Village de bungalows très bien placé, et très agréable. Logement lumineux et agréable. Vaisselle suffisante pour le nombre de personnes et beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine. À 5 min à pied de la plage et du tram. Aires de jeux pour les enfants et personnel très souriant et à l'écoute. Station balnéaire très agréable et familiale.

Le four ne fonctionnait pas dans le logement ni le lave vaisselle. Mais la réception a changé le lave vaisselle pour un nouveau très rapidement. Rideaux occultants peu fonctionnels dans les chambre cela amène de la lumière dès tôt le matin et fenêtre des chambres peu isolée. Mais cela ne nous empêchera pas de revenir!

Location is spot on, near Tram stop, Beach and shops. The accommodation was very clean and beds really comfortable. There was ample kitchen utensils and cutlery. Wifi reception was excellent and outdoor garden space for dog was ideal.

Would be helpful to have had larger cups/mugs for our coffee. The cups were far too small. A breakdown of electric and water cost is specified when booking but find it excessive. This should be charged based on usage and not standard cost per person. We stayed in the lodge only for sleeping as have family nearby so would have thought our energy cost was kept to the minimum as we switched off electrics when we were out during the day.

For the bin and people working see up to trawl the bin doesn't ask and help . He close the bin and go. Is not friendly . Will be better if have some toilet for customers when they alive before the time check in

Check out time at 9.00, a little too early Details provided by staff were unsifficient (ex: nearest shops, nearest bakery, where to find the janitor closet in the house Dishes not enough (ex: missong knife fir bread, bread toaster,...)

Mattras was old

Very clean and spacious accommodation with all the amenities. 10 minutes walk from the sea front and the tram.

It might get crowded during peak season.
