The home has been nicely renovated. It is close to everything. The owner is prompt at responding and a pleasure to do business with. Beds and pillows were super comfy too! Absolutely exceeded our expectations!

Gregg was a great host. The house has everything for the beach: canopy, chairs, coolers, towels, etc. The kitchen has everything you need if you're going to cook - including foil and seasonings!
My flight was delayed by Tropical Storm Debby and Gregg let me go back to kill some time. Greatly appreciated!!

In overall, the house is in good location. The beach is 2-3 min by walk. I loved that the host provided everything we needed for the wonderful stay: all amenities worked well.
Definitely, we will recommend it for the stay.

This was our first experience in a VRBO. Could not be more pleased. Communication was excellent. property was very nice and exactly as advertised. Stayed with My wife and 2 adult kids. Plenty of room for everyone. The house had everything we needed. Beds were comfy, deck was awesome and neighborhood was good. Beach right across the street was great, plus you are a short drive to several other awesome beaches. Will be booking this again when we go back to Florida for sure. Gregg is a super nice guy and responded to all our questions quickly. We had a great stay.....

We really enjoyed our stay here. My wife and I stayed here for a couple of days with our three children (3,6,9). Short walk to the beach was great. Enjoyed nearby coffee shop. House was in great condition with new and working appliances. Really appreciated some supplies being provided e.g. dishwasher pods, detergent. Also, really enjoyed the beach supplies provided (boogie boards, chairs, sand digging toys) that we couldn't bring because we flew. Roof top deck was really cool and fun as well. House was very comfortable and kids loved it. Had a great time here and would love to stay again.

The house was really nice, newly remodeled, fully stocked, and had everything we needed for the beach. Gregg was super nice and accommodating. I’d definitely stay there again. Thanks again Gregg!

Cute spacious 2 bedroom. Nice inside. Only issue was musty smell had to open window and door to air out. Eventually less noticable went after a day.

We all love this place. Very clean and it has all the amenities we needed. Awesome rooftop and deck - we spent most of our time up there relaxing - especially at night looking at the stars and listening to the music from a local bar (music is not loud at all, it's just right). And only a 5-minute walk to the beach. Gregg is an awesome host - very easy to talk to and is willing to answer any questions. Will definitely stay at this place again.

Great property for us to stay in during my husband’s business trip - close to St Pete/Clearwater & steps away from the beach for me during the day! Gregg was an excellent host! Answered questions quickly & has the villa well equipped. If in the area again, will definitely stay here!

House was meticulous with all the amenities we needed. Loved the rooftop deck at night listening to the music from the local bar. Just a 1 minute or less walk to the coffee shop that carried gluten free muffins!! Gregg was extremely attentive if I messaged him, which was only once or twice because everything was readily available. Will definitely stay again when in area.

What a wonderful stay. Super cute! A great, laid back little house. Plenty of home amenities available. We have stayed at vrbos run by cooperations where there is one roll of tp, one dish pod, and no extra trash sacks. This was so nice to have all the little small things available. All of these little things add up to big things and makes it a great place to stay. The bar across the street was a little noisy but it never felt unsafe, overall one of the most pleasant beach homes we have stayed in. We felt very fortunate to stay here. Thank you!

Beautiful Beach House that’s an easy walking distance to the beach. House is exactly as it appears in the listing and includes all the kitchen and beach amenities for your stay. Rooftop is an amazing spot for having dinner or just relaxing. Host does an excellent job communicating and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

We love love loved the location of this bungalow and feet from the beach. The little town of Indian Shores was perfect for our kids and there were grocery stores not far, Gregg had all them amenities for cooking and showering. Beds were comfortable, nothing bad I could say about this perfect vacation home.

It's always interesting to stay at an older property where someone has put a lot of effort into revitalizing it and making it modern. It's off the main road but a very short walk to the public beach access. Communication with the host was amazing as he responded almost instantly to any question. All the appliances are new and the house is well maintained. Very comfortable.

Check in process was tough as owner contacted me saying that his keypad went haywire but did not have time to fix it before he left. Gave me instructions on what to do, and after about 20 minutes I was able to get in. It was a nice bungalow, but not the greatest place for an 18 month old. Perfect for a couple or 4 adults. Could not get netflix working, when I contacted owner, he did not have a solution, however he was very responsive. Great distance from beach and cool dive bar literally accross the streat. Overall happy with the lodging.

We couldn’t have asked for better location, better property or a better owner in Gregg for our small wedding ceremony on the rooftop deck. Everything was amazing and it made for a memorable event for everyone. Thank you again to Gregg for everything

We loved this property that's right between St. Pete Beach and Clearwater. The rooftop deck is great and you can hear some music from the bar nextdoor from there. Good thing though, you can't hear the bar noise inside! The house is newly renovated and came with a lot of essentials. Our son loves the boogie board and we enjoyed the chairs and shade tent. Super close to the beach with a fantastic coffee shop on the way. Lots of great local food close by and more ice cream shops than we could try. We had a fantastic vacation!

Great property-about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Walking distance to bars/restaurants. Great rooftop area. Very well stocked kitchen with Keurig machine.

House location is amazing just a block and a half from the beach. Gregg was an amazing host, always reachable and able to help with extra accommodations . My kids loved the top roof deck and the back yard. I will definitely recommend this property to other friends and will count on it for future stay.
