This was our third year staying at Puffin's Perch. The house was renovated and looks brand new. It's fine for two people and a child. Everything was in order when we arrived and exceptionally clean. The view of Watts Pond is beautiful. There is plenty of land around the house and a nice flat road to walk on just a down the street. The raised stone patio is beautiful! You will enjoy this little piece of heaven.

Great house and location. We enjoyed our stay while visiting family in St George. The house had everything we needed to cook meals. The beds were comfortable and the river view was

The location is very convenient to explore midcoast Maine but that’s the end of the pros. Be aware that the stairs are very steep to the upstairs and the floors throughout the house are very uneven. The house doesn’t have AC, which is ok for Maine, but the location is not quiet as it’s off a main road and the noise from passing cars is a disturbance especially while sleeping. This house is managed by Vacasa and they are not easy to deal with when you have an issue-for which we had several including unclean home (dust and food remnants under the furniture) and a bug infestation which forced us to leave this rental early. Be aware when considering this property.

We were very pleased with this property. It was very clean and very well maintained with good quality, newer appliances and fixtures. We enjoyed hiking, seafood restaurants and other activities close by. We would definitely rent this property again!

The house was perfect! It was immaculate and no surprises. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were high quality. The kitchen was equipped with the essentials one would need. A lovely place to relax on the deck and enjoy the sun sparkling on the water. You won't be disappointed.

Great place!!!
Comfortable, kitchen fully stocked, beautiful view. Only issue was we couldn’t lock the door when we went out. We had a lovely stay.

Great place. Could be even better with a little work.
We really enjoyed the house. The location was great, house was clean and beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was a lack of hot water. We had four people in the house and the system could not keep up even after an adjustment was made.
