We really enjoyed our stay here. It was our first time in Rockport so we weren’t sure what to expect. It’s a small town but does have several good local shops and places to eat. The house was clean and it had a really nice up-to-date beach decor. The rooftop deck was a great place to do yoga in the morning. The kitchen was well stocked to cook meals. We brought our bikes so we got to ride along the bay. We’ve always traveled to South Padre Island but this may be our new beach getaway location! Definitely a different feel in Rockport—quiet and relaxing! Looking forward to coming back!

We were very cold during that time, & barely had enough to eat, as all the stores & restaurants were shut down. We would have left town, but all the gas stations were closed also. But, the house was nice.

Great location for a low key vacation

Awesome house love the patios. Take your own Coffee pods. Only complaint I could not make coffee in the morning.

We had the most peaceful and relaxing stay at this immaculately clean property. Everything from the well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and living area, clean bathrooms, and the front and upper deck left us not wanting to leave. The spiral staircase to the upper deck may be a little challenging to small kids or older adults, but it is still worth the climb. We would definitely consider going back.

This house is beautiful, spotless and plenty of space for everyone on our recent family trip. We received detailed instructions with contact info via email for check in and check out. There was everything we needed in the house, including dish soap, laundry soap, dishwasher pods, even shampoo. We had a wonderful experience.

Ou group of 6 had an amazing stay here! It was the perfect backdrop for our weekend away. We were close to the beach, restaurants, and pubs that were popular with tourists and the locals. The upper deck is great for late night conversation, early morning coffee and provided a spectacular view of the ocean. It was a peaceful and breezy stay which offered us all the time for fun, rest and relaxation! Highly recommend this property—we’ll definitely be returning!

Great rental and we will return. Some safety items for master bath could be added. Grab bar in shower. Toilet seat need to be changed as it is loose and to small for toilet. Other then that. It was a wonderful stay.

I was so excited for this birthday beach getaway after being in the house for 7 weeks. First time to Rockport! (The beach was clean and not crowded at all) We only had one issue, the AC was broken. 80 degrees in the house. Being the hottest weekend of the season so far, this was a bit miserable. The management company did all they could to fix, but unable to unfortunately. So they provided us a fan and 2 portable ac units. If anything, I am super pleased with how the mgmt company handled this issue. They did compensate for the inconvenience. The home is really nice, open floor plan, plenty of seating, great outdoor spaces and rooftop deck. I recommend bringing your own wash clothes (if you use them), there were not enough out for us. We had to buy some. I also recommend bringing a fan or 2 if you can. The Bunk-bed bedroom does not have a ceiling fan. There was a Walmart nearby if you need anything. Overall, nice property in a great location. We made the best of the stay and have the sunburn to prove it :)
