Everything. But have to notice: 1) Location- 3 mins to the beach, 7 mins to city center (via beach) 2) 2 big terraces with spectacular view 3) Super host! Provided us with everything we needed 4) Absolutely private and comlete silence at night (don't stay in Lindos center if you prefer privacy) 5) Private parking - very useful. It is cheaper to rent a car for a week, than to use taxys. We rented at Rhorent, they are open 24 hours at the airport. 6) Good restaurants nearby (fantastic octopus and stuffed calamari in Almyra - kitchen works till 23.00) - more expensive, than in Lindos, but if you are tired after flight or excursions you can sometimes afford it. 7) Lindos itself is the best place to stay and live on Rodos. I know, what I'm saying - we had to stay one night in one of those terrible massive hotels near Rodes city - there is nothing from Greece, you can find the same in every mass touristic area. 8) Late September - ideal time to visit. Water +26, air +29, not so crowded, you will easily find a place on the beach 9) Tips: Visit acropolis in the evening, hour or two before closing (18.40) - when it is not so hot and crowded Ask host for beach umbrella and stuff - he has it, so you don't need to buy it and to waste it later. Rent canoe and visit caves in rocks behind Yaht club. Taverna KAMARIKI in Lindos is the BEST place to eat at all times. Cheaper than other pop places, but Price/quality is the best

Absolutely nothing to say. Only one tip for the host - the place itself is super great, but photos could be more informative and with higher quality, just to let customers better understand what will they get. Adding some of mine.

Excellent host. Communication was easy and he responded within minutes. Amazing view. Excellent location, next to Lindos beach, a few meters down the road. The room was quite large and always clean (daily cleaning service). I would definintely recommended.

Location and view from terrace was v good indeed. And the new shower room was to the standard one expects for the price. Beach is near and parking on the site was v useful given the crowds. Nice touch with bottled water and a pack of apple juice. But no salt , even in C19 sachets.

...but ...the furniture, fittings (other than the new shower room) and the bed was as if furnished, in hurry, from a clearance auction. Such a shame. It would not take much to make the experience of staying SO much better by some modern or even comfortable furniture, and less of it. It was too full. It felt like it was in limbo between a nice earner in the summer and a place of family residence in the winter. Slab panel cupboards of no style, old familiar settees with a disguising throw, one leg broken, etc.. And no control over the roof terrace light, one of which was inoperable. As I say....a typical greek approach which one eventually accepts, but with the evidence of the new shower room there is clearly a will to do better. Do it sooner and the place would be my favourite return!

Superb customer service before during and after! Lovelly apartment, clean, well maintained. Helped us with taxi as well.
