My family adored this property to the point that it’s the inspiration for our dream home. It is nestled in the woods, it was nice falling asleep to hooting owls and waking up to the birds chirping. The home was clean, organized and cozy. It was by far our best stay of any vacation we have ever had. I researched for weeks before booking this cottage, and I am so happy we selected this one. It’s perfect.

The place was perfect for us quit ,peaceful We celebrated my moms 76 Birthday Everything was as described if not better very clean the yard was awesome for my dogs, check in was easy communication was fast response time.Ths hosts were very helpful with any questions i had We saw beautiful wildlife around the area overall i would give this place a 10 and we have stayed in about 15 place out here in the area Thank you so much for the beautiful memories we made 😊

The house and location were perfect. Close enough to everything while being quiet. They even had fresh flowers waiting for us. My husband and I played several games of pool and the dogs loved the yard. I would stay again!

Our stay was great! The property managers were responsive, and gave us recommendations. The property was clean and spacious for our family of four. It was nice & secluded, but still convenient to stores and attractions. My family and I relaxed and greatly enjoyed our break. Thank you!

The property was close to all the local attractions, 10 min from Gatlinburg city center, 20 min from Pigeon Forge/Dollywood, and 15 from Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The property was clean. Everything was in working order. Perfect for kids/families. We brought our pups who also loved the yard. The grill is charcoal which we used to make burgers. They had a crockpot and a keurig/coffee pot combo! There is also a dishwasher and washer/dryer combo. And the hot tub was great to use after hiking/walking during the day. Overall we were very satisfied!

Property was not cleaned from previous guest. Host was quick to response. We had to leave so cleaner could come to clean house. There was still trash under chairs in living room. Hot tub was not usable until the third day of our 4 day stay. Gas logs did not work. Host claimed it worked for previous guest. The dust in fireplace showed a different story. The outside fire pit was not usable as it was not in porch as shown in add. The fire pit was at the edge of the woods with no chairs around it. This trip was for our 25 anniversary so we were disappointed.

Shiners Hollow was all it was made to be. No false advertising here. Great home, great hosts, close to everything. We had an awesome family vacation.

Convenient location to Gatlinburg and lots of room for pets.

This home was perfect for our family of 5. We loved the big yard and outdoor space. Not up high in the mountains and easy to get to town. Clean and inviting. The Christmas decor was a welcome surprise. We’d definitely stay here again!

It appeared the be the cleanest non hotel place I've stayed at. I would definitely stay again. The property in the photos appears to show a large, walkable clearing when it is actually a big dip/valley that would only be accessible to people much fitter than me. Regardless, there was a nice long driveway to walk the dogs. There was a large assortment of pots and pans, blender, toaster, utensils etc. The coffee pot was very versatile, using pods as well as basket filters. I wish there had been a couple of dish rags and more than one dish towel. There was a ton of dishwasher packs but a tiny bottle of dish soap that we quickly ran out of, partially because the hand soap was nearly empty so we used dish soap to wash our hands also. The washer/dryer was great. I love not having to a bunch of dirty clothes home. All in all it was a very relaxing stay and we would come back.

We had an amazing stay. The property was beautiful. Definitely going to be planning a return trip.

This is a great place to go to get away from the busyness of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. You are just minutes away from some restaurants and the grocery store (we really liked the Three Jimmy's Bar and grill with live music and outdoor seating) but from the property you cannot see any other buildings and very few cars pass by the road. The beds were comfy, the game room setup was fun and the hot tub out underneath the trees was amazing.

We had a great stay. It was peaceful and private and everything was just as listed.

This home was very clean upon arrival. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The hot tube was AMAZING with a full moon that evening it couldn't have been better!

Property was great. So many activities to do at the home. We did have a little issue with the hot tub when we arrived but the property owner Andy was quick to resolve the issue to make sure we had a wonderful stay. We didn't want to leave. Property is very secluded and private yet 3.2 miles to grocery store and 5.5 miles to the Aquarium. Couldn't ask for a better location. There are many restaurants within 5 miles from the home. It was just my fiance, myself, and our dog and I would love to go back and take our 2 young adult kids and have a family vacation. Would recommend this home.

The owners was easy to communicate with and the check in and check out was easy. Overall nice people to work with. They yard was great for our dog and the front porch sitting was really nice for our family to sit and talk.

Perfect location, great property owners

The house was awesome! The big third bedroom / game room was perfect for our teenagers and their friends. The location is perfect, not too far from downtown Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Our two golden retrievers loved it too with plenty of property to play on.

Travis and Andy were amazing! They communicate often, are easy to reach and follow-up We really enjoyed our stay at their VRBO. Having a washer and dryer was such a blessing. My 7year old twins loved the bunk beds. There was plenty of space for all of us (4 adults and 2kids).

We had a wonderful time! The house was great, just as described. So close to everything we wanted to do. The kitchen was small but was very well stocked! The beds were comfy and internet was great! The hot tub was clean and not too hot. Being able to take the free bus into Gatlinburg was so great, didn't have to fight traffic or pay for parking! Overall we had a great time and will be back again next year!! The owner was very attentive and answered our 2 questions very quickly.

This property was perfect for all of our needs. It was clean, had a spacious game room and stocked kitchen. The property sits back and is secluded and private which was great for our dogs. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. Also, location to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge was roughly ten and twenty minutes respectively which was awesome. Overall, would definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend!

We loved the property!! Our dog and children loved the area and enjoyed the privacy it provided. Easy to find and fairly close to attractions!!

This was the perfect spot for our family and our 2 dogs. The size of the house and lot was a little smaller in person than the pictures showed, but it was still just right for us. The location was awesome! We were there for a basketball tournament and the sports complex was just 3 minutes from the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved that property was close to Gatlinburg but on property that was private and peaceful. Hot tub worked perfectly after long days hiking. Gameroom entertaining for teens. Owner very responsive to questions and offered recommendations on local things to do. Thanks so much Andy!

The property was so peaceful and private but just a short drive to town and the park. Everything inside was just as described. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The house was a perfect getaway for some much needed rest. It was clean and well stocked. The game/family room was a lot of fun. Perfect location to Gatlinburg with several close local restaurants and grocery/convenience stores. Front porch was a great place for morning coffee and evening conversation.

Everything worked as it should. Great for younger kids. Very clean and was very cozy. Close to town and hidden in the woods. Had a nice stay!

My family loved this house from the moment we walked in. It was welcoming and looked and smelled clean. The layout was perfect for us -- cozy but enough space for everyone to have their own downtime. The kids loved the bunk bed/game room. We enjoyed the hot tub, the proximity to town and the arts and crafts colony, and the peace of coffee on the deck with the birds (including a special cardinal who greeted us every morning). We greatly appreciated the comfortable beds, nice linens, and quality towels. I wholeheartedly recommend Shiner's Hollow.

Had a great experience! Loved having the hot tub, pool table, and cornhole boards to use. Great location with privacy.
