We would love to come back. House was very clean, had everything we needed. Customer service was extremely responsive when we had a question. Can’t wait to book this house again.

All previous reviews were spot on! This was a perfect beach house for my family.

We got to Sunhaven on Oct 13 and staying until the 16th. We arrived around 330pm and everyone put their belongings in their bedroom. We left and went fishing at the pier. That night around 12pm we come to the house. My daughter goes to take a shower and went to her bed which is tye room with 2 double beds and her pillow blanket and tablet is soaking wet. She alerted us. I went to check and the ceiling and bed is soaking wet. Due to discoloration there has been a leak previously. I called support line and they stated they will have someone out that next morning. Morning comes and someone from Vacasa called stating it's an AC leak and someone is coming. A guy came and pour bleach in the lines. However ever since the leal there has been a bad odor to which both my girls could not sleep in that bedroom. Another guy came that works on the AC and he said it wasn't the AC. Either way both my girls had to sleep on the couch and not once did Vacasa offer me a discount of this inconvenience it caused us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was just what we needed- neat, clean, peaceful -and Vacasa was very communicative throughout. The bathrooms particularly stood out with a rain shower and huge tub in the master. The couches in the living were perfect for afternoon naps. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved this home and look forward to returning! The home was so clean and had everything we needed. The location was great and the view from the back deck was beautiful! It is just a short walk to the beach and we loved being on the bay..best of both worlds!

Perfect place to watch sunsets; grilled and had dinners on deck; spacious bedrooms and bathrooms; very clean and well maintained. Walked to gulf side beach but the private pier and dock, beach area on site were so perfect we stayed there most of our week. Neighborhood so quite!

We loved this little bit of paradise. It was actually windy and cool the first two days but still so enjoyable. The view from the deck and pier was amazing. The weather did not keep us from walking the beach and sitting in the sun. The cottage itself was perfect. It was spotless, the little person touches of decorations made us feel like we were home. Could love it more. Bathrooms were incredible too. We will definitely be back.

So glad we picked Sun Haven! The location is perfect and the private dock is amazing. We had small children with us so we were glad to have the little bit of beach on the bay side to explore without schlepping to the main beaches. But those were a short walk away too. House was clean, kitchen had all the basics of cookware and such, but you definitely need to pack in all your spices, oils, etc. Make sure to bring your own beach gear or rent it nearby. We’ll definitely be back!

Sun Haven was such a beautiful, relaxing beach house. Would definitely stay there again!

The house was very spacious and the layout was perfect !! Master bedroom and bath are unbelievable. And, the other two bedrooms and bath are perfect for a couple and two kids. The kitchen had everything that we needed. We really enjoyed the views, the wonderful wharf and the proximity to the beach as well. Great looking and very clean....

We loved the house and location - very comfortable and well supplied in kitchen. We loved the dock and the beach by the bay - plus the ability to walk over to the gulf side beach as well. Best of both worlds!

We absolutely loved the house! Great open layout. We explored the island in the mornings and relaxed on the great back deck in the afternoons. Great location. We would definitely rent this house again!

Relaxing and comfortable

Everything was awesome except no TV remotes in two of the three bedrooms.

We were doing a college tour in Mobile and decided to stay at the beach for the weekend instead of a hotel. This house was PERFECT! It was clean and spacious. It had everything that we needed. I just wish the weather had cooperated!! I would definitely recommend!

My family of 4 (plus two large dogs) loved the home. The showers were fantastic. My favorite thing was the back deck. I loved being able to sit on the deck with the dogs. There was a gate, so they couldn’t escape. The private dock was incredible. Thank you so much for sharing the home!
