Great for multiple families to stay

Great place, Great View!

This house had 5 bedrooms 3 rooms had king size beds 1 had queen and I had 4 bunk beds. The bedrooms were nice size too. This house was on a canal in which we took our boat they had a deck to anchor our boat to but there was a boat lift there but could not use it said it was not included in our rental. That was a disappointed but it all worked out. Overall the house is very nice and plenty of room. They were 8 adukts staying

House worked perfect for us with having the kids all downstairs and the adults upstairs. House is right on the canal and saw a dolphin swim by! Sadly after being there a few hours we realized the HVAC was not cooling. Notified the manager and within an hour an HVAC tech was on site. Found bad compressor on downstairs unit. Unable to repair/replace that night. So the management service relocated us to another house within the hour. Sad to leave but the management team was awesome to deal with and very prompt. No complaints at all with how they handled the situation. Stunk to have to repack and load the vehicles back up. But they made it right by putting us into another home that we enjoyed just as much and had a great trip to Rockport TX. Thanks The Perdue's Conroe TX

Nice house. Could be more handicapped friendly in the showers but neglected to mention that as a need. Dining room chairs are very uncomfortable - didn’t find the cushions early enough

The house is clean and stocked with everything you need. Their isn’t much parking and the back porch is HOT with no shade in the afternoon……those are the only 2 complaints our group had. Overall, it’s a great house with private restrooms for each bedroom.

Very classy and clean.

Great spot for small group of adults!
