Very nice stay as always at this condo near sunset beach!! Will definitely stay there again! Clean and well maintained.

Diff owners same great condo! This is our 3rd time staying at this condo and We enjoyed our stay as we always do, the condo is so comfortable and relaxing after a long day at the beach or sight seeing. We will def stay again!

2nd time we’ve stayed in the condo. Even added on 2 days this time at the last minute. Owners are very gracious and very easy to deal with. The unit is very conveniently located to all good dining … and only 5 minutes to the surf!

Even though it rained the whole weekend we really enjoyed our time together and the rental was extremely clean, and the owner answered any questions we had prior to our check in, will certainly book this again

Comfy beds, nice screened in porch that the pup loved, well stocked kitchen which we love as we cook in frequently. Smart TVs in bedrooms and living room. Great location. Would love to stay there again!! 😊. Thank you Alyssa and Dan.

Very nice place. Well stocked living room, kitchen and bathrooms. We loved it. One note, the master bedroom mattress is extra, extra hard, if you like that. We didn't. We slept in the second bedroom but it was fine. Price was appropriate.

This is a nice condo, fully stocked kitchen, clean, comfortable beds. There are a lot of nearby restaurants, golf courses, shopping, and the beach. The owner was responsive to one request we had.

Two week stay with our golden retriever while we were preparing to move into our new house a mile away. Owners were responsive, and condo was clean, spacious, and a great place to come back and relax in. The complex is in a great location close to the beach, and a terrific community to walk or bike in. We’ll rent again when we have extended family come to stay with us and need more room. Overall very positive experience!

We enjoyed our stay at this rental as it made everything easy and enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable as well which is a huge thumbs up from me. We loved being on the ground floor and having access to the screened in porch. Thanks for providing great service, we hope to return again.

We had an amazing two weeks at Allysa’s condo. Foremost, the communication was five star. She checked on us during Ian’s landfall and even offered an extra day!! Sea Trail is a nice community and within a half mile are many local restaurants. No need to fight traffic. Alyssa has updated several things and doing more. Beds were soft and very comfortable. Plentiful linens and sheets. Every appliance available including a dual carafe and keurig coffee pot. No ice maker but coldest refrigerator ever. Grounds are immaculate, pet friendly. We didn’t use the pool. Lighting at night was plentiful and never felt unsafe. The activity center is available for additional cost but only included another pool and pool table. Parking on the island was very limited. Many fall families at the beach. This a first floor condo with people above. Could not hear conversations but footsteps. We would definitely return. Thank you for hosting us and our dogs!!

Check-in was great. The place looked pretty nice in the ad but wasn't, lots of issues. * Floors were very dirty. We had to take a mop and go over them. Wasn't dirty like with trash laying around but like they needed to be cleaned/mopped cause we got dirty black feet when we took our shoes off not soon after arriving and after it was too late to call the host per my husband. * The rugs were nasty. You could see where drinks were spilled or dogs had peed, who knows what but they just shouldn't have been in there at all. I have pictures of those also. * The air conditioner in the big section where the LR was would not cool less then 73 degrees. The thermostat was set to 68 to cool it down when we first arrived but it never did on that side of the condo, stayed 73 in the summer time NC. The filters were loaded with dirt, no surprise the air wasn't working properly. * The couch and recliner were a dark blue so I was like "no, let's lay a sheet over it cause you couldn't tell how dirty they were" and compared to the other parts of condo I didn't want to risk it. * Cockroaches were seen (I have a picture of a dead one and trash that was under the kitchen trash can). * The TV was not set up as the instructions stated. It was as if the TV had never been set up and we were unable to connect the internet even with their password and with their device. We had our daughter bring her Ruko stick so thats how we got TV to watch the next day. When I texted host she told me to call her husband. We didn't as my hubby had ran out to the store and he said it was too late to call anyone. * Screened in porch had some screen that wasn't attached so we had a frog and a lizard come in, our grandson loved them but not me. This stay has definitely turned us off to staying in another VRBO, it's a shame cause it was to be so nice from the reviews presented. Highly disappointed.😞

This was the perfect property for our family. Loved the private pool! We will come again.

This condo is spacious and clean and we enjoy coming back every year.

This was a wonderful place to stay. It is very easy to get to, has ample parking, and a wonderful amount of space. Owners were outstanding with communication and were always willing to help and answer questions. We would absolutely stay here again.

Don't waste your time or money on this condo or the owners!!! Not worth it!!!!

Spacious and well-appointed property. We loved the screened porch and the large bedroom.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks while our home was being completed. Very comfortable and has that at home feel at the end of the day sit in the lanai and watch the golfers pass by, right on the 10th hole. Alyssa was very responsive with any questions we had. 15. minutes to Ocean Isle Beach, plenty of nearby restaurants and supermarkets. We definite would return.

The property was very clean and has been well kept. The kitchen was well stocked (utensils, pots/pans, dishes, etc.) with everything needed to cook our meals. The beds were super comfortable and we would go back for the them alone. :-) There are ceiling fans in every room including the screened-in porch, which was a nice bonus that we enjoyed. Alyssa/Dan were very responsive to all of my inquiries and were easy to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend this property!

LuAnn was very helpful and accurate description of property. Very comfortable seating and king size bed. Very nice screened in patio to enjoy the sunrise and easy to sit outside and watch golfers on Byrd #10. Parking very convenient a small location excellent.

Wonderful location and wonderful property. Felt like home!

The only problem we had was pool was not in working order. That was the reason we rented condo was for pool access. The only way we were allowed to use another pool was to pay for that use. It was only for two days but we shouldn't have been charged extra for a pool. We should have been able to use another pool free or some sort of help on rent. We enjoyed our stay a bunch but the pool was a bummer.

We had a great stay just like last year? LuAnn is so great to work with and the condo is perfect! We will def stay again!

Overall everything was great EXCEPT retrieving the keys upon arrival. The keylock code given was wrong. I couldnt reach the manager after continuous calls & texts. I had to call the customer service department for assistance (2:00am after 10 hour drive). They had the manager call me, she was extremely rude then she gave me a new code before literally hanging up on me. The saving grace is the place was well appointed & quite nice.

The condo unit is as advertised. It is nicely appointed and updated. The space in the condo is generous and well planned. There is plenty of room for for multiple guests and the master suite is fantastic. There is also a very usable work/desk area in the master suite. All the appliances are functional and clean. Check in is easy with the lockbox. The owner is very prompt on communication. We would certainly stay here again. We would give it a 4.9 out of 5. (It's hard to be perfect!). The supplies for the condo are a bit sparse and seem like leftovers from previous guests. There was not tissue paper, bar soap, or body wash. If you want to take a shower after a long drive, you have to go shopping first. I understand that they may not want to supply everyone for a week, but it could be a bit more functional at check in.
