The house was exactly as shown but more beautiful in person. Had all the luxuries needed on our relaxing vacation by the ocean. Can’t wait to go back!!!

We loved the view, cleanliness, open concept floor plan. The home was updated and comfortable. Can’t think of a better place to relax next to the ocean. Will definitely rent again.

Again, do NOT book this condo or anything from Vacasa! Worse experience ever. NO hot water. HORRIBLE to NO communication. Trying to get a refund. NO management reply from Vacasa and very little help from VRBO. They take no responsibility for our troubles. We suspect there was no hot water for the previous renter and perhaps for the next one. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

The property is gorgeous, well located and luxury amenities. However when we checked in there were 4-5 broken items. 2 sinks wouldn't drain, 1 toilet didn't work properly , one blind didn't work and refrigerator water filter needed replaced. I notified mgmt company right away, very unresponsive. They gave many empty promises to fix it and after many emails and texts and escalating the request they fixed most of the items , 3 days later. this is not what I expected in an upscale rental. I will never rent thru Vacasa again. VRBO wasn't any help with these issues, I emailed them twice and they never responded. My suggestion is don't rent this unit if it is still managed by Vacasa.

We absolutely loved our stay in Kona. This place really felt like our home. Beautiful views and the design was great. If I’m ever in Kona again I will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed this property. Great location on the island. Right on the ocean. Property manager did a great job helping us for anything we needed. Very responsive!

The location is so gorgeous and the house is in beautiful shape - it’s so worth it. Truly a beautiful home, very comfortable, and you’re literally directly on the beach. We took forever getting up and out every morning because we enjoyed sitting on the porch with our coffee and breakfast so much. The upstairs bedrooms are beautiful and the pull-out couch in the downstairs room (the one that looks like an office) was surprisingly comfortable and has its own bathroom right there so it’s still pretty nice. My only negative feedback is there is virtually zero instructions with the house - simple things like: Where can you put garbage if you fill up a bag? or Is it ok to hang things to dry on the balcony? (Spoiler alert: it is NOT ok because it’s 1) against the community bylaws and 2) your stuff will likely blow away into the ocean.) A small binder or virtual binder of instructions would have been helpful. Thankfully the neighbor was above and beyond nice (and her dog is super cute too) so she helped us out a little bit but it’s frankly not her job to do that so I wouldn’t depend on that - we thanked her with a bottle of wine. Also, the sauna door is installed improperly so there is a weird gap and it doesn’t close all the way - I think that prevented it from getting up to full heat. Those issues were pretty minor in the grand scheme of things compared to hours lovely this property was. I would 100% rent this again.

So glad we selected this property! The location is fantastic! Just over a mile walk (or drive) to lots of restaurants and bars. A few small, but good beaches within 1-2 miles as well. Some of the best beaches on the island are 30 minutes away or less and it was less than 30 minutes from the airport.
Home is beautiful - well maintained. Kitchen is well-stocked as are the bathrooms. Beds were wonderful - so comfortable. Great soaker bathtub and master shower is nice and large. The view from the two decks cannot be better! We slept with the doors open every night for the best sleep of our lives, hearing the sound of the ocean (all doors have screens on them so no issues with bugs). Sauna is a nice bonus. Overall, would absolutely recommend this home and will stay here again in the future! 1 parking spot - the area is quiet - not a single thing to complain about. 3rd bedroom is a sofa that pulls out into a bed (we didn't use this room or bathroom, but both nice).

Private, spacious home with high end modern fixtures and decor. We barely scratched the surface of what this property had to offer, but it had everything we needed. We spent most of of time on the lanais listening to the crashing waves. Very clean, with parking behind security gate (open during the day). Easy driving distance to most amenities, and walkable to a handful as well. Would definitely stay here again!
