We had a wonderful stay at The Villiages! Centrally located and very well maintained. Candy and Jon were very quick to respond and have everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

All went well. Candy is very responsive. House is close to Saw Grass in the newer section of the villages. People all very nice and friendly. Enjoyed the golf, and pickleball, and went to Disney.

Staying in Tod and Candy’s home was a perfect fit for us. Having the use of the golf cart and bicycles was a bonus. The house had everything we needed and is in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed ending our day relaxing around the fire pit.

Excellent location for us visiting friends living in Citrus Grove. Very clean with all the amenities needed. Candy was an excellent host from start to finish. We will definitely stay here again!

The property is in a quiet neighborhood that was convenient to stores and recreational areas in the Villages. The house is clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need whether you decide to cook or not. Beds were comfortable and linens were soft. I would definitely stay at this property again.

We stayed here to visit grandparents/great grandparents who lived about 30 minutes from the house. It was so clean when we got there and smelled brand new! Candy was super responsive with any questions we had and they were so kind and welcoming! 10/10 would stay here again

Candy was great from the moment we booked and got closer to check in! She was readily available anytime and that was much appreciated. The home itself was amazing and very comfy. We picked this location to be close to fruit land Fl but if you want the beaches and Orlando those are 1-2 hr drives. The location is amazing and very quiet , relaxing and away from all the city life. Home has everything you need and then some!!

We travelled to Leesburg for a church convention and lodged in Wildwood. This property was perfect and pleasurable. Centrally located, affording us the opportunity to enjoy local sites and activities. The house is beautiful, spacious, quiet, and welcoming. Will book it again!!

Tod and Candy’s home is beautiful! Their attention to detail in preparing for guests was second to none! It was a small thing…. the fact that they put hangers in every closet shows how attentive they are to their guests. No detail was overlooked: maps and travel guides, restaurant recommendations, bicycles, sports equipment, there wasn’t anything overlooked. Hope we can plan another trip and stay in their home! You won’t be disappointed! I guarantee it!

Our time at this VRBO was pleasant and enabled us to enjoy family over the Christmas holiday. The home was clean and modern. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for preparing meals.

Our family had a great stay at Tod and Candy's home. Everything is brand new, including the neighborhood. The home is very comfortable and attractive. I cooked a mini Thanksgiving meal in the kitchen and it had almost everything I needed (I would get a set of large kitchen knives, but made due with steak knives found in kitchen, unless I missed them somehow). There are all the usual Villages activities close by, and even a golf cart to get there. My family enjoyed their stay very much!

Excellent location and communication with owner. Immaculate and quiet home, comfortable beds/bedding. We enjoyed zipping around in the golf cart and relaxing by the fire. The Villages has everything you want or need. Highly recommend.

Second time staying wi e will be back!

We had a wonderful time and the home was very clean. Candy the owner was very responsive to any questions I had. I would without doubt stay there again.

it was immaculate golf cart great, pool clean and warm. We were four adults 70 plus years. the one male in our group decided to fry eggs and I didn't notice the grease splatters until we were leaving. Leave it to a man to make a mess. Thank you for the use of your home. Lorraine

We could not have asked for a better place to stay! Our trip was last minute due to our other reservations being canceled due to covid. Candy reached out to me immediately. Right away she emailed over a wonderful PDF with all the information we needed for our entire stay. Candy went above and beyond to expedite out guest passes and find out specific information from a couple of the golf shacks about rentals. It was a great added bonus that Tod and Candy provided a set of lefty and righty golf clubs for us to use during our stay. The house smells brand new and was sparkling clean. It had everything we could possibly have needed. The fire pit and patio set was extremly comfortable and so enjoyable in the evening. The family pool was great and we met many wonderful people there. Of course the best part of our stay was the golf cart(according to my son)! We rode it to the wonderful farmers market and even to publix a couple times. We saw some great wildlife while riding the cart paths too! We also took quite a few trips for dinner, coffee and random goodies from the market at Sawgrass which is just a couple minutes away. Before we left we were already talking about our next trip to The Villages and Tod and Candys beautiful home. It was the best stay and the best host's we have ever had and we can not wait to come back!

Candy was so helpful and responsive to all my questions. Their home is immaculate and has everything you would need during your stay. The family pool was so close and we enjoyed using the golf cart to get around. We appreciated the use of the two bikes and the grill as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay at the villages.

Would give more than 5 stars if I could! This home is absolutely beautiful an extremely clean. It has everything you need, from extra blankets and towels, to a full kitchen stocked with utensils and everything else you need. The home is a beautiful neighbor, extremely close to two pools, one family, one adult. The Homestead Rec center is a very short walk, or even shorter golf cart ride and has so many activities! Would absolutely rent again! Candy was so wonderful to work with and answered any questions so quickly!

We came to visit family who recently moved to The Villages. Had a great time. The cart was fun and very handy.
