We had such a wonderful time here! Everything was clean and very nice! We brought our 8 year daughter who just loved having 2 beds in her room, of course one was for all her babies and loved having a closet to put all her little toys in! The bathroom was great and the shower pressure was amazing. That’s a big deal to us. We highly recommend this cute cozy beach house! We also rented a golf cart for weekend and they delivered to our rental. The owner was so sweet and accommodating to us. I appreciate the detail to our communication and look forward to another visit here!!! Thank you!

This was a perfect not too far from the beach quick stay for us. Had everything we needed. Comfy beds, cute costal decor, good location, quiet neighborhood and good communication with our host! Will definitely plan to come back!

Great location! Walked to the beach in 5 minutes with the kids for sunrise, Publix and restaurants are all within a short 2-5 min drive. JoAnn was great in communicating, access was a breeze and overall we enjoyed our one night stay very much.

What a cute place! Everything it said it was online and even better in person. Owner was very accommodating and answered our questions right away. Nice easy walk to the beach and the beach is beautiful. Price is well worth it!

We absolutely loved this cute little house which was clean and had everything we needed. Location was great as it is a short walk from the beach. The host was very accommodating to let us check in early. We didn’t have much time to enjoy the house as we only stayed one night, we would love to plan a longer stay next time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beach cottage. It was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The location is great for proximity to the beach. We visited the Canaveral National Seashore based on recommendations from this listing. We ended up going there every day. A $20 pass is good for seven days. 24 miles of undeveloped seashore - no buildings, no condos, just beach, ocean, and nature. We would definitely come back for another stay at the beach cottage.

We had the best weekend visiting the beach cottage. We had everything we needed for a perfect relaxing stay and a nice get away. Beds were super comfortable which is a huge plus! And it was a great location! We would highly recommend :)

This is the perfect place to stay if you and a few friends or small family want to get away. We were very close to the beach, and there are so many great restaurants nearby as well. Staying in at the cottage was always a great option too! I loved hanging out at the cottage because of the environment/aesthetic of the cottage felt cozy and makes you feel like you are on a beach vacation even when you are just relaxing at “home”. ALSO- JoAnn is a fantastic host! I will definitely be coming back!

We loved this townhouse! It was extremely clean, easy to get to, great location, and wonderfully comfortable. The property owner was very communicative and left us a welcome gift for when we arrived! We were in town for the Daytona Speedweeks, which we've been attending for over 20 years. It was so nice to come "home" to a place that was peaceful, roomy, and comfortable. Our 2 adult daughters joined us, and it was a great space for all of us to enjoy.

We had an amazing time visiting New Smyrna Beach! Canal Street and Flagler had all sorts of Christmas activities. Lots of good food! Our favorite was The Garlic restaurant! The Beach Cottage was so nice and beautifully decorated! Super clean too and had everything to make our stay comfortable. We had beautiful weather and look forward to coming back. Definitely would recommend ❤️

My family of 4 stayed here over the Labor Day weekend recently and we couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodations. Everything was extremely clean, well-decorated and furnished and JoAnn seamlessly communicated to us the directions, and instructions on check-in and arriving. We don't live too far away so we'll definitely be interested in coming back and staying here for another weekend in the hopefully not too distant future!

The perfect place!
JoAnn’s spot in NSB was perfect for our weekend getaway! The place was super clean and stocked with everything you could need. The location was perfect - walking distance from the beach and various restaurants, and a short drive to Flagler Ave. and Publix. JoAnn was super quick to respond to all of my messages and the check-in/out process was seamless. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! This is a beautifully appointed home with a beachy vibe. The kitchen is fully stocked, there is plenty of room to hang out with friends and family oh the lower level, and it is a short walk to the beach. The bedrooms are on the upper level which may be a problem for those with mobility issues. Otherwise everything was perfect! Will stay here again!

The home was very comfortable and we had three adults and two children. It was an easy 6 to 7 min walk to the beach. The neighborhood was very quiet. We had an amazing stay. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking and New Smyrna has great restaurants. Publix is just down the road. JoAnn was very professional and amazing. We stayed 5 nights.

We had a great stay! The place is beautiful and only 6 min easy walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood just 2 miles from the busier restaurant/bar area. Joann was very accommodating and always had a quick response time. We’d definitely return!

We'll be back!
Our first family vacation to the beach. We drove 16 hours, with 4 kids 8 years and under, and staying at this cottage made things so easy. The cottage is within a 15 min walk to the beach, the kitchen was fully equipped with household items, and the cottage was exactly as pictured. I've already told the hostess we will be back to stay there again, it was so lovely! I almost dont want to tell people about the location so we can keep it to ourselves.
