We had an amazing time and loved the property! Communication with the host was so easy and professional. Property was just as described and we felt at home with the kitchen being well stocked and comfy beds. The kids loved the tennis court and pool. Mom and dad loved the easy and quick beach access. The property is in a great location easily accessible to activities, shopping and dining but also far enough away from the crowds to enjoy a large area of beach without someone right on top of you. We are used to having a washer and dryer in the room but knowing that we didn't ahead of time allowed for proper planning. The community laundry was close by and we had no issues using it. We would definitely stay here again!! We appreciate the owners opening their property to us 😁

A great week, friendly people, great weather. Although we were renting we were invited to attend the building picnic on Memorial Day. Will definitely be coming back.

This condo is lovely. Plenty of room and household items you might need. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms clean. The smaller bathroom could use a metal grout brush scrub on some spots near the bottom but it’s FL and humidity is an issue. This unit is on the bottom floor of the building so no beach view but it’s very easy to walk across the street to the beach. There are beach chairs, an umbrella, and towels available in the condo. I have stayed at other VRBOs and never had to supply my own toilet paper so that was strange. That should have been made clear in advance. This condo also requests that you wash your own towels before you leave. Not a huge issue but there is no in unit laundry so you need to go down the outdoor hall and pay to wash the towels. Not a deal breaker but I have never had to pay to wash the towels. There was always an in unit washer to do that if requested. Despite these 2 things, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Very nice condo right across the street from the beach

The place was not clean, our feet were black from walking around on the tile floor, the shower floor was filthy, the screen door to the patio was in sad shape with the bottom of the screen all broken out, there was a stain on the area rug in the living room, the refrigerator did not have a light and one of the shelves was broke, which she is trying to file a claim on. There were used tooth brushes and misc. other products left in the drawers of the bathrooms. The coffee pot had left over coffee still in the pot, and there was expired food products left in the frig, the freezer, and the cupboards. I sent a text to the owner and her reply was she would send someone over - never happened. I have an excellent rating with VRBO, and I clean up after I leave. I have used vrbo for over 12 years and I have never had a bad stay until this one. Do not rent this place!

Place was clean and the beach was located directly across the street with a cross walk light on the same block, took 2 minutes to get to beach. Would definitely stay here again. Rose was a great host and quick to respond with any issues.

The property is undergoing some improvements, but it really didnt affect our stay. The pool is wonderful! The beach was great, right across the street. The residents were friendly and helpful! The owner was responsive. We did have an issue with the keys to both the entry and the pool. And we are older and struggled figuring out the TV's. It would be helpful to have some instructions in the condo. Overall it was clean and very comfortable.

This condo is a first floor unit so yopu dont have to use STAIRS OR ELEVATOR. The condo is clean and smells good. Has large kitchen and nice bathrooms. Beds were really comfy. The location is great for beach access and the on site pool was good , just a bit cold this time of year. I will/would rent again. Parking is a little tight here as it is in most condos. overall a GREAT place to relax and stay.

My lady friend and I stayed at this rental for two weeks in February. The location is ideal with a 3 minute walk to the beach, plenty of restaurants and other activities. The condo was in fantastic shape and we really enjoyed our stay. We look forward to returning next year!

Rented for last week of January to visit the Rolex 24 race. Quiet part of Daytona, close to almost everything. Longest drive was from the airport.
Condo is quiet and well equipped. Communication with renter was good and check-in was a breeze. Would definitely consider renting again if we decide to attend the Rolex again.

My only surprise was the building did not have any handicap access fortunately I don't need it. If that was listed on the listing I did not notice it

Great location right across from drive on or walk on beach! Walking distance to several local restaurants in the area. Great pool and amenities. The one key was kind of a bummer with teenagers but owner would gladly let in through buzzer. Wouldn’t stop me from going back. Thanks for a great week!

Owner (Rose) was super kind and helpful with answering my questions. Neighbor next door was unfortunately very rude to me and my family.. multiple occasions where she was clearly annoyed with someone renting next door.. it was a great location minus the extremely rude neighbor.. overall, great place.

Location was Great, Amenities as Described
Very nice location on the 'quieter side' of Daytona Beach. Walking distance to a couple great restaurants and beach shops. The walkway to the beach is literally across the street and was very nice. Condo was clean and the owner was great at letting us in at 2am when our flight was delayed a few times.

Property manager was excellent and the check-in experience was very convenient. Property was as described. Only downside was there was only one key to access the building, would be nice if they went to a keycode system.

Bathrooms were filthy toilets had rings in them and hair all around edge of tub. Towel hanging had toothpaste on it. When you are charged a cleaning fee the rental should be clean. The owner did offer to have cleaner come back during week but I opted to clean myself.

Regarding the building: there are about eight steep steps from parking lot to entry doors; the exterior hallways have had carpet removed which looks uninviting; and while the pool area is nice, the pool was not heated.
