Just finished multi day offsite for my office at El Cid. Was the perfect set up for us. Everything was so easy, the property was immaculate, and communication with the host got an immediate response. Highly recommend!

Our family of 17 had an incredible stay at El Cid. The property owner was extremely responsive throughout the whole process of booking, checking in, ideas, etc. The pool area is so lovely, it was nearly impossible to pull the kids out to do other things! The adults especially enjoyed all the different comfy areas for chatting, catching up, and chilling out. Thank you for a memorable Thanksgiving! We highly recommend El Cid.

Hands down the best vacation rental I have encountered! Everyone had their own space and the pool area is to die for. Communication was easy and the hosts were so helpful getting us set up with dinners, massages, etc. Already planning my next trip to come back!

This property exceeded expectations. Very convenient to all Palm Springs has to offer, beautiful & updated decor, comfortable and spacious. The pool area was great for our whole group with plenty of shade and comfortable outdoor furniture.

The house itself was incredible with surprises around every corner (ex. costumer closet). The decor was perfect for a girl's trip with chic cabanas near the pool and a cozy firepit in the center of the property. The owner/staff were easy to work with and accommodated all our questions during booking. They also helped us identify concierge services in the area before arriving and were made check-in a breeze! 10/10 would recommend!

The staff and communication was amazing, and incredibly helpful. The one thing that I would recommend is more mirrors throughout the houses for getting ready. There was definitely not enough amongst 17 guest especially women. The other thing would be more toilet paper and paper towels. We had 2 rolls of toilet paper per room and 1 paper towel in the kitchen.

I came with a group of 16 friends and we could not have had a better experience. Jen helped arrange a cocktail making class, personal chef, cooking class, and yoga class so we practically never had to leave the house! It was beautiful and so relaxing.

I can’t imagine a better place for a group/large family getaway (especially during Covid). We had plenty of space, large bathrooms, gorgeous pool area and cozy fire pit. The place was incredibly clean and management was very responsive. I would recommend this place wholeheartedly.

The property seems like it used to be a hotel. There are so many great, fun little touches all over the property like a closet full of costumes. The main house kitchen is FULLY stocked with everything you need to cook and serve a meal. The outdoor patio table is great for a big dinner. Would definitely recommend this place for a bachelorette party, family reunion or company retreat.

This place is absolutely incredible! I celebrated my 50th in style last weekend with family and friends and this hotel did not disappoint! From the concierge service to the massages to the onsite catering - everything was perfect! We could not have asked or found a better location to get together safely to celebrate my special day. We will ABSOLUTELY be back again and might even check out The Marley Hotel next!!!

This place was great. Property management was fantastic, communication leading up to and during our stay was top notch! Highly recommend this facility!

What a terrific property? Is it a hotel? Is it a home? It is the perfect group getaway destination. Amazing location right in the middle of Palm Springs with easy walking access to many amenities. The property itself is really great. 7 independent rooms/suites, 2 of which are directly accessible from the main house that has a big kitchen, dining room, and 2 living spaces. The property is high end but has lots of personal and eclectic touch including a closet full of costumes to add some colour to your evening. All the other suites are great and well appointed. The property is total fenced in and inside the gates you will also find a great pool, a few cabanas, a tented area with a large table, and outdoor bar and a gas fireplace with a lots of seating. We all loved it and can't wait to return.

The pictures do not do the property justice. The pool and fire pit areas were fantastic. The rooms and kitchen we’re all very well appointed and easily/comfortably accommodated our group of 10 adults & 5 children. Property management was always prompt and helpful 24/7. The location was perfect-close to downtown, restaurants etc. We will definitely book this property again.

We had a great family reunion at El Cid. It was perfect for our 4 families ranging in age from 15-82. There was plenty of space to spread out, and the common area was perfect for the whole group. Has everything you need if you choose to cook. Has extra touches like Kind bars, water, and K-cups. We loved the fire pit and the pool. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway location in Palm Springs.

I had a group of about 18 people to celebrate Halloween, gay pride and a milestone birthday at Hotel El Cid. All I can say is that the hotel was beyond all expectations. Impeccably decorated, perfectly clean, and just wonderful. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature, there were plenty of places to relax and get sun by the pool. We really appreciated the poolside bar, and very large table for meals outside. We will most definitely be back!

We had 12 family members stay here and we loved every moment, including my 93 yr old mother who found the handicap room easy to navigate with walker. It’s just a fun, cool, lovely property. The rooms are spacious and it’s close to hiking trails and center of town. I hope to return to this property again!

I booked this property 6 months in advance when it was still a relatively new rental and only had 3 reviews. I frequently returned to the listing to read reviews as they were posted and I can honestly say each one of them is truthful in reporting how amazing this house is! The house is laid out perfectly for a large group - mine had 16 people staying for 3-nights to celebrate a friend's wedding. The wedding was held as The Parker hotel where several other friends were staying. When they came by to check out our spot at El Cid, they couldn't believe how chic is was and the steal of a deal we were getting. (I cannot believe no one has reviewed how budget-friendly this rental is!) Jessica made the planning process seamless and Tim was so helpful showing us around the house when we arrived. Both Jessica and Tim have decorated the house so you feel like you've walked into the most amazingly curated 70's retro consignment store. They have outfitted the yard with everything you could want - amazing pool chaises, cabanas with rugs and chandeliers, outdoor dining space, gas fire pit, water feature, and hammock! And then there's all the little touches - a million pool towels, soft sheets, quirky pillows, plenty for spots for people to sit, yoga mats to use at your leisure, coffee makers in every unit....I could go on forever. If location is high on your list of priorities, then this is the perfect location - 5 minute drive from the airport, 20 minutes to Costco, walkable to downtown and other grocery stores, etc. If you are debating on whether to book, STOP and just do it - because this hidden Oasis won't stay hidden forever! I can't wait to go back!

Wow!! What an incredible weekend. This place is seriously magical. Had 15 girls gather here for a Bachelorette party and it was wonderful. Really great pool area and outdoor dining patio. Did a lot of cooking and relaxing in this beautiful setting. Highly recommend! Jessica is fantastic and the place had everything we needed. Also-In a great location. Close to the main drag with tons of restaurants and hang spots! Will definitely be coming back :)

16 of us spent 5 glorious days here for my bachelorette party and we couldn't have had a better weekend! We had Hugh expectations going in because the pictures are incredible and we have high expectations... I can safely say that the beautiful pictures do not do this place justice. Jessica has created a completely magical escape with so many jaw dropping moments and surprises through thoughtful, quirky, ecclectic, AMAZING decor it's truly unbelievable. Pure Luxury from beginning to end, down to the best sheets and bath soap! The set up can't be beat - the outside bar, cabanas, huge dining area, the firepit - all incredible! This place is perfect for a large group. It is the definition of hip and glamorous. We felt like legit celebs all weekend! And then there's Jessica. The day we arrived there was an awful windstorm that blew a transformer on the block so the house was without power. Jessica was there.immwdiately with flashlights, lanterns, batteries and even cooler and more unexpected... Booze, snacks nail polish and card games (because we might be bored with the power outage). Who does that? Who even thinks of that?!?? Jessica! Can't recommend this place highly enough and can't wait to go back!!

Such an amazing stay at Hotel El CID! We went with a group of moms and our kids during spring break and had the best time. The separate bungalows worked out perfectly for our kids to have their own space while the main unit (2 bedroom) had plenty of space to gather for meals/movie night. Jessica was fabulous to work with: prompt responses, great communication and very organized. The property really has everything you could need, we never left for the 2 nights we were there and wished we could stay longer! We are already looking forward booking again!

Was lucky enough to stay a week in this "hotel" and couldn't have had a better stay. Tim and Jessica really put their heart and decorative skills out there to ensure comfort and a community that is welcoming and chic! Will definitely be asking for another week away again soon! Thanks again!
