space. Location was perfect to keep us all busy. Beach is beautiful. Pool was great. Cyndi made it easy. Hope to be back again!

Condo was great. Weather was not ideal but we loved sitting on the balcony watching the waves.

My husband and I rented this condo as an early Christmas present for my daughter, son in law and three granddaughters. We’ll look elsewhere next year. Like other condos on Gulf Blvd, this is centrally located to restaurants, beaches, and more. Great location!!! The vacation met expectations, but unfortunately the cooperation and understanding by the owner did not. One of the amenities (dryer) that was part of the agreement was not working. This was a terrible inconvenience for a family of five. I was notified on the day of my family’s arrival (Saturday) that the dryer was broken and a new one would be delivered Monday. The dryer was delivered, but without the correct parts for connection. Promises were made that it would be taken care of, but every day brought another excuse. In the end, my daughter had to take time from her vacation to bring her family’s clothes to a laundromat. While having to take time away from vacation to go to a laundromat was an unexpected inconvenience, it could have been made less painful if Cyndi (owner) had offered some compensation. The mere suggestion of being compensated for having to go to a laundromat fell on unsympathetic ears. Although she did offer to pay for the drying at the laundromat (my daughter didn’t bother with making payment arrangements for less than $10) Cyndi missed the point that money wasn’t the issue, rather it was the inconvenience of spending TIME at a laundromat. Cyndi revealed an unwillingness to accept any responsibility and suggested that “most people don’t do laundry on vacation” and further insisted that my family “should have packed more clothes.” I different attitude and a willingness to make the wrong right would have produced a much different review.

We had a wonderful stay! The check in process was extremely easy. The condo was exactly like the pictures. The location was amazing! Right on the beach, didn’t have to walk across a street, just out the gate and you were there. Didn’t use the pool because we spent all our time on the beach and in the ocean, but it looked nice. The unit has everything. The beds were comfortable. There were beach chairs and beach accessories but no umbrella. We rented a beach chair lounger with umbrella from a gentleman Cyndi recommended and it was perfect. He set it up every morning at 8am and took it down at 5pm. Highly recommend! There were many places to eat within walking distance. Great coffee and breakfast place right across the street. Ice cream right across the street too! Would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful getaway for anybody who loves the gulf coast of Florida. The location was perfect it’s within walking distance of restaurant’s and shops The beach was beautiful and not too crowded. Cyndi was very responsive with any and all the information you needed. It was truly a great family vacation and looking forward to doing it again.

Only got to stay a couple days because of the hurricane but the condo was just as described and the location is great. Communication with the owner during our interrupted stay was great.
