Perfect location,home like feel

The house is nice and clean and the cleaning instructions are very reasonable. The best part about staying here, though, has got to be the location. The house is located in a nice neighborhood within walking distance of downtown. As soon as you are out of the neighborhood you are in downtown near restaurants, bars, and shopping. It was very convenient.

Great place for a weekend stay.

We were surprised with a kitchen faucet that was about to fall off the sink. Would spin around and around. Owner apologized but did nothing to fix it. Carpets are nasty!! Had to wash towels and washcloths everday because of limited number. Had to clean refrigerator and freezer before we could put our food in them. Hot water heater needs to be turned down. Bedrooms need luggage holders. We had to put bar stools in one bedroom to put luggage on. We do not like to put luggage on floor. Have never been anywhere without some place to put luggage. I could go on but I think you get the picture. Owner just apologized and did not offer to correct the faucet which we feel should have been immediately addressed!

We were there to attend granddaughters wedding. Convenient to location Mustard Seed Hill in Millersburg. Could also visit with my 2 sons. Very spacious and clean!

This was my first time staying in a home instead of a hotel, and I couldn't be more satisfied. The home was immaculate and welcoming, and the furniture & beds were clean and quite comfy. The check-in process was very easy & the host was friendly and quick to respond to questions I had. Thoughtful touches: shampoo & conditioner were in each bathroom, and a selection of books were in each bedroom & living area. A helpful binder was on the kitchen counter with friendly house rules, nearby places of interest, checkout instructions, and host contact info in case of any problems. I really appreciated the washer & dryer so we didn't have to pack dirty clothes for the drive home! I also liked the convenience and security of having a garage in which to park. I will definitely book again the next time I visit Lexington! Five stars across the board!

I was a 5 star place. Clean, and location was great. It had everything we needed. Enjoyed it tremendously. We visit every year my daughter does the horse show at Kentucky Horse Park. We will be back.

We stayed here May 8-12, 2023. It was a good stay. The interior design is cute, the garage is nice, and it's a good neighborhood.
There are a few things that could have made this stay great. This was my husband's and my first Vrbo experience. We did not get a 24-hour notification, so I had to contact the host. When we arrived, the details for entry didn't work, so we had to contact the host again.
A few added amenities such as plump, luxurious linens throughout the house, as well as a bathmat, would have made us feel more cared for.

We stayed at Hamburg Haven for my daughter’s graduation from UK. The house fit us comfortably and allowed us to be together for the weekend. The neighborhood is nice and you can walk to a couple of the restaurants near by.

Stay was good. The property is located in a convenient location close to restaurants and shopping. Ark encounter, Kentucky Horse Park, and many other things to do within an hours drive.

This quant house was a nice get away that we needed. Cleanliness is clearly a priority with Dalton and it shows. We felt truly welcome in his home. I would recommend bringing an extra towel for each guest; we opted to use the washer as we brought our own laundry soap. The minimum is provided, however, what is there is of good quality.

Everything was as described and very clean. We found the location near lots of shopping and restaurants extremely handy for our 2-day stay. I appreciated the messages from the property owners to make sure we had what we needed. We would definitely stay again if in the Lexington area.

We attended races at Keeneland but also toured a horse farm, sites in Lexington. The house was situated beautifully. Lots of room for 4 adults and in a nice neighborhood. Property manager was excellent. He responded immediately and all the little problems were fixed quickly!!

This is a great place to stay! Nice and quiet neighborhood and only blocks away from good places to eat. I will stay here again if in the area.

Can't beat location + very clean. Next to Hamburg area, across street from many good restaurants and lots of shopping, in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Host was terrific and quickly responded to our questions and accommodated our requests. Stay was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely stay here again!

Lovely home , convenient to everything!
Graeter’s within walking distance, comfortable beds, an easy drive into downtown Lexington, who could ask for anything more? It was just the right place for us. The fact that Graeter’s had peach ice cream? The perfect grace note to our stay. Thank you!

Wonderful place!
We had a wonderful time! The property was clean and very safe for our 10 month old who is into every thing! They even had a pack n play for us! Great location and walking distance to restaurants!

Fantastic location!
This was the best place for us in Lexington. Super close to my family that we were visiting, close to restaurants, close to shopping, close to the highway, it was perfect. It backs up to a very busy road but you don’t hear anything inside. It was a good amount of room for the kids to run around but not too big so we always knew where they were. We had a snowstorm and the owner had it cleaned up and cleared before we were even ready to go for the day. The garage was a godsend with the weather and the privacy it provided. The neighborhood was very calm and quiet and provided a nice place to relax after visiting family all day. My mom said she’s never going to a hotel again after her experience renting here.

Wonderful stay!
I am a travel nurse & occasionally my husband & children come to Lexington with me. This week we stayed here & had a wonderful experience & truly couldn’t find a complaint even if we wanted to! The host was quick to respond & accommodating, the house was very well maintained, the beds were comfy, sheets soft, & the location was great! We highly recommend! Thanks for the wonderful stay!
